Positive experience: Very nice route for walking, especially in the mornings. Along the initially paved path, you pass by some ruins of old outposts. Afterwards, there is a path through a steppe that also has some views. There, you can also find good shells and stones on the beach.
Fantastic experience: Great set of 4 bays with real sand. Great for snorkeling round the rocks. Doesn't get too busy (September). Lovely restaurant accessible via a walkway out to sea.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach. Not very busy and much easier access to get in the sea compared to the bigger beach which had a lot of rocks in. Also much cheaper sunbeds and umbrellas
Fantastic experience: Positive is the sand is deep and soft. Sunbeds are e4. The seabed drops to around 20 feet within the break seawall at high tide. Today, 11:11:2022, I saw an Angle Shark laying on the seabed. It was around one metre long. Great place for snorkeling. Today there was a lifeguard and the flag re swimming was green. Negative there are no toilet's. There are toilets in the beech restaurant but I am not sure if they are for public access. Also there's Atlantic Shopping complex locally which has public toilets on the ground floor. Recommended

Fantastic experience: Esa playa me encanta, siempre voy desde que vivo en Fuerteventura, pero nadie limpia la arena al final del día, los socorristas podrían usar rastrillos especiales para limpiar los residuos de humanos irrespetuosos…pero no se permiten perros ♀️

Fantastic experience: Lovely sheltered beach, swimming even at low tide, light sand and clear water.
Fantastic experience: Came here to do some snorkelling before my flight home and wasn’t disappointed. Beach has good sand and large rock breakwaters to create a bay, with plenty of marine life on them. I saw plenty of the usual fish, as well as crabs and a hermit crab. Close to the mall for food (meh) and a short walk from the town.
Negative experience: The typical tourist beach with beach bars and artificial sand, nothing noteworthy.
Fantastic experience: Pleasant beach, fine and light sand, calm sea because it's protected by rocks.

Fantastic experience: PLAYA LA GUIRRA La Playa de la Guirra is a small and charming beach located about 12 km from Puerto del Rosario, the capital of Fuerteventura, situated on the eastern coast of Fuerteventura, in the municipality of Antigua, in the tourist town of Caleta de Fuste. It is located south of it, right at the end of the promenade that runs along the coast. Near the beach, you can find some restaurants and bars on the Caleta de Fuste promenade. Additionally, a short drive away, you can visit places like the Castillo de San Buenaventura, the Atlántico Shopping Center, and the Fuerteventura golf course. Fuerteventura is known for its pleasant weather year-round, so you can enjoy the beach practically at any time. However, the summer months (from June to September) are usually the most popular for swimming, as the water temperatures are warmer. Crowd level: Playa de la Guirra is not usually as crowded as some of the larger beaches on the island, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy the sea in a quieter setting. Positive experience: No hay socorrista y no hay duchas para quitarte la arena
Fantastic experience: Another beautiful beach area on the walk to Atlantico Centre, sun beds to hire under parasols to sunbath on. Lifeguards on duty. Flags on display to alert you to the swimming conditions. More popular than Playa del Castillo, its got nicer sand its not man-made, :)
Positive experience: No nos hemos bañado pero la playa se veía tranquila y familiar. Había gente bañándose con gafas de snorkel por lo que seguramente se vean los peces. Como hay rompeolas y piedras no hay viento que moleste o marea peligrosa para la gente. No hemos visto socorrista en el momento.

Fantastic experience: My favourite place to visit when I come here...if you take some bread and throw a little in the water then lots of fish will come to feed....its so lovely especially if someone is snorkeling under the bridge you can attract the fish...its amazing to watch.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach with quality sand, clear sea and almost no waves, ideal for families. There are several services near the beach and also a shopping center.
Positive experience: Caleta de Fuste, Fuerteventura. Una lunga striscia di sabbia dorata, bellissima tonalità di colore. Mare calmo con fondale basso per diversi metri delimitato da barriere di sassi, ideale per i più piccoli. Possibile qualche giornata con vento forte e mare mosso. Punto ristoro. Affitto sdraio e ombrelloni. Servizi igienici. No docce. Alle spalle della spiaggia area pedonale, passeggiata e locali con vista sull' oceano. Più stretta, ma migliore rispetto alla vicina playa del Castillo di sabbia artificiale.

Positive experience: Well sheltered. Perfect for swimming. Bars, supermarkets and toilets are at a stone's throw. However, it feels very artificial. Super touristy.

Positive experience: The beach is clean, partly free and partly equipped. Human intervention has made it ideal for those who do not like waves or for families with small children, but it is not the real Fuerteventura. Moreover, it is too touristy for my taste.

Fantastic experience: I loved this beach; it was a great discovery. I have been to Fuerteventura many times and always saw the same beaches. I give it a 10, ideal for going with children.
Positive experience: Hidden gem. Hired a car and drove 30 minutes from caleta. Nice empty beach and small town with bars and restaurants.
Fantastic experience: The truth is that the beach is great. It's usually not very crowded, which is a plus for me. It just needs some showers or faucets.
Fantastic experience: I always visit this beach when staying in Fuerteventura. It's much nicer than the main Caleta beach and it's good to see the barbary ground squirrels. Sun loungers reasonably priced and the nearby shopping centre provides refreshments and toilets.

Fantastic experience: 100 times better than playa del castillo, still a fake beach but nowhere near as cement-ey, word of warning the sunbeds may get drenched during high tide, personally found it fun but may be a pet peeve for some. Lovely water and shopping center conveniently nearby.

Positive experience: This was our favourite beach in the area. The small lagoons were warm and calm with plenty of fish to look at and a great sage area to swim in. The beach it's self was clean. The only reason for it not getting 5 stars, is the lack of shower facilities. Which can be found on most other branches. We would definitely revisit.

Positive experience: Beach needs cleaning, cigarettes and food ends left on beach,also their are no showers on beach? Other than that ,a fine beach to enjoy. Beach guards are very friendly and helpful.
Positive experience: Lovely spot if a little low on the basic amenities. Toilets are either back at shopping centre or out to the little island bar where there is only 1 of each. Clear blue waters with loads of fish swimming around and only €4 for a days sun lounger hire. Pleasant walk along the sands too

Positive experience: Really beautiful beach with real sand. Pedalos much cheaper here than at the Barcello end but don't even bother trying. We tried twice. First time the guy said they stop at 4pm even though the sign clearly says 1800 hours. Today refused because 'too windy'. Didn't spoil the holiday but ruined my last day. Thanks for nothing pedalo guy. The Beach Cafe however is wonderful.
