Positive experience: Beautiful cove with limited parking and restaurant. Access is easy and the beach itself is very pretty, with fine sand and a natural setting, but I have to give it 3 stars because there were many rocks at the shore for swimming and the water was a bit murky, and since the bottom was not visible, we hit the rocks with our feet several times.

Fantastic experience: It's a beautiful cove with a sandy descent, no walking on rocks or climbing stairs, which I imagine is why it gets busier than the others. It also has a beach bar. We experienced a day with quite a lot of seaweed and the tide came in a lot. There was a strong wind and we couldn't even open the umbrella, but the views were spectacular, better than at an ordinary beach.

Fantastic experience: Spectacular cove, I always love coming back, it’s unique, it has a nice beach bar, restrooms, advice to locate yourself on the right side of the cove where there are no rocks and you can snorkel to another virgin cove that is just a few meters away.

However.... it has its drawbacks. - To get there you have to use an unpaved and poorly maintained road. - If you don't go early, it will be hard to find parking. - You have to bring water, drinks, and of course, food. In summary.... It's not a place to go with your mother-in-law and kids. You might end up in a separation process.

Positive experience: A secluded and safe cove, frequented by locals and visitors in a festive atmosphere, with calm and bright waters. It has a lifeguard service and a cozy beach bar, offering good regional cuisine, with a strong emphasis on fried food and fish, not forgetting rice dishes. The access from the coastal road to Cádiz is via a dusty and bumpy track of about eight hundred meters, which eagerly needs a layer of gravel. There is irregular parking that can be filled up by mid-morning.

Fantastic experience: Very accessible and pleasant beach. In winter and spring you can park right by the beach. In summer you can't. It's the best option to escape the easterly winds. It was quite windy at the port, and we arrived here and there was no wind at all. Everything looks very natural. The beach bar is very good, and the prices are not abusive either.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful cove, a family-friendly and very welcoming place to go with the gang of friends. Cove with a good beach, a perfectly located chiringuito and usually parking available up top. If you go in summer, parking is complicated like at any beach. 100% recommended. As a point to mention, we should take better care of the beaches as human beings, there are many cigarette butts from people who smoke and some trash, although it is minimal, it exists, and it is something we should all be more aware of and contribute a little to keep it prettier and more sustainable.

Negative experience: You can't go when it's not winter, absolutely crowded, when you think you'll be calm on a beach and hear the sea, forget it, beach bar, smoke, horrible music, the typical summer stuff. If you like tranquility, forget it, it's disgusting.

Positive experience: Nice beach, good protection from wind. Restaurant at the beach. No public toilet or showers. Parking is awful, very bad road (ca. 750m) to the parking area. Be careful driving there. However, beach is really lovely and perfect for little kids.

We chose to park in the area closest to the marina where a small cove forms, with very tricky access as you have to go down the stones of the port. But we were completely alone and had the whole area to ourselves and the local wildlife! We sheltered from the sun and wind in the rocks that formed the cove.

Positive experience: We went today because there was a strong east wind and after reading some reviews that said it was ideal for when the wind blows like this, we got encouraged, but that is not true, the wind was horrible, I don't know if less than at another beach but when we got out of the water the wind was like a giant hairdryer, and those who say that the sand doesn't get blown around... that isn't true either, it stings a lot, but yes, the food at the beach bar is very good.

Positive experience: Two years ago I would have given it a 5, but this year I give it 3 stars by a miracle, the sand is very dirty full of cigarette butts and trash, the parking lot is a mud pit that they don't bother to fix, since they charge us they could take a little care of the beaches, the descent is pathetic. It's just to park, nothing about eating or anything, just to park to go down to the beach. If you have a car or motorcycle, you can park without the risk of a fine.

Negative experience: Very beautiful cove, with ample parking, easy access, and a beach bar. However, due to the incivility of people, the sand and the shore is a dump of cigarette butts and sunflower seed shells. It's impossible to have a pleasant day as everywhere you step you find trash. I will not return.

Positive experience: Nice cove, although a bit crowded. It's recommended to go early to find parking. There are lifeguards, access can be via a slope or stairs, and there is a beach bar. The water was very clean, there were hardly any waves, which is suitable for children.

Positive experience: It's a small cove, so it fills up quite quickly. In September, we didn't have a parking problem, easy access by road, and then it's a short walk from the parking. There is a staircase on one side and a sloped path which is the main access. It has a beach bar, although there are no public restrooms, only for the beach bar customers. It doesn't have much charm but it's nice to change things up and see a different beach.

Positive experience: Parking is almost impossible, especially on a Sunday, but we got really really lucky. Be prepared to wait around as the parking is not paved - it’s dirt road and people park wherever they can squeeze in, including on top of tree roots. This Cala is one of the only beaches in Cádiz sheltered from the “levante” winds, although it still got windy, it was nowhere near that of east-facing beaches nearby. It was fairly busy, but not unreasonably so. Importantly, it was super clean, the sand was fine, and the water was fresh. There is also a bar/ restaurant which has a toilet on the shore.

Positive experience: A nice beach as it may be crowded during the high season.
