Positive experience: Very nice popular beach, but I went in October and not to the sea, just to visit, so I don't know how it is in summer.

Positive experience: There is quite a big difference between high tide and low tide. When the tide is low it’s rather ugly as all the boats look abandoned and unsightly. High tide is much better.

Negative experience: Very crowded, small and the water is really very dirty. There are umbrellas and sun loungers for rent (€19 per day) which are very basic but better than nothing.

Positive experience: If you go in summer the view is really beautiful and you have space until noon... then it gets too crowded. But in Cadiz you have several beaches to choose from.

Negative experience: Beautiful beach to see but there are too many people crowded on the sand. There are abundant seaweeds and rocks. The water is dirty because people smoke on the shore and throw ashes into the sea or spit, poop in the water, etc.

Negative experience: The beach is very beautiful but it is completely unattended. Full of garbage with cigarette butts everywhere and a lot of seaweed. It's a shame that it is like this.

Positive experience: It's not that great, and on top of that, when we went, there was a lot of seaweed... Cádiz has prettier beaches like La Victoria and they don't get as much attention.

Positive experience: Decent little sandy beach right by the restaurants/bars. Nice views over to the castle on the right and left hand sides. Only complaint is that there are no beach bars or anywhere to get a drink.

Fantastic experience: A charming place in Cadiz that the neighbors from the neighborhood frequent, accompanied by Jennifer from los Dolores and Joshua with their respective plastic shovels and rakes. Sitting on a step and listening to the gossiping women is priceless, mate.

Positive experience: La Caleta beach is a unique place, the only downside, but perhaps the most shocking, is the lack of care from some of its users who leave thousands of cigarette butts on the sand. It's a shame that this wonderful place in Cádiz is not better maintained.

Fantastic experience: Great beach but they need to remove the mountains of seaweed. Every year I walk around the castle that is there and discover new spots to swim or take photos.

Fantastic experience: Fine sand, we went on a weekday and there were people, so for sure on the weekend you need to go early to get a spot. They have public restrooms with a woman monitoring them, and they are always clean and have paper, thanks to the City Council of Cádiz. There is also a lifeguard station. There are umbrellas and hammocks for rent, but you can also bring your own. We really liked it. We watched the sunset from there, which they said was beautiful.

Positive experience: Lovely beach in the city of Cádiz. Very close there is a very cheap parking for about €1.2 per hour. Nice also to see the sunset.
