Negative experience: The beach is magnificent, nothing to report but we broke our car and our bags were stolen from my children, my friend and I. No cameras around.

Fantastic experience: One of my favorite beaches in Barcelona, there are few people and you can swim and enjoy the moment with your family without any disturbance.

Fantastic experience: A quiet beach that can be accessed by the Garraf road, or by taking the rodalies train. Its main charm is the green and white huts of former fishermen, which are now restored. It has all the services as well as beach bars and restaurants.

Positive experience: I had wanted to go for years because I had heard wonderful things, but the truth is I was expecting more. I guess it depends on the beaches you have visited, but I thought it was fine, normal sand and water like there are many in the area, nothing exceptional apart from the huts which are very beautiful. For those interested, walking to the left there is a beach bar that charges €50 for sun loungers and umbrellas per couple.

Positive experience: It's a super quiet and clean beach, it's great for enjoying the sea.

Positive experience: Playa del Garraf has very clear water, with fine sand and shallow depth, making it ideal for children. The water was so warm that there were some jellyfish, but they could be seen due to the clear water. The showers do not work, only the foot taps.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful! Charming beach, the little houses are lovely. Parking nearby, better to go early or at noon.

Fantastic experience: Excellent cove with a village feel and very nice little houses. The water and beach are clean. The downside is the return transport, as out of every 4 or 5 trains that pass, only 1 stops, at least yesterday on Monday.

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I love this place. I have never bathed in this beach, but the location is perfect. Sitting there in the sand on the beach in winter and listening to the sea.

Fantastic experience: Despite being August, the beach was super calm with a very nice atmosphere. We ate at the beach bar and honestly, the snacks were very good with prompt service.

Positive experience: It's a small and very beautiful beach that is well maintained. There is a blue zone parking with a maximum of 3 hours, and a tiny area in front of the beach for free parking. There are several places and restaurants to eat, and services for sun loungers and umbrellas.

Fantastic experience: Fine sand beach, it has that halfway point where up to 10-15 meters it doesn't cover you and then it does, it's very nice. There are restaurants and a beach bar. Also, 100 meters away, there's a supermarket. Everything is blue zone but you can take the train and it drops you off right at the beach.

Positive experience: Iconic beach of Garraf with colorful summer houses, expensive restaurants and parking, and a lot of people.

Positive experience: Very private beach with a diverse crowd. Since the beach bar is managed by Soho House, the prices are for high-income people. The beach is beautiful but full of stones; personally, it's not my choice. I think there are better options not far away. I've stopped going; in my opinion, they are trying to create a private beach. I do not recommend it.

Positive experience: Una playa agradable al abrigo del macizo y junto al puerto deportivo. No es muy grande pero tiene aguas limpias, arena fina y la rodea treintaypico casetas tipo pescadores de color verde que le dan color y singularidad. Si vienes en coche es difícil encontrar sitio en verano y siempre será de pago. En tren hay estación de Cercanías justo enfrente.

Fantastic experience: Bonita playa con arena fina y agua limpia, el unico problema es el parking, casi no hay y es de zona azul

Negative experience: El chiringuito que está en un espacio público es un club privado y no podrás tomar nada sin membrecía o invitación. Tendrías que salir a la carretera si quieres tomar algo o bien llegar con provisiones o bien dirigirse a otro tipo de playa.

Negative experience: Poor access for disabled people, how is a person in a wheelchair supposed to get out of the car and get into their chair with the pit that is in the area designated for disabled people? And the curb? Very poorly thought out.

Fantastic experience: Very cool, we have been amazed. Few people, very clean and a calm afternoon.

Positive experience: Beach with a certain charm, especially with its little fishing houses and Soho House next door.

Fantastic experience: It is a wild beach with many stones and waves, with a special charm between the white and green cottages. They have two well-equipped beach bars.

Fantastic experience: It's a very small beach but it's very charming because of the huts at the back. It has little sand, so it fills up quickly in summer. It's worth going at least once in a lifetime.

Negative experience: A beautiful place, the downside is the beach which is full of rocks and hurts the feet, not recommended to go with children as there is no sand for the little ones to play. I do not recommend it.

Positive experience: The beach is very nice, but it has lost some of its charm due to the absence of beach bars. The current concession is from a private hotel, only for its members, and at high prices. There is no longer any public beach bar.

Positive experience: Very nice, we had been there a while ago and the cabins were different colors, for me they were more charming before. It is worth going there for a trip or to the beach in the summer. A charming place.

Positive experience: Place to enjoy a sunny winter morning

Fantastic experience: When visiting the marvelous Garraf coast, this little jewel deserves a special mention. Entirely different from the large sand beaches of Gava and Castelldefels, this small corner emerges like a surprise, a warning that the overcrowded Barcelona zone finished and we start the real disconnection. No more tall buildings, or straight speedways, just small wooden houses, rosie rocks, quite smooth sand, the sea and you.

Fantastic experience: It's a spectacle, walking ‍♀️ around this place there are corners where you feel very comfortable, especially on a day like today that was clear.

Fantastic experience: Charming beach located next to the urban center of Garraf, beautified by the presence of 33 colorful cabins, green and white, situated on the sand. With a length of 380 meters and an average width of 30, it offers multiple services in a quiet and family-friendly environment. Although there is nearby parking, regulated and limited during the summer period, there is a nearby train station 50 meters from the beach belonging to the R2 Sud line of Rodalies.

Fantastic experience: Cozy little beach. The sunsets here are wonderful! And the splashes are almost like in the Basque Country :)

Positive experience: A beautiful place to spend a winter, autumn, or spring morning since it gets crowded in summer. There isn't much else to see and visit; if you've never been, spending a morning, walking around Garraf (10 minutes), having a coffee at the only bar there, relaxing on the beach, and eating at the Cupula can be a good plan. For me personally, it is a place that relaxes me a lot and brings me a lot of peace. But if you are someone who enjoys seeing and shopping and all that, this is not your place.

Fantastic experience: The beach is okay, you can get there by car or train....... the latter is not recommended, it is an expensive place to stay, the food and drinks are expensive with doubled prices, Sitges is much cheaper and cleaner, not recommended.

Negative experience: Very expensive to eat and drink, the sewage smells and the station is crazy with all those detours and stairs to get to the platforms. A pity for such a beautiful little village by the sea.

Fantastic experience: The sea was very stormy, and there were just a couple of people on the beach. But at another time, it would probably be a secluded and friendly environment.

Positive experience: Beautiful beach because of its huts, the water is not the best but the place has a lot of charm. The parking is paid until October and there is no other area to park than that.

Positive experience: They have painted and renovated the cabins in conjunction with the hotel. In green and white. Very nice.

Negative experience: The beach is not that good, it's stoney. Like every step you take it's another stone stuck on your foot.

Fantastic experience: It is a small beach, a cove type, with coarse sand. It gets deep a few meters into the sea, and you have to be careful because there are large submerged rocks with which it is easy to hit yourself. When we went, there was plenty of space to put towels and an umbrella, but I understand that on non-working days it can be quite crowded. It has beautiful views, and the water is quite clear, just a little choppy and murky near where the waves break. Despite the pleasantness of the place, I give it few stars because there are no public toilets (if there are any, they are well hidden) and the restaurant (hard to call it a beach bar) is almost luxurious, expensive, and snobbish. CORRECTION At the Eastern end of the beach, there are toilets with running water and a real beach bar, unfortunately with very bad reviews: Chiringuito La Caseta.

Fantastic experience: Nice location,but impossible to go into the sea because of the rocky pebbly seabed,not good for swimming

Negative experience: One of the worst beaches in the Barcelona region. Casteldelfels, 5 min away by train, is definitely a massive upgrade

Positive experience: Really nice beach to have a scape from Barcelona. It has a couple of restaurants and a hotel. Public showers for free . 20 min away from Barcelona by car. You can also access with train wich has a train station in front of the beach

Negative experience: Not a fan favorite. This used to be a quaint little beach just outside Bcn but it's become incredibly busy, very hard to find a place to set the towel, there's lots of shady types all around, the day we went it was insanely hot in the far right of the beach cause the wall turns that side into a convection oven, and the water was very dirty and smelled is sewers. It's nearly impossible to get a seat at one of the local beach bars/ restaurants where even a bottle of water costs an arm and a leg, the nearest mini mart is 15 minutes away from the beach.

Positive experience: Nice beach with super sweet wooden huts and a lack of good gastronomy . as often on this coast, the trains are your constant entertainment

Positive experience: Cool beach ️ BUT there are some member-only club sunbeds and parasols, you can’t rent them actually. So since there is no natural shade, bring your own ‍♀️ It’s quite inconvenient..

Fantastic experience: Cute beach, there are cute little houses all along the beach front that I'm assuming can be rented. I love that its right off of the train station for easy access

Fantastic experience: Such a magical little beach! Considering we only took a little trip from Barcelona to explore nearby beaches, my friends and I were so pleasantly surprised. Garraf felt like we traveled super far away from Barcelona and we found ourselves in a magical holiday place. It was really fun to play in the water, since the area had loads of waves. It also looked beautiful with the waves crashing against the rocks.

Fantastic experience: If you’re in Barcelona, and you want to find a nice, cosy, secluded beach, head out. Keep in mind that this is a pebble beach and you might need to keep your beach shoes on. We also encountered some Purple Jelly Fishes that day, which is a rare exception, but the coast guards were attentive and very involved to keep the people safe. There is a good restaurant, a members only club and a lovely new bar called “La Caseta”. We were their “First Customers Ever” and the service top notch. Must visit.

Fantastic experience: Cute little beach easily accessible as the station is right next to it. A couple of restaurants and not much else. Does get busy in the summer but makes a nice day trip for a change of scenery.

Positive experience: A small beach with high hills that look like cliffs giving an impressive backdrop. All in all a micro resort with a few beach bars. I did use the restaurant Antonio's, but paid a different price to what I expected ( I have reviewed on here). The beach is only a five minute walk from the train station. I might return, but not during winter times.

Negative experience: I've been coming to this beach for 8 years. I asked the hostest at Little Beach House Barcelona in platja del Garraf to let me use the bathroom for a three year old girl who needed to used the restroom desperately, she turned us down and gave a poor excuse that her 'manager didn't let her give permission'. Gave me a poor excuse and waived me off as if I was not important. thanks Hotel lacks compassion, even if you are a tourist with means. Don't recommend this place if you have a family. Staff in hotel lack social skills.

Fantastic experience: Lovey relaxed beach, without the hordes of people you get in the city beaches. Lovely cute white housed along the side..Showers and a few restaurants and bars close. Relatively clean beach, will come again.

Positive experience: A nice beach to spend the day, only 30 minutes in the train from Barcelona. The little houses in front of the beach are quite nice and it wasn’t as crowded as the beaches in Barcelona. Very nice to swim, but the showers were not working though.

Fantastic experience: A beach away from the main city . Though considered a secluded beach , it witnesses quite a crowd. However definitely not as much as the main beach of Barcelona. Beautiful landscape and clean waters. Good vibe !

Fantastic experience: Came here by train anytime in autumn 2019. Very calm, only a few people on the beach, great sea views and a relaxing atmosphere. Must be very different in summer. However, guess that this place even in the midst of summer holidays is much less crowded than other places on the Catalonian coast. Lovely village only a 30 minutes trip away from Sants station.
