Fantastic experience: A perfect place to go with family. There are playgrounds for the little ones, an area to be with pets, and a very comfortable sidewalk for walking. NOTE! There are facilities adapted for people with disabilities.
Fantastic experience: Amplia bahía, dónde tienes repartidos servicios de ducha y aseo. Acceso para minusválidos. Mar tranquilo. Gran arenal donde puedes pinchar tu sombrilla sin molestar al vecino. Tienes una zona para ir con tus mascotas. Se puede aparcar con facilidad en las calles ayacentes al paseo marítimo. Tienes una gran variedad de restaurantes y bares, así como de tiendas de comestibles, vestir y regalos. También dispones de distintas actividades acuáticas.
Fantastic experience: Der Strand von Port de Pollenca zählt zu meinen persönlichen Favoriten. Auf einer Länge von etwa 1,5 Km erstreck sich ein 40 bis 50 Meter breiter Sandstrand, der sehr flach ins Meer verläuft. Der Strand liegt in der Bucht von Port de Pollenca mit wunderschönem Blick auf die nördlichen Ausläufer des Tramuntana-Gebirges. Als kleine Randnotiz, hier wurde auch der Werbespott einer großen deutschen Bank (Dibadibadu) mit Dirk Nowitzki gedreht. Von Frühjahr bis Herbst stehen am Strand mehrere hundert kostenpflichtige Sonnenliegen mit Stroh-Sonnenschirmen bereit. Da die Liegen von der Stadt Pollenca zur Verfügung gestellt werden, halten sich die Kosten in einem vernünftigen Rahmen. Zwei Liegen mit Sonnenschirm sind pro Tag für etwa 12 Euro zu haben. Wer keine Liegen nutzen möchte, kann sich natürlich auch mit einem Strandtuch auf Sandstrand ausbreiten. Der Strand bietet auch im Hochsommer genügend Platz. Der Strand von Port de Pollenca bietet zudem sehr gute Parkmöglichkeiten, da man sein Fahrzeug direkt an der Strandstraße kostenfrei abstellen kann und nur wenige Meter laufen muss. An der Strandstraße befinden sich zudem mehrere kleine Spar-Läden, Eisdielen und Restaurants. Auch hier sind die Preise durchweg moderat. Mir persönlich gefällt der Strand von Port de Pollenca sehr gut. Auch im Hochsommer ist der Strand in der Regel sehr ruhig, sauber und man findet immer einen freien Platz. Die Mischung von Meerblick und Gebirge verleiht dem Strand etwas ganz Besonderes. Die guten und kostenfreien Parkmöglichkeiten, die preiswerten Sonnenliegen sowie die öffentlichen Toiletten und Duschen machen den Besuch sehr angenehm.

Positive experience: It would have been 5 stars if there hadn't been a conflict with the local authorities, which meant that sunbeds and umbrellas could not be rented on the beach. Beautiful beach and promenade with mountains as a backdrop. Good selection of restaurants and shops.

Negative experience: I think it's about time to open the showers. We are on June 20th. There is a lifeguard, but there are neither restrooms nor showers.

Fantastic experience: Preciosa playa limpia con aguas poco profundas y pequeñas rocas. Ideal para practicar snorkel. Los deportes acuáticos están cerca. Hicimos una hora de kayak por 15 euros.

Fantastic experience: What's not to like. just under an hour from Palma airport. Sand, clean, great water, swimming / snorkelling professionally supervised. Sailing, boat hire easily available. Bars, restaurants and coffee shops all of good quality along the front together with a mix of shops. The pine walk was delightful - an extension of the main promenade. Traffic controlled all along the main front areas during the day. The town has just about all you could want irrespective of age and type of group. English spoken just about everywhere but hope visitors will make the effort in terms of meeting the locals halfway with an attempt at basic Spanish. A centre for birdwatching and cycling. Plenty of walks in the area.

Fantastic experience: En el norte de Mallorca en tre montañas típicas sin grandes bosques, la playa del Port de Pollensa, ha ido dejando su lado típico, señorial y conocido para convertirse en una playa más diversificada, igual de señorial que antes pero mucho más competitiva.
Positive experience: Spiaggia molto ampia, comoda, con servizi annessi. Sono presenti tratti di spiaggia a pagamento e di spiaggia libera. L'acqua è bella, ma non eccezionale. Devo dire, purtroppo, che ho sentito spesso olezzi di zolfo (spero non fogna), cosa che è accaduta anche nella spiaggia di Formentor, ma non a Cala Sant Vicenc. c'è un bel lungomare con tanti negozi e diversi locali per mangiare, anche se con prezzi davvero alti (es. Pizza margherita a 8-12€).

Positive experience: Pleasant beach, few people before the season, clean. Upon entering the sea, the bottom drops quite quickly into depth, non-swimmers must be cautious. It is not possible to shower after bathing with fresh water. There are restaurants and bars for refreshments on and near the beach.

Fantastic experience: We caught a local bus to get there. As the roads are steep and windy there was no standing to be had. The views leading up to the beach were lovely. Once we arrived the beach and sea were well worth the trip. There are a couple of places there to have a drink where you can watch what is going on. This place is well worth visiting.

Fantastic experience: In the pre-season, it is easy to get here from Alcudia. There are great playgrounds for children. The beach was clean and there was enough space for everyone.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach, enhanced by the glorious surroundings. Sunbeds are pricey at 22 euros for 2 for the day. Sea is clear and remains shallow for a good distance if you enjoy a swim. If you do, take in the surroundings of the pine walk and the mountains enclosing the resort.

Fantastic experience: The reception staff are all lovely, friendly and very helpful can't fault their customer service. Dining room staff most are very friendly some not so much.
Negative experience: Red flags again!! Ongoing problems with pollution which apparently is spreading across the bay from the yacht club area, which by coincidence or not is where the towns drainage system is supposedly taking the sewage out to sea. Some bar owners will tell you it's a political issue only, while others say that the hotels and tourists are to blame. I can say and I'm sure the whole area is on the same system as the hotels; the stench definitely originates from the point where the drainage system connects at the harbor.
