Positive experience: Oyster stones in the water. Stones by the shore. Black sand. Ideal place for sunsets in November.
Fantastic experience: Bellissima spiaggetta turistica per passare qualche ora in relax, ben protetta dai venti e dalle onde. Facilmente raggiungibile e con grande parcheggio nelle vicinanze.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful little volcanic black sand beach. Also beautiful and very well made walkways around and leading to it, great for a sunset stroll or run.

Negative experience: Beach with stones and sand mixed with dirt.
Positive experience: The beach 'Las Galgas' is a beautiful beach. It is located among rocks and is a magical place to watch the sunset. However, there is a serious pollution problem on this beach. The water was full of microplastics and during a small walk I took around the beach, I collected a large amount of cigarette butts. It's a shame that when you look at the ground, there are more cigarette butts than rocks. I hope people become aware of this and bring some container to dispose of the butts. It's not that hard!
Positive experience: Black sand beach with many stones
Fantastic experience: A great beach for the quality and clarity of the water, with palm trees and rocks. The only downside I see is that there are no showers or restrooms, which seems a bit illogical when there's one of the most famous hotels of the island behind it.
Negative experience: Very large stones in the water - beach clean, no possibility to shower.

Positive experience: The water wasn't great, but this will definitely depend on the currents... unfortunately finding so many cigarettes and plastic around us didn't make me appreciate this beach much. If only we could all be a little more respectful of our environment.
Fantastic experience: clean beach
Fantastic experience: This beach is a true gem, especially for those who enjoy exploring marine life and natural beauty. The rocky shoreline adds a unique, rugged charm to the landscape, creating a striking contrast with the vibrant blue hues of the crystal-clear water. The water clarity is exceptional, offering perfect conditions for snorkeling enthusiasts. You can easily spot a variety of fish species swimming just beneath the surface, making it feel like you’re stepping into a natural aquarium. Snorkeling here is a must-do activity. The abundance of marine life is remarkable, with schools of colorful fish gliding through the water, offering an incredible underwater experience. The rocks along the shore create plenty of nooks and crannies, attracting different sea creatures and making the snorkeling adventure even more interesting. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced snorkeler, the calm waters provide an ideal setting for all skill levels. Aside from the fantastic snorkeling, the beach itself offers a peaceful atmosphere. The rocky shoreline may not be the best for lounging, but it adds to the sense of adventure and discovery. If you’re looking for a place to connect with nature, this beach is perfect. You can spend hours exploring the underwater world or simply relaxing by the water, soaking in the stunning views. Overall, this beach is a haven for snorkelers and nature lovers. The combination of clear water, diverse marine life, and the rocky shore creates an unforgettable coastal experience. Whether you're here for the snorkeling or the serene environment, it’s a destination you won’t want to miss.

Positive experience: A small, quiet, and beautiful cove... But it should be cleaned better from the seaweed... They generate mosquitoes and bad smell, otherwise phenomenal

Positive experience: Simple beach, but very welcoming; if you find the ideal day, it's nice to go snorkeling as well.
Positive experience: It was next to our hotel, and it was a great choice. It's super beautiful, not very crowded, and you can swim if the sea isn't too rough. It's super relaxing, and you can go snorkeling. Much love
Positive experience: A pretty descent beach in Tenerife situated in a busy area with calmer waves and clear waters perfect for snorkeling. Beware that there isn't any shower and stalls nearby.

Galgas Beach: Reviews
Positive experience: Nice and quiet, not sandy, it's gravel. You have to figure out the changing area by yourself. There are tides, the kids really liked it, especially the waves, which were about 20 cm, but they took all the sandcastles back into the water, the excitement lasted a long time.
Fantastic experience: Nicely laid out
Fantastic experience: Someone takes care of the cats ❤️
Fantastic experience: Fantastic little swimmers beach surrounded by 4 star hotels and surprisingly rich for snorkeling :)
Fantastic experience: Gorgeous sundowner
Fantastic experience: Very well-developed promenade and tidy environment.
Positive experience: The water wasn't great, but this will definitely depend on the currents... unfortunately finding so many cigarettes and plastic around us didn't make me appreciate this beach much. If only we could all be a little more respectful of our environment.
Fantastic experience: clean beach
Fantastic experience: Very beautiful and very quiet beach to visit multiple times.

Negative experience: Nothing like on the pictures
Fantastic experience: Not overcrowded, semi-wild beach, small but cozy.
Positive experience: Small beach with bar and umbrellas.
Negative experience: Beach with stones and sand mixed with dirt.
Fantastic experience: Super beach. Worth visiting - beautiful views
Fantastic experience: The water is very clean, the beach is rocky. Nice views. However, I recommend water shoes.
Positive experience: The beach 'Las Galgas' is a beautiful beach. It is located among rocks and is a magical place to watch the sunset. However, there is a serious pollution problem on this beach. Positive experience: A small, quiet, and beautiful cove... But it should be cleaned better from the seaweed... They generate mosquitoes and bad smell, otherwise phenomenal
Positive experience: Great cove to take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean.
Positive experience: A bad calm beach;)
Negative experience: I don't like it
Positive experience: It's great
Fantastic experience: It's a small beach without a shower but a place that's worth it, rocky beach but beautiful and with very few people.
Positive experience: The beach is sandy-stony, it's better to enter the water in shoes if possible. On a sunny day, the sand gets very hot. A wonderful place for observing the underwater world: many beautiful fish, crabs, and we even saw an octopus. A huge downside: the lack of a toilet, only two trash bins. Plus: there's a playground nearby. Gorgeous view.
Positive experience: Black sand beach with many stones
Fantastic experience: Amazing holiday resort.
Fantastic experience: Very beautiful cove. Very clean.
Fantastic experience: ❤️❤️❤️
Fantastic experience: Small, nestled between two high rock sides, sandy, pebbles at the entrance to the sea, quiet, sheltered from the wind, in short, what can I say... RECOMMENDED!!
Fantastic experience: Cozy beach, but there are waves. There is a nice promenade along the coast near the beach.
Fantastic experience: Very beautiful and calm place, ideal for seniors
Fantastic experience: Delightful sunset from Las Galgas
Fantastic experience: Nice little beach, not overly crowded so easy to find a good spot.
Fantastic experience: Nice secluded beach.... The walk on the bridge was amazing for sunset or a night stroll...
Fantastic experience: A great beach for the quality and clarity of the water, with palm trees and rocks. The only downside I see is that there are no showers or restrooms, which seems a bit illogical when there's one of the most famous hotels of the island behind it.
Positive experience: We stayed next to the beach, not suitable for a family vacation with children - the entry is unsafe, there are rocks, it's uncomfortable even for adults. The sunsets are amazing, the promenade along the sea is also nice, but I wouldn't travel just for this beach) there is a lot of interesting vegetation along the promenade, a new children's playground, but only 4 climbing structures.
Negative experience: Very large stones in the water - beach clean, no possibility to shower.
Positive experience: Bad beach, great for cooling down. Not much for kids, a lot of pebbles and sharper sand. But it has its charm :)
Positive experience: Oyster stones in the water. Stones by the shore. Black sand. Ideal place for sunsets in November.
Fantastic experience: This is my local beach....2 years ago a lot of improvements were made including a play area with lots of plants...a very nice area.....the beach is clean a bit stoney going into the water.and rocks perfect for snorkeling....a great place......the big downside there is no showers or toilets which for a family area is a must......
Fantastic experience: Beautiful little beach, nestled between two rocky areas. The ground is hard, so setting up a parasol in the sand is out of the question. The last few meters to the seawater is a pebble beach and difficult to walk on barefoot. When we were there, it was not crowded.
Positive experience: Calm and pleasant
Fantastic experience: Nice and a little underrated beach :)
Fantastic experience: A perfect beach for couples to sunbathe.
Positive experience: A small beach surrounded by rocks, a sandy and stony beach, the entrance to the sea is rocky, the waves are quite big, there are no showers, toilets or umbrellas on the beach.
Negative experience: The beach of a million stones! The entry into the water is terrible, the water is dirty with algae, and all the coastal hotels are dumping sewage directly into the bay - the pipes are even visible.
Negative experience: Nice views and that's it. A lot of cigarette butts. No restrooms or showers. Just stones.
Positive experience: Beautiful beach, not so crowded. Many stones... if you want sand, there are better options elsewhere. We really liked it.
Positive experience: Simple beach, but very welcoming; if you find the ideal day, it's nice to go snorkeling as well.
Fantastic experience: My dear paradise beach
Positive experience: It was next to our hotel, and it was a great choice. It's super beautiful, not very crowded, and you can swim if the sea isn't too rough. It's super relaxing, and you can go snorkeling. Much love
Positive experience: Perfect beach but not on the right place.
Positive experience: Great sheltered little black sand and stone beach. Lovely at sunset.
Positive experience: Calm but small beach, you can go there and have a little relaxing swim in the water. The only reason I gave it -1 star is because there’s a hotel behind it which will play music throughout the day, sometimes absurdly loud…
Negative experience: It is a small calm beach by the resort area. There is a small sand strip and going to water is quite uncomfortable with all the stones. I really recommend using water shoes going swimming there. Easy to get there as there is a parking lot quite close (on the hill).
Negative experience: Dirty and full of trash
Positive experience: Go prepared, lovely little cove only beach and sea, no facilities nearby.
Negative experience: This beach is not the original one as the Government modified the coastline to lure tourists. However, they did opposite as this beach is abandoned and unconfortable to get ib the water. Completely a shame.
Negative experience: Its not a review of a beach, but rather of the town. Its truly a horrible place, and with a sewage problem. The town smells of urine, and walking by I saw 3 or 4 cockroaches. Not spanish a tall, full of Eastern European tourists (not bad in itself, I am myself Eadtern European). But a horribly miserable place
Positive experience: A pretty descent beach in Tenerife situated in a busy area with calmer waves and clear waters perfect for snorkeling. Beware that there isn't any shower and stalls nearby.
Fantastic experience: Ideal for us, snorkeling was good. Safe waters, quiet cove, water shoes advised to make for a painless entry to the sea. No facilities, no sunbeds, no bars or beach sellers, no smoking, just what we like, kick back and chill.
Positive experience: A small beach with dark sand but many stones too.
Negative experience: Very dirty. No WC. Tourists from This coming to pee there!!!
Positive experience: Its ok, no many bars near beach, silence how on the south
Positive experience: Quite litter free. The area is a surrounded by tourists. There are only hotels. It's a bit sad.
Positive experience: Nice beach but sadly no drinks or toilet facilities
Positive experience: Calm and peaceful beach with pebble and black sand. Beautiful views of the clear blue sea. Wasn't that busy too.
Fantastic experience: Nice clean beach ⛱️ get the sun all day and nice and clean
Fantastic experience: Nice little stony beach. If you live nearby - it is perfect. Kid playground for 1-10 year olds is great. Small but great.
Fantastic experience: Small but not very busy beach. Beautiful and clean
Fantastic experience: Not so crowded as other beaches, is in between rocky banks, so less wind and waves
Negative experience: Unaccessible. The hotel next to the beach is under construction. They have closed the access to the beach
Fantastic experience: Beautiful small beach, bring a pair of goggles and go for a swim and you can see the fish in the water
Positive experience: Lovely public beach near the Hard Rock Hotel. Much nicer than the beach beyond the hotel itself. No facilities apart from a few palm trees and flowering bushes. Good swimming
Fantastic experience: I had a great time here
Fantastic experience: Very nice and sunny place, but don’t forget a beach umbrella like we did, otherwise you’ll get sunburned quickly. Please leave a like so more people get informed about it :)
Fantastic experience: Great quiet beach with not many people around. It’s made of sand and at the end are some small pebbles/stones. There are indeed no bars, beds, toilets, etc. at the beach, but honestly I found that rather pleasant! I don’t like big crowded, busy, noisy beaches and our apartment was just uphill (AirBnB). Came here for a few weeks in a row and it’s always pleasant and very clean and never busy. For swimming I would highly recommend water shoes and swimming at high tide is easier then with the low tide, because of the big stones that are hidden in the water. Swimming is not dangerous at all, as long as you don’t swim across the two big rocks on each side. From there the tide is more powerful and you might need a little bit more experienced, but other then that it’s perfect. I saw a lot of families with small children too, and it seemed perfectly suitable for them with their stroller and babies/toddlers to be at this beach. A lot of families returned almost every day. Overall, if you’re looking for a quiet, clean, sand beach that gives you the paradise feeling, I would definitely recommend this one. If you, however, like more buzz, bars, lounge chairs, I would recommend going to Los Christianos or Las Americas.
Fantastic experience: Great sandy beach, not too crowded
Fantastic experience: A nice and quiet beach that isn't used much. Usually quite empty, and there's a shower there.
Positive experience: This beach is not considered safe for swimming as several fatatility have happened here children need to be supervised while in the water
