Negative experience: It's a shame that, being such a long beach, you don't have a dog area. We want to go with our dogs, and you should delimit an area. Nowadays, there are many places that allow dogs, and you're falling behind.

Negative experience: I would love it if in such a large beach like this, a designated area was considered to take our dogs, as for many of us they are part of our family and we would like to spend the day at the beach playing with them. Nowadays, with the current animal welfare law, it is necessary for considerations to be taken into account in places like this.

It has a playground area for kids, dining areas, a gym, and several volleyball nets... It's an amazing beach, I love it!!

Positive experience: I uploaded photos in the general section and didn't write a review, let's fix that. We visited this beach in September, it was clear that it was almost off-season. We walked around the area, highlighting that this beach has dunes and a micro reserve of flora. In season, it offers rental sunbeds with umbrellas, as well as beach bar stalls and water activity companies.

Fantastic experience: It is worth visiting the Arenal beach of Burriana Castellón. Fine sand and good weather. Don't expect luxury. There isn't any. But tranquility... everything one wishes for.

Fantastic experience: Let them say what they want, my family and I love this beach more than the one at Grao, although I would recommend putting more tables and doing something to create more green space, because the Grao of Castellón has an advantage in that. However, as a beach? So far, I haven't known another one; the cleanliness, maintenance, and the best part is that it has a rocky section (which I don't like), but it has another part that is fine sand, which by the way is very fine. This part is our favorite place and the most discreet, although if it weren't for the pot smokers, it would be much better. Love and respect yourselves more, kids and not so kids, because drugs kill!

Fantastic experience: A great sandy beach, wide and long, one of the best in Castellón. The urban planning is very respectful of the environment. First line of chalets, not tall buildings, which gives a more natural beach feeling.

Negative experience: Poorly maintained beach. Decades ago it used to be a pristine sandy beach often awarded EUs blue flag. Recently, the shore is full of peebles and it is annoying if you walk barefoot. In summer you can find one or two beach bars by the promenade but this is now far from the extensive offer it used to have. Except for weekends, there is plenty of space to lay down your beach towel.

Fantastic experience: I go to Borriana very often and I always go to the Arenal beach. It is beautiful, vast, peaceful, clean and Sandy. I have seen the most amazing sunsets and sun rises ever at the Arenal. It is the perfect place for a relaxing early morning walk/run along the beach. Also the perfect place if you like photography!!!. It is the ideal place to take your children as it does not get overly crowded and it feels safe in general. Good for water and beach sports. I think it could benefit from having some more facilities such as toilets, but seemingly it could have an adverse effect. There is always free parking around the beach. Very highly recommend this place as a relaxing family beach.

Fantastic experience: We've visited here in mid-July. The days were hot, blue skies, no clouds in sight. And still the beach was pretty empty. The most busy it got in the late afternoon, when the sun lost some of its power, but it was still pretty empty. And there's nothing wrong with that, it's just surprising. Because it's a clean, quite wide and soft sandy beach. The water is warm and clean and the ocean is calm, the waves are flat. It's a public beach, so it's best to bring your own gear. There are open showers to wash off the sand. If you don't have your own umbrellas and chairs, then there's a beach bar which has some for rent. The promenade behind the beach is lovely to walk and has some lunch/dinner options. Try Robert's - great food and it's open through from lunch to midnight. A really great beach. Quiet - almost no international tourists (a plus) - a lovely beach to spend a few days at.
