Fantastic experience: Here again, like almost everywhere in Spain: a great beach but very littered. Many anglers in the parking area. During my morning dog walk, we collected a lot of trash around the anglers as well. Fishing lines, beer cans, etc. Further along the beach, many more canisters have washed up that no one collects and a lot of other debris. Why doesn’t the municipality/city, whoever it is, take care of this?? Simply terrible for nature.
Fantastic experience: Very nice, quiet and secluded beach. You can park up on the mountain by car. We paid €3 for the day. From here, it is a few meters downhill to the beach. A visit is worth it.

Positive experience: The surrounding area is beautiful. With a small parking area for disabled individuals. Kiosk and showers. This last time I went, there were many more people than expected, losing its charm. I don't give it a 5 because of the tremendous hill that needs to be climbed to get to one of the three parking areas (which are not free).

Positive experience: Es preciosa, lástima que no aceptan mascotas, más si desplazas un poco, sentido al chiringuito de Diego, no tendrás problemas algún.

Positive experience: Genial , de no ser por los perros y las cañas de pescar. Una pena que a las 18.30 de una tarde de principios de verano haya tanto tonto.
Positive experience: La playa es muy bonita. Hay aparcamiento de pago (en verano) arriba y algunas plazas abajo. Prohibido el acceso a los perros. Sin chiringuito.

Fantastic experience: We've been going there for many years....it's a family beach. There are no beach bars, just a kiosk with sweets, drinks, ice creams, etc. You have to bring your own food and drinks. The beach is stunning, both the water and the sand; and the landscape is beautiful. There is a lifeguard, restrooms, and public toilets. Open from 12 to 8 PM. It's quieter during the week, but it gets crowded on weekends. You can set up tents; in fact, we brought one. I recommend it.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach. The sand is very lovely, very spacious, the water is spectacular and it is very well maintained, it is very clean. When I went there were few people (which is better for me). There is a parking lot about 200m before arriving that costs 3 euros and there is plenty of space.
Positive experience: Extensive beach with golden sand, a very good place to go with family or partner as it is quite calm; many people also go fishing. Negative point, the bathrooms are not functioning, there is a construction unfinished that is not enabled as such. The weather changes very quickly, so be prepared; there was a lot of sun and suddenly a fog appeared that lasted about half an hour, I have read that it is quite common in the area.
Negative experience: Be very careful with the route that Google recommends to get there. The exit from the A-49 through Bonares to the beach has impossible sections for a normal car, as it takes you through roads and forest trails. It's always better to head towards Almonte. As for the beach, it has been good on other occasions, but now at the end of September it is very, very dirty and full of wasps from the moment you step on the sand to the very edge of the sea.

Positive experience: Ampia e lunga spiaggia... arrivando si paga 3€ il parcheggio. Bagni sempre puliti e presente solo un chirunguito. Lungo la strada si trova un ristorante e piazzole per pic nic.
Negative experience: Precio de las hamacas para ricos,12 euros cada una,y encima no hay chiringuito.
Fantastic experience: Es una pena que en la playa ya no hay chiringuitos, hace unos cuantos años había dos chiringuitos uno a cada lado de la bajada y que se comía de escándalo una pena la verdad.

Fantastic experience: Hallo, wir waren Gestern nach langer Zeit noch mal dort und ich muss sagen der sauberste Strand in der ganzen Gegend. Es hat sich alles zum Positiven entwickelt. Mein Mann ist Rollstuhlfahrer und konnte Dank der Rettungsschwimmer das erste mal ins Meer und man kann dieses Team nur Loben. Wir wissen nur dafür fahren wir gerne etwas weiter aber verbringen Tolle Tage am Strand. Auch ein Dank an die Reinigungskraft die die Toilettenanlage so sauber hält. Danke an das ganze Team am Strand.

Negative experience: It has been a spectacular beach for many years that we have visited. The surprise this year when we arrived and they removed the kiosk, changed the sunbed and shade area, and doubled the price while providing terrible service. Last year, spending the day cost you €10 with shade and two sunbeds, served by a lovely family, and this year it's €24 with the lifeguard smoking next to you blowing smoke... Not to mention the lifeguards who are in a shack behind the construction abomination they left half-built at the entrance... What a shame to destroy something good that we had!!!
Fantastic experience: Preciosa playa entre Matalascañas y Mazagón, casi salvaje. Un paraje muy bonito. Parking de pago, algún servicio de playa pero sin chiringuito, socorrista etc...
Positive experience: Playa con parking de pago (3€), es grande y no hace falta madrugar demasiado. Tiene un chiringuito antes del parking por si quieres comer ahí o pedir comida y que te la bajen a la playa (esto depende de disponibilidad). Antes de pasar al parking, puedes bajar el coche hasta la playa para descargar bártulos (es un tramo corto pero empinado a la vuelta). La playa tiene socorristas, duchas, baños y un puestecillo abajo por si quieres comprar un refresco. Está bien (poco masificada y limpia) pero en mi opinión me quedo con la de Cuesta Maneli (un poquito más hacia Matalascañas).

Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach, very close to camping areas. The Parador is an exquisite place. Prices of **** (four stars) suitable for a privileged place to enjoy all year round.

Positive experience: One of the big inconsistencies of this beach is that they do not allow you to enter with a dog. There is nothing indicating this at the entrance of the beach in the parking lot. From the sign, we could think the opposite. However, you can leave everything full of garbage and no one says anything; it seems that it does not bother anyone. This is the case with this beach, and I have also seen it in Mazagón. Other than that, there is nothing to say.
Negative experience: It's not worth it. They make you park far away for €3 and when you come back you have to walk up a long hill to get back to the car. The beach is nothing special, it's just very long and has a kiosk at the entrance to buy some ice cream, the rest is empty.

Positive experience: We have always really liked this beach, the parking up top is 3 euros. When we went, we would rent a couple of sunbeds and an umbrella for 10 euros, we went this Tuesday and to our surprise they now ask for 24 euros!!! Apparently, the sunbed company has changed. I think it's outrageous. So, don’t forget the umbrella!!!
Fantastic experience: Quiet and very spacious beach
Fantastic experience: Nature in every sense with its pros: beach, views, little or no buildings, access is not easy but not complicated, and its cons: wasps that spoil the day, and eating or taking out food is an odyssey, like Hitchcock's movie 'The Birds' but with wasps. It brings out the nerves. The infestation is not normal; I have spent many years here, and I have never experienced this.
Fantastic experience: Parador de Mazagón is one of our favorite beaches in Huelva. Spacious, accessible, almost unspoiled, wonderful. The fact that it is located in the pre-Doñana Park area is already a delight for the eyes and the senses. The clay-cut slopes, the flora and vegetation, the Atlantic... The town hall has created a large access area, so you can comfortably drive down to the beach, unload, and go up to the parking lot which is 100 m away for a modest price of 2€ per day. The rest of the beach has several ramps or wooden paths in different directions. Things to keep in mind: - Public bathroom. I haven't seen it during the pandemic due to Covid19 - Shower. I haven't seen it during the pandemic due to Covid19 - Kiosk for cold drinks, sweets... (It wasn't there on the Bridge of Pilar) - Ideal water temperature. (The adults in this Rockers family are quite sensitive to the cold) - If you walk a bit, you'll be alone or practically alone. - It's essential to see the sunset from the stairs leading to the 'El Parador' hotel from the beach. - The starry night is a must. (Even on hot nights, at 1 AM it's very humid, and clothes get wet) - If you stay for a while at night, don't forget a light. - It's not worth visiting on nights with shooting stars; there are too many people bothering with lights and due to the lack of ambient darkness, the sky is barely visible. - Anti-mosquitoes!!! From 9:00 PM, they come to eat you. - The weather cools down at night, so bring a tracksuit just in case. - Sometimes there’s a jellyfish plague; when they are giant, they impact a lot but cause much less harm than small jellyfish. There’s a lifeguard and surveillance until 8:00 PM; after that time you need to be extra careful in case of a yellow or red flag. - Street vendors for drinks and ice cream. The most important thing, if you go, remember to behave civically, not everyone has to listen to YOUR music, or YOUR voices, or any other annoying behavior. If it’s not going to be like that, please stay home; your reward will be good karma. OF COURSE TAKE CARE OF AND RESPECT THIS ANDALUSIAN TREASURE THAT NATURE LOANS YOU. 'Because I love my beach, and whoever does not love it can go to hell.'
Positive experience: If you want to be more alone, you can walk away for a bit as this beach is more crowded with the hotel guests. The sand is thick and has some red reflections, the scenery is great. I would advise bringing everything you need as you of course won’t find any amenities (that’s what we like).

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place even in the winter :) december. In the summer time it is lovely because there are not so many people and you can place your stuf near the water. There are a few parking places really cheap a few euros. It really deserve this beach.
