Fantastic experience: The parking lot is very spacious, but on hot days there is nowhere to park. The beach is big with plenty of space to be without bothering anyone. The promenade is a wonder for walking with spectacular views. The only downside is wanting to listen to the sea, but with the noise of the cars over the bridge, it makes it a bit difficult.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place, long pebble beach, at the end there is some sand if that's what you're looking for. Peace and tranquility to be with the dog, beautiful views.

Fantastic experience: The first time I set foot on Praia do Vao, I knew I had found a piece of paradise on Earth. The laid-back atmosphere, complemented by stunning views of the ocean and sky, creates an almost magical experience. If you ever need an escape from daily routine, this is the perfect place to disconnect. The sand is soft and golden, ideal for lying down and enjoying the sun. But if you are more active, there are plenty of things to do, from swimming in the crystal-clear waters to practicing water sports. Personally, I love walking along the shore, especially during sunset; the colors on the horizon are simply spectacular. Another plus is the cleanliness of the beach. You can tell that there is a great effort to keep the area in perfect condition. There are also plenty of nearby facilities, such as restaurants and beach bars, so you don’t have to go far to get something to eat or drink. Last but not least, the overall atmosphere is welcoming and family-friendly. Both locals and tourists seem to respect the natural beauty of the place, adding a sense of community and belonging that is hard to find in more crowded places. If you are looking for a beach that has it all: natural beauty, a relaxed atmosphere, and a wide range of activities, look no further than Praia do Vao. Positive experience: Playa de cantos rodados con agua muy tranquila. Dispone de un aparcamiento muy amplio tanto para coches como para caravanas. Lo único que hay que caminar sobre piedras hasta el agua y no es muy agradable esa sensacion(al menos para mi) Sitio ideal para ir con niños pues nunca hay olas, siempre esta plana el agua y entiendo que da mas seguridad a los padres. Cerca hay varios chiringuitos para comer abiertos solo en verano.

Negative experience: The beach is somewhat overcrowded, although it must be because it is the beginning of August. But there is no justification for ELIMINATING ALL THE SHOWERS THAT EXISTED. How is it possible to verify that Galicia is full of rivers, natural springs, streams, ... with abundant water and find many of its beaches without a 'sad' shower? I suppose it is AGENDA.
Negative experience: It is neglected, the walkway is destroyed, the boards are raised, the stone is shattered, dirt everywhere, this is the end of April, we hope they fix it for the summer.

Fantastic experience: Una de las playas más concurridas de la Isla tiene dos zonas diferenciadas la de la derecha de la entrada que suele ser más para kitesurfistas y la de la izquierda para bañistas, también tiene una zona de parking y sito para caravanas. Las dos se comunican por debajo del puente.

Positive experience: Rocosa. Muchos cantos. Para dar un paseo en kayak o con patinete y observar las rayas en el fondo marino a simple vista. A favor, amplia zona de aparcamiento recién ampliada. Eso sí, polvorienta.

Negative experience: Once it was beautiful, now it’s terrible. It’s the municipality’s fault for taking away the lifeguards, then the showers, and finally the toilets. I hope people poop on the beach; it's a total shame. As I say, it's the municipality's fault, they should reflect a bit.

Fantastic experience: It's very good, I appreciate finding a place to park and spend the night with the motorhome. Although I would like to mention: the side where we parked is next to the road, quite busy, so there is noise when trying to sleep. They could invest in changing the location since the cars next to the road are not bothered as they don't stay overnight there. And we could sleep in the motorhomes. Thank you.
