Fantastic experience: It is the first time I see La Carihuela beach, divided into different areas by the sunbed service you rent. and how well organized it is, we reserved 4 sunbeds and it even has a restaurant service, and I didn't find the prices excessive. Very friendly and attentive staff. It's worth it to spend a day at the beach without having to carry loads. Congratulations.

Negative experience: Disrespectful, arrogant, and without any word. We had reserved sunbeds 3 days in advance for my 88-year-old mom, who has been coming to this beach for over 20 years. We arrive, and they refuse to give us any, claiming they don't take reservations!! And yet, about ten sunbeds are reserved on the beach. It's just shameful! And they are liars on top of that... Bravo!!!
Buenas tardes, le hemos comentado que no cogiamos mas reservas para el sabado.El personal igualmente se ha molestado en llevarlas a una playa colindante para que tuvieran sus tumbonas igualmente. Y ustedes han decidido no cogerlas.Posteriormente han venido nuevamente gritando y montando un show.Esperamos que encuentren otra playa que sea de su agrado.Un saludo.
Fantastic experience: Service is unbeatable. In fact, they are always full from the very first hour of the morning. They are super kind, both Juan and Sergio, as well as leaving my precious Lina. The attention from the waiter Marcelo is a 1000. We will always come back because the customer service is perfect. So polite and helpful. Thank you for everything.
