Caló of the Dead Men

Fantastic experience: I loved it. You have to walk about 7 minutes from the road but it's a very easy path and you can see the sea along the way. The sandy area is large and there is a pine tree by the shore that provides a lot of shade. The water was super clean and clear and there were fish. Spectacular.

Fantastic experience: Nice, not busy #beach, white sand with pine needles, shade by several trees, easy to reach, shower (of the hotel going up the stairs to the nearby pool). Snorkeling not so exciting but you can take some bread with you and you ll be surrounded by small fishes ?

Positive experience: És una platja petita, d’accès bastant fàcil, es pot aparcar just al costat de l’hotel (que ara estan reformant) i arribar-hi per un camí fet aposta. Sa platja no té servei de socorrista ni xiringuito ni res per comprar menjar o beure ni tampoc hamaques o sombrilles, almenys ara que l’hotel està tancat. Però hi ha arbres i zones d’ombra molt còmodes. L’aigua és cristal·lina.

Negative experience: Praia com areia suja e algumas pedras. Acesso fácil, com um parque de estacionamento perto. Parece que o acesso se faz praticamente para os hóspedes de um hotel aqui perto. Boa porque não tem muita gente.

Positive experience: Eau turquoise, chaude, et surtout plage ombragée par un immense pin, tellement agréable en tant de canicule ! Plage petite mais plutôt calme contrairement à d’autre plage similaire dans le coin.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful cove to relax and swim. The water is very clear and clean. What I particularly like is that no bathing shoes are needed and there are hardly any stones in the bathing area.

Positive experience: Small cove surrounded by a single hotel complex (Ikos Portopedro). Slightly harder sand, with some stones in the sand. The water was very clear and clean. The large pine tree provides shade even without an umbrella if you lie under it. It was very empty here (even during the holidays), as most hotel guests go straight back to their sun loungers in the complex or only stay briefly on the beach with a towel.

Positive experience: Water quality is top / Sand quality is so-so / very hard, because there are rocks underneath and too little sand in the cove, mostly hotel guests / very quiet, pleasant without stress / for relaxing with shade under a big tree right by the water. The waves don't come through. Very calm water, for me rather boring

Fantastic experience: Very nice small clean bay. With a sandy beach and trees that provide shade. There are options to rent loungers and umbrellas. Offered by the nearby hotel. Unfortunately, there is no restroom for non-hotel guests. Here you have clear water and a clean beach. A small quiet oasis.

Positive experience: Sehr schöne kleine Bucht mit einem schmalen Sandstreifen. Super für kleinere Kinder. In der Hauptsaison mit Lifeguards. Viele Schattenplätze unter Kiefern (viele Kiefernnadeln und -zapfen). Müll liegt aber nicht rum. Liegen zum Mieten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Zu Fuß vom Parkplatz am Kreisverkehr vor dem Hotel Blau PortoPetro über einen bequemen (aber nicht rollstuhlgerechten) Weg zu erreichen. Die Poolbar des benachbarten Hotels ist auch für Strandgäste nutzbar.

Fantastic experience: If you prefer privacy, this is the right place. Super small, so it's not overcrowded, completely crystal clear water, however, there are no toilets, sunbeds, or restaurants here. Next to the beach is a 5-star hotel, whose music can be heard a bit.
