Dog Beach - Pollença

Fantastic experience: Excellent dog-friendly beach. It's rocky with some seaweed. It's hard to walk on without shoes. There are pine trees and some wooden tables. Well marked with informative signs. There is a dock right in the center that divides the beaches. The beach has bins for packaging and organic waste. Easy parking around. On the day (27/06/2024) we had an incident. I take this opportunity to thank the good treatment received from the lifeguards, local police, medical ambulance 061, and civil guard. I would also like to particularly highlight and thank the help of Joan and Laura, two excellent human beings. Most probably, without their invaluable help, the outcome of the situation would have been tragic. From here, a million thanks.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant for camping, eating under the trees by the beach, but I don't like bathing as it is full of rocks and seaweed.

Fantastic experience: Buena playa para ir en pleno verano,,ya q aunque haya mucha gente se puede estar muy bien,..cómoda ,fácil de llegar y aparcar....aunque las calas son preciosas las playas abiertas también tienen su encanto!?

Negative experience: No! It is not safe to go with dogs since a few months ago they have started putting out poisoned bait to kill the dogs. Please, let NO ONE go to this beach until the idiot who is doing this is caught.

Fantastic experience: Perfect beach to go with your dogs. There are wooden picnic areas where you can sit quietly and enjoy the views and the tranquility of the beach. The beach is made of stones, so if you plan to swim, bring slippers to avoid hurting your feet when you get into the water. Great beach to walk without problems with dogs and for them to take a dip.

Negative experience: Nice beach for dogs near the sea, also dirty as last year my dog was poisoned, he ate something in between the algae. Hopefully he recovered.

Positive experience: Nice beach. The part we visited was just next to the area where owners can take their dogs hence the name. This would be the quietest part of port Pollenca beach. The jetty is good for just sitting on and taking in the horseshoe bay or fishing.

Fantastic experience: Very nice beach it’s quiet although there is no sand on the dog beach! But it’s very pleasant

Positive experience: Playa bastante tranquila , con unas buenas vistas a la montaña , con todos los servicios ( hay tiendas y restaurantes en todo el paseo marítimo ). Para ir a Pollença hay que coger el coche.

Positive experience: Pollenca hermoso pro donde lo veas, playas limpias y amplias, tiene una rambla para andar en bici y esta lleno de restaurants que dan al mar. Le quito una estrella porque los baños se pagan pero solo 50 centésimas de euro.

Fantastic experience: Espectacular lugar para ir a pasear. Con restaurantes y casas a un lado y la playa en el otro, separado por un largo paseo de amplias aceras, carril para bicicletas y vehículos, cuya velocidad está controlada por Radar. Muy recomendable para ir y descansar o desconectar de la rutina. Playa amplia y larga.

Negative experience: Sitio horrible para denominarse playa para ir con perros; la foto lo dice todo. He ido cada año a ver si mejoran pero siempre luce igual. Es la peor área de esa zona la disponible para estar con tu mascota. El agua está sucia, llena de piedras, con algo de basura, pocas ganas te dan de meterte en esa agua oscura que no se ve el fondo. Todo lo que describen de restaurantes, duchas, baños, juegos para niños tumbonas y agua clara está en la zona donde no se puede estar con perros. Una verdadera lástima para los que somos dueños responsables, que deseamos acatar las reglas, y solo queremos disfrutar de algún día del verano con nuestra mascota en una playa decente :o(

Positive experience: Für Nicht-Kitesurfer der perfekte Platz, um auf die Windanbeter zu warten. ;) Sandstrand, großer Kinderspielplatz, Restaurant, WC...Dusche fehlt leider - oder haben wir übersehen - und das Wasser ist stellenweise in Strandnähe recht verdreckt. Bei Bedarf sind auch zwei Liegen plus Schirm für 15€ ganztägig zu haben.

Fantastic experience: I went with my little dog and it was a wonderful day. Good beach, clean... I missed a swim and the bars were closed.

Fantastic experience: Un parque de madera muy divertido junto a una bonita playa y a una zona de Pinós con mesas para poder comer.
