Fantastic experience: Few spaces available to park. Plan for parking costs if you don't want to waste your time.
Positive experience: A wonderful beach, clean and well-kept sand, but there are no: showers, trash bins, sinks. Also, all the parking is blue zone or underground parking, which cost us €30 from 11am to 7pm. You can also park 4 or 5 km away and get tired of walking. It's a shame, because between the gas and parking you wouldn't believe how much a simple day at the beach costs.
Fantastic experience: Beach getaway. The water very clean, although not as much as other times.
Fantastic experience: Nice place for families. A good base for exploring the area. The train and bus station allow for great transportation options. Great castle with a view of the whole city. A quieter area, not like Lloret de Mar.
Positive experience: The beach itself is beautiful, the water is clean, and there are several cool things to do around, but the infrastructure leaves something to be desired. There are no easily accessible restrooms (that are in good condition for use) and there are also no showers.

Negative experience: Yes, it's beautiful, but it is heavily monitored by guards who made me feel watched all the time and they don't allow dogs on the beach :(

Fantastic experience: It is a beautiful beach with clean and refreshing waters (not much lately due to the current temperatures) and well-maintained sand.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful bay with natural rock formations that you can access via a natural staircase, affordable dining options, wonderful pebble beach where the microscopically small pebbles suggest that it is sand.
Fantastic experience: 3 families with age range from 55 to 13. Beach has very coarse sand, but it's easier to get off your skin. The sea drops off quite steep, so about 10 meters out is roughly 2m deep. Can get crowded, so there's not much room for sports. However, it is too hot this time of year, August. The sea is beautifully clear, and you can see small fish right up to the sea line. There are plenty of friendly bars and restaurants that are English speaking. We've had a great time at the beach here.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful villa, with a lovely promenade and a rock in the sea, its name is La Palomera... then a good restaurant to eat, which won a contest, restaurant Decler.. overall a radiant day!!
Fantastic experience: Nice boardwalk and beautiful beach. There are good restaurants. It would be nice if there were a changing room on the beach to put on your swimsuit.

Positive experience: Poca seguridad y gente mal educada que de seguro no son de hay y quieren ir ala playa a dormir y a leer, quieren que no se les moleste dónde la playa es un punto de diversión donde van familias a pasarla bien, dónde va gente cansada de un largo tiempo de trabajo y quieren divertirse y no poder hacerlo por la gente que va. Lastima por qué es un lugar maravilloso y se que su gente también pero debería de haber algún control para que estás cosas no pasen.

Positive experience: Les plages sont longues sans être d'une très grande profondeur. En avril il n'y avait pas forte affluence et l'espace permettait des activités telles que volley, foot, cerf-volant. Je ne sais pas comment cela se passe en période estivale. Les plages sont propres et il y a des toilettes à proximité. Le sable a un grain épais, un peu piquant sous les pieds lorsqu'on n'a pas l'habitude. Mais agréable par ailleurs car il colle moins (plus facile a nettoyer) et ne vole pas au vent.

Fantastic experience: La Playa de Blanes est une grande plage avec du gravier assez fin. L'eau est très claire et l'on peut voir le fond même si l'on a pas pied. Ne pas rester au début de la plage si l'on a des petits enfants car cela descent rapidement. Ne pas oublier masques et tubas:un vrai régal pour les yeux sous l'eau... On y resterait des heures !
Fantastic experience: Playa amplia para jugar a las palas y tranquila, buen sitio para estar con niños ya que no hay mucha corriente, también se puede hacer snorkel y ver algún pez. Los bares estan en la acera cerquita de la arena.
Positive experience: Usually clean but once in a while the tides drag a lot of garbage close to the beach. Sand is bit rough on the feet. Do snorkel dive under a small arc of rock to the right of the cliffs with Catalonian flag.

Negative experience: Bruta l'aigua com de costum. Avui a més a més amb pudor i taques de petroli. Tot i que diversos banyistes hem avisat als socorristes NO S'HA PROHIBIT EL BANY, bandera verda.
Positive experience: 10 jours de vacances passés a Blanes en famille très sympa.... esplanade très agréable, centre ville complet, grande plage, ballades diverses comme tossa, Lloret rendent le lieu à faire...attention au monde en été
Positive experience: Cette plage est propre et agréable mais le sable a de gros grains et l'eau y est vite profonde. Donc pas top avec les enfants. Sinon elle est très jolie et proche de tout. Pas mal d'activités. Mes enfants se sont faits tatoué au henné à 2 pas de la plage. Vous y trouverez des marchands divers : tatouage au henné, tresses, bijoux, souvenirs...

Fantastic experience: Maca with cool background views, the castle of Sant Joan, the port, and the 'rock' of sa Palomera make this beach a very welcoming place, various hospitality services, and a wide promenade full of shops for shopping, a step away from the town center.

Positive experience: I love the Mediterranean Sea. But I didn't like the beach in Blanes. The drop-off into the sea is very steep. One meter and it's suddenly deep. It's very problematic with children. And there was trash floating.

Positive experience: I am from Blanes, but if I can avoid it, I go to other beaches. The sand is too coarse, there is too much slope or incline, there is no access for wheelchairs all the way to the end, like in other beaches. In short, there are many drawbacks, there is nowhere to hold on to get in or out of the water, only at one end or the other of the beach, a rope with buoys.
Negative experience: We went this morning and put the towels in a normal place. A man of Moroccan nationality spoke very badly to my wife, in a totally sexist and disproportionate manner as he only addressed her saying that he had paid 14,000 euros to be there when Mr. Pedro García Lázaro's license does not allow him to have the entire beach and much less for his workers to have such attitudes. That was the last time those people spoke to her that way. It is worth mentioning that there was no type of delimitation or fencing in that place and they were not there before either.

Negative experience: This year we found it dirty and neglected...maybe because of the fires. People go to the beach with food and drinks and make a mess, but there is no subsequent cleaning service. Even the sea is full of plastics, etc.
Fantastic experience: Large beach and this year super clean, transparent where you could see the fish. At noon it started to have a little bit of waves and wind. Covers quite a bit. Free parking nearby.

Positive experience: A quiet little beach on the Costa Brava before the high season. And it is one of the main harbors of the Costa Brava. Fishing boats return every Monday from fishing around 3:00/4:00 PM.

Positive experience: Very beautiful and quiet place. My question is how crowded it will be in summer. The promenade is very wide with many restaurants. To put a downside, all the restaurant-related stuff like food, tapas, etc. is very expensive. The underground parking at the promenade is very expensive; I recommend checking the conditions online because it saves you money.
