Fantastic experience: This is a well-maintained beach with all kinds of services nearby. It has beach games. It stretches for almost half a kilometer. Accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely beautiful beach which gently slopes into the sea. The beach is lined with an array of delightful restaurants and shops. Self-drive boat hire is available on this beach; pedalos and other beach and sea pursuits (cliff jumping) are all available. There is great parking along the full length of the Arenal.
Positive experience: As is typical in summer, it is very crowded, it is quite sheltered and there are usually not many waves, although there are often jellyfish. It has a wide sandy area and is surrounded by a promenade full of commercial activities. Parking is another issue, and the foot showers often don't work.
Positive experience: 30/06/2024, The beach is a public place with sunshade and sunbed space (for those who can afford it) and recently also the shower water (1€ with private management), for when will they start charging an entrance fee (of course with private management). The area has many services around it, including the Nautical Club (at one end of the beach mixing its water with that of the beach). The water and land are just okay.

Positive experience: Ideal para tomar el sol, bañarse en la playa, hacer deporte y los niños disfrutando un montón. No me gusta que los perros hagan sus pis y cacas en dónde luego juegan los niños descalzos y lo pisan.
Positive experience: La playa en sí es muy bonita, tranquila y familiar. Es lamentable notar como nuestro entorno se ve afectado por los residuos, a diferencia de otras localidades de la comunidad V. en donde los excrementos y orinas de perros se suman a la visual, en esta ocasión un lugar tan lindo esta circundado por mugre, en los extremos de la playa, tenemos papeles, plásticos, bolsas, etc etc, etc. Quisiera una europa de multas por arrojar un papel a la calle o la de agregar un impuesto al que tiene perro para que ese impuesto vaya directamente a la persona municipal que limpia las calles. La verdad, en esta oportunidad, lo lindo, la foto del paisaje (lo macro); lo malo, lo micro cuando entras en detalles y encontrás basura en todas partes, es deprimente.

Fantastic experience: Undoubtedly one of the best sandy beaches in Jávea, it has a wonderful promenade filled with shops and restaurants. Be careful, it has showers but they are paid. 50 cents for a shower.

Positive experience: Good beach, although with a lot of seaweed, which the city council removed at the end of August. (Returning the next day in smaller quantities. They should clean it daily.) The showers do not work, and the washbasins only at certain hours. The boulevard has everything you need for dining (the best). I recommend the restaurant Lungo Mare and La Atalaya.

Fantastic experience: I love this promenade. Always clean and full of options to eat or drink something. There is also a shop on the promenade. Watching the sunrise is very beautiful!

Fantastic experience: Superb fine sandy beach. Very crowded place during the summer period with many parking spots often occupied. You can see surfers when the sea is rough.
Fantastic experience: Playa de arena blanca fina y mar azul, perfecta para pasar una mañana o tarde en familia. Nosotros fuimos y había mucho oleaje (había bandera roja en alguna zona). Había gente incluso haciendo surf. Muy bien situada y con mucho aparcamiento (gratuito). Cerca de restaurantes, comercios y cajeros automáticos. Sin duda volvería.

Negative experience: Crowds of people, which is ok, I get it, it’s a high season, but then the ‘soup’ of everything in the water is just disgusting. Beach area is too small and entering the water there everything in the same place - people swimming, kayaking, sup-ing, boating, literally everything. Omg by far the worst beach
Fantastic experience: Una playa de arena, no es muy grande pero siempre encuentras sitio, el agua es muy clara, hay para hacer actividades como kayak, barcas de pedales, motos de agua etc. Tiene tiendas y puestos para comprar.

Negative experience: A beach like many that has nothing special. If there is a slightly bad tide, don't even bother because it fills up with bad seaweed. There are much better options in Javea, like some cove that I'm sure are better.

Negative experience: Beach filled with seaweed. People's trash floats. A stormwater drain exits to the right of the beach directly into the sea. Ideal for walking but certainly not for swimming.

Fantastic experience: Magnificent beach, translucent water, palm trees for shade, and a lively waterfront.
Negative experience: Huge disappointment regarding the beach. Very dirty, not cleaned, on the side of the rocks there are up to 50 cm of rotting seaweed, and this is not due to a storm. All along the length of the beach there are seaweed and more seaweed, arriving at 12:00 you see no trace of machinery. You come here to swim and you leave disgusted. Run away.

Positive experience: A nice area for swimming, walking, eating, or having an ice cream. There are many restaurants, bars, cafés, and ice cream shops along a great promenade by Arenal beach. It has many clothing and beach accessory shops. There are parking spaces for disabled people and access to the beach.
