Fantastic experience: Excellent vacation spot at any season, even if the month of August is infested with sometimes disrespectful tourists...sad image of today's society. Large beach parking. Nice beach for families with children. Many entertainment possibilities: diving, paddle, kite surfing, boat rental, etc...
Fantastic experience: It continues to be a great beach with a large parking area. I have been vacationing in Estartit for years and I still think it is a nice place.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful and large beach connected to Estartit beach. Here you find a shack for drinking and eating and there is also a restroom. It was easy to find parking, and it's free.

Fantastic experience: Very good for dogs and their owners, a super good snack bar with very friendly staff
Fantastic experience: Dogs allowed! And that's quite rare, especially on a very long and beautiful sandy beach facing the Medes Islands. We make the 19 km drive without hesitation to not leave our little dog alone at the campsite.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach, very suitable for families, it is not deep, you can enter quite far, you feel immersed by the sea. The beach is divided into two parts, to the left for everyone except animals, and to the right dogs can enter as well. There is also a lifeguard who watches carefully when the sea is a bit choppy for safety. There's also a very nice bar with reasonable prices. I liked it a lot, I will definitely go back.

Fantastic experience: It continues to be a great beach with a large parking area. I have been vacationing in Estartit for years and I still think it is a nice place.
Fantastic experience: It's a sandy beach with plenty of parking space and lots of room for people. In front are the Medes Islands.

Fantastic experience: Top strand! Gewoon zacht zand. Er is een zeer grote parkeerplaats (en gratis) Voetkraantje aan het begin. Er is een gratis wc bij de parkeerplaats. Restaurantjes zeer verkoelend. Aanwezigheid van vlot en een parcour op het water Helemaal top dus
Fantastic experience: Fui con mi perro, un peludo de 30kg, buscando algún sitio donde se pudiera dar un chapuzón… y fantástico! Sitio para aparcar de sobras y aunque a la entrada del camino hay un cartel done informa las zonas limitadas para perros, éste está pintado con espray negro y no se entiende nada. Aun así nos arriesgamos y ya en la playa, era imposible aclararse exactamente donde podía y donde no podía estar con mi gordo. Al llegar, vi a unos cuantos perretes y como había mucho espacio, pudimos estar en un trocito la mar de tranquilos. El agua estaba limpia y la entrada gradual. Se que había un chiringuito aunque no llegamos por evitar estar con más gente, pero para poder ir con tu peludo, totalmente recomendable! La misma semana vinimos tres veces más (alguna más por la mañana y otras por la tarde, con mi chico y el peque) y siempre igual de tranquilos y agusto. Y eso que estamos tocando julio! Una maravillosa opción!!
Positive experience: Playa canina els Griells, junto a la salida a la playa del camping El Molino. Zona vallada de unos 600 m2 con fuente para nuestras mascotas perrunas. Cerca también hay un chiringuito. El único pero es que la zona habilitada es muy pequeña y en temporada alta se llena rápidamente.
Positive experience: Groot strand en idem parkeerplaats, jammer dat er in het voorseizoen weinig winkeltjes open zijn. Wel ruim voldoende restaurantjes.

Positive experience: Platja llarga, amb servei de Guingueta, i socorrista, és una platja d'aquelles que et permet entrar un bon tros tocant de peus a terra, a mi personalment no m'agrada la seva sorra per què és d'aquelles tant fines. La part positiva és que sempre hi ha espai

Fantastic experience: La part més propera a la gola del Ter, sol estar bastant buida, l'aigua es neta i es veuen molts peixos. Aquesta zona no té socorrista. Hi ha parking gratuït però no és gaire gran.

Fantastic experience: Ideal place for surfing, sailing, going with your dog, spending time with family, relaxing, etc. There is parking available. It is not a crowded area. Quiet beach. 10/10

Positive experience: Playa muy larga en la que te será fácil poner la toalla, hay aparcamiento cerca de la playa y si no, aparcas en el lateral de la carretera y andando estás en 5’. Se pueden llevar perros. Se puedo coger tabla de paddle surf.

Relax asegurado i con vistas a les illes Medes. És fàcil aparcar i podràs realitzar un buen i Largo paseo por la playa hasta la desembocadura del rio

Fantastic experience: Playa de arena fina, poco profunda. Playa larguísima de 3 kilómetros hasta el río Ter. Si baja poca agua, se puede atravesar la desembocadura y caminar hasta Playa de Mas pi ell y luego Playa de Pals. Ideal para vacaciones con familia y niños. También tiene Playa para perros. Apta para silla de ruedas. Hay bares, restaurantes, parque infantil y servicios. Esta dentro del parque natural del Montgri y las Islas medas. Ideal para submarinismo, snorkel, Kayak y paddel surf Muy muy recomendable.

Fantastic experience: La plage est juste magnifique et immense, je la trouve très propre également, il est facile de se trouver un endroit seul, la ballade est intermiable et en marchant nous avons trouvé la zone autorisé au chien. Ce qui nous a séduit ce sont les petit cabanons, nombreux oú on peut boire, manger, goûter ainsi que les petits cabanons réservé aux diverses activités ( surf etc.). La vue sur les îles medes juste magique.

Fantastic experience: Very beautiful long white beach that slopes gently into the sea. A kayak tour along the adjacent cliffs is definitely recommended. Unforgettable experience with crystal clear water, caves, and highly exciting steep walls.

Fantastic experience: Lovely beach, quiet surroundings
Fantastic experience: An amazing place. Being with locals is great, they show you spots that tourists usually don't go to... climbing all the way to the top is awesome, I recommend going up the entire hill. There is a 'hidden' path, where you can see everything perfectly with the privacy of the trees. Seeing the Medes Islands, listening to the message of the wind, feeling the sea jump. Independently of these hidden places for locals, this place must be visited.

Fantastic experience: Ideal place for surfing, sailing, going with your dog, spending time with family, relaxing, etc. There is parking available. It is not a crowded area. Quiet beach. 10/10
Fantastic experience: Very good place to spend time with family or with children as the beach is quite wide and shallow, there are beach bars, good showers (they close after 7, I would say). In summer, it can be windy sometimes, but overall the water is warm.

Fantastic experience: Quiet beach good for going with children as it has fine sand and it covers very little; you have to walk a good distance for it to cover you. Plus, there's free parking right by the beach! I suppose it will be full in mid-August, but it's a big parking lot. When we went in September, it was wonderful. The only downside was that the showers didn't work due to the drought.

Fantastic experience: Els Griells south of the village of Estartit has one of those long, tranquil beaches where you won't lack for a spot. With transparent, shallow waters and fine sand, this beach with views of the Medes Islands also has a small 'dog-friendly' area for pets. It may not have the charm of some coves on the Costa Brava, but due to its tranquility and location, it is totally recommended.
Fantastic experience: I’m giving 5 stars because there is s a dog beach further down, it has a wooden fence so you can’t miss it. Water fountain for the dogs in the enclosure.
