Positive experience: For 40 years I have been visiting and enjoying this beautiful beach, I grew up there and my children did too. The drastic change it underwent is incredible; native vegetation and trees have disappeared. I don’t think the change has only been due to the negative impact of climate change; I fear that other considerations, interests, and manipulations by humans have influenced the distortion of its original appearance, to the point that year after year it becomes more unrecognizable. A true sadness. 'Who has seen you and who sees you now.'

Negative experience: Disgusting. I turned around to Galicia. A construction sand beach between gravel and stones. I guess it was designed for architects and builders.

Positive experience: Everything so green, that walk along the pier and around the Poza, bathrooms, showers, restaurants… As a downside, not being able to enter with my vehicle larger than 5.5 meters, there's space to park and turn around, I don't get it…

Positive experience: Playa de arena no muy fina , con bastantes piedrecillas . Rodeada de un bosque de árboles y de fácil acceso y zona de aparcamiento Y con tres chiringuitos al lado donde tomar algo

Positive experience: La zona de playa es muy chula, con un aparcamiento amplio bien ubicado, chiringuitos bien ambientados, y parque con tirolina, columpios y demás. Además, dispone de duchas y baños públicos, limpios, incluidos para personas con movilidad reducida. Estos no tienen papel. La playa es amplia, tranquila, pero la arena es como sucia y está llena de piedrecitas y de ramas. Si bien no es insoportable, no es muy agradable para por ejemplo, darte un baño. Recomendaría el uso de calzado adecuado. Nosotros estuvimos jugando un rato a las palas tras apartar las ramas y bien, pero no es lo ideal. No es mala playa, he estado en playas peores, pero no es la mejor.

Positive experience: Buena playa con buenos servicios. Como pero, la necesidad de usar vehículo para llegar y el clima, no muy cálido y bastante ventoso( mediado julio)

Positive experience: Black sand beach not very crowded. It has several beach bars where you can have a drink, eat or dine. In addition to a playground and a forest. You can get there from Navia by taking a walk along the estuary or through the park that surrounds a small marsh.

Fantastic experience: Great beach, fine clean sand. Restaurants were under renovation and cleaning, it was June 13, the season had not started yet. There is a lot of wooded area, but in high season I think there is little parking.

Negative experience: It's a m..., full of gravel. As soon as you step onto the sand, you get covered in dust instead of sand, and then the sand is very coarse. There is a pool just a few meters away, which today is full of algae, and more plants keep growing on the bottom. Therefore, over time, it's impossible to swim.

Fantastic experience: One of the best beaches in western Asturias. It has lifeguards, showers, toilets, a picnic area, and a beach bar during the summer season. A very natural environment, with a river where little ones can bathe in case the sea doesn't allow it.

Fantastic experience: Great beach and nice views! I met this cute and friendly girl there and we had a very nice time :) She kept asking me to join her gang the 'Spina di Rosula' or something? I don't know what it's about but she was talking about investigations and the Gardes? Intense stuff. Regardless it was a fun time and I'd be going out with my new friend again next weekend, I can't wait! :3

Fantastic experience: A fantastic sunrise at the beach with a couple of fishermen, no one else around, just the wind, the smell, the taste of the sea, all the senses in orbit, amazing.

Fantastic experience: The beach of Navia is spectacular, very calm and perfect for taking walks along the shore of the sea.

Positive experience: Very bad beach with many currents, it is very dangerous although it is a beautiful place (the whole area is gorgeous). I recommend visiting, it has a nice walkway next to the estuary and don't forget to visit the castros of Coaña and the small fishing port of Viavelez which is truly amazing (I'm sorry but that village is my weakness) besides being my mom's hometown.

Fantastic experience: Very large beach, next to a huge park ideal for walking, exercising, and enjoying the sea. There are some beach bars where you can drink or eat something.

Negative experience: The sandy beach looks artificial because it is very coarse and dark, I don't like that. It has parking, does not allow dogs, has showers and facilities at the entrance near the lifeguard area. The parking lot is large. You can get there using maps.

Positive experience: Rocky beach with huge strong waves. Not ideal for kids and inexperienced adults.

Fantastic experience: This is a beautiful spot that has ample space on its beach, including a tidal lagoon on the estuary. What makes it interesting is that it's a rather flat area in the middle of a regged mountainous area.

Positive experience: Lovely little Park with pine forest and lakes on the mount of the river. There's a good promenade walk back along the river into town or you can walk along the cliffs overlooking the sea. We saw a nice spoonbill.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful place, you can park in the trees for shade, and there are 3 bars close to the beach, also a long walk next to the estuary, easy walk into the town with shops and restaurants.
