Information

Cala Sa Conca is a beautiful beach located between the charming areas of S'Agaró and Playa de Aro. It is renowned for its spectacular crystal-clear waters, making it an ideal spot for swimming and snorkeling. The beach offers stunning views and is well-kept, providing a pleasant environment for visitors.

Highlights:

  • Crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming.
  • Beautiful surroundings with great hiking opportunities along the nearby Camino de Ronda.
  • Family-friendly with areas suitable for small children.
  • Chiringuitos (beach bars) available for refreshments.

Fantastic experience: Piece of beach.....crystal clear water and easy access

Fantastic experience: Very clean, beautiful views and the water was great. The only thing is that the coverage is not good at all, keep this in mind if you need to stay attentive to your phone. Regarding parking, like most places, you have to be patient and very lucky in the summer season.

Fantastic experience: Spectacular beach between S'Agaró and Platja d'Aro following the coastal path. Similar to a cove and with a beach bar. It tends to be very busy but that's quite normal. If you wake up early, you can park without any problem, just 5 minutes to access. Crystal clear water every time I went.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach with a stunning sea. Great beach bar with good food. The water is a bit fresh but stays clean all day. Definitely worth it. Taking the wonderful Cami de Ronda that starts from St. Pol beach is the best way to get there on foot. Getting there by car is impossible because the roads are for residents and hotel guests only. You can park in the Platja de Sa Conca parking lot.

Positive experience: Beautiful beach. The sea is clear and has a slight drop. However, the beach bar is not recommended. We wanted to have drinks for five and 3 servings of fries, which seemed to be too little. It was claimed that the table would be reserved 15 minutes later (which turned out to be a lie). I had to remind them about the fries again, with the statement that the fryer had problems (even though a child at the neighboring table received some 2 minutes before)..... all in all unacceptable, which I also expressed. So never again this beach bar.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach with spectacular water and wildlife. You can walk from the Camino de Ronda from Sant Pol beach (Sant Feliu de Guixols), highly recommend, or you can take a path that connects with the road from above. There is a large private area without access for everyone, so you have to search well for the streets, but you can park on that road, it can be quite difficult. The beach is very crowded. Packed. There are two beach bars. There are restrooms near the beach bars, but no showers. There is a lifeguard. For snorkeling, go to the little one with rocks.

Julio Blanco 4 years ago

Isabel Pereira 3 years ago

spipsycotek legourouxspirituel 4 years ago

Fantastic experience: Very beautiful beach located between the most beautiful gated neighborhood of S'Agaró and Playa de Ajo. Personally, I think it's the most beautiful beach within a 50 km radius. Go there to judge for yourself and take the opportunity to do the Cami de Ronda to see the prestigious homes of S'Agaró.

Fantastic experience: It's a cozy beach, there are shallow areas for small children's bathing, the downside is that you can't park freely near the beach, but it's worth going and spending the day there with family and friends. Additionally, the scenery is beautiful and there are many activities to enjoy.

Fantastic experience: This is one of the few beaches in Costa Brava surrounded by wilderness. The water is clear and transparent - you can see fish swimming. Nevertheless, not being able to get to there by car, except you have a disability, is the only hitch. All in all, it is a five-star, notwithstanding.

Fantastic experience: This beach is popular with families staying in Platja d'Aro. It's a safer beach for the children to play in the water with a shallower entrance into the sea. It's not too far to walk around the port or there are some parking places in the road next to the beach.

Xavi Quintana 5 years ago

Fantastic experience: Very nice beach, small but very nice. The main public are families with children and teens, and there are different public attractions for them. Also there are two restaurants (chiringuitos) to have an informal lunch. It is mandatory to book a table to lunch before 14h, then they have a waiting list, because there are loads of people.
