Carboneras Beach

Positive experience: La playa tiene un arenal muy grande. Dispone de duchas para el cuerpo y duchas para los pies. Tiene porterías de fútbol. Arena no muy fina, y no muy blanca. Sales con los pies negros. El agua estaba limpia, aunque había un gran oleaje. No dispone de parking.

Fantastic experience: Spectacular beaches with clean and crystal clear waters. Clean and with access and showers at all of them.

Positive experience: Beach with a bit of complicated access unless you have foot protection. I prefer finer sand beaches, but I suppose it's a matter of taste. The beach is spacious and not too crowded, and the village is quiet.

Positive experience: Good access, but the sand is coarse.

Fantastic experience: Precioso pueblo con encanto que no llega a masificarse. Playa extensa de arena fina y fácil acceso con muchos chiringuitos por el paseo.

Positive experience: No se permiten perros y es una playa con muchas piedras. Por lo demás está bien, está limpia hay poca gente. Es bastante grande así que no hay problemas de sitio. No hace falta ponerte cerca de nadie si no quieres

Negative experience: No sé quién pone calificaciones altas, pero una playa por la que apenas se puede andar porque te hundes, que tiene entradas súper empinadas, y todo lleno de piedras, no merece nada la pena. En la zona más al sur sí que tiene un baño agradable, pero lo demás...

Positive experience: Huge beach, with a great beach bar serving cold beer. In the peak season, it is empty, so if you enjoy long walks and being alone, it’s a great place. The sand is fine and dark-colored, maybe not the prettiest, but the water is a fantastic color. Water shoes are a must to avoid coming out of the water with a toe less.

Positive experience: One of the few sandy beaches in Almería. It's very nice and clean, ideal for going with children because there are not many waves.

Fantastic experience: Une belle plage ancrée dans le petite ville Carboneras, vous allez adoré les nuits paisibles, l'ambiance festive et les restaurants comme cafés. Les alentours comme plage Los Muertos est un bijoux de l'Europe...Belle virée entre montagnes et plages.

Fantastic experience: Très grande plage, très spacieuse. Profonde assez vite donc pas terrible le pour les enfants en bas âge mais top. Pas mal de restaurants et boutiques.

Positive experience: La zona está fenomenal, la playa fatal, hay rocas al entrar al agua, apenas puedes entrar ni con escarpines. Es una pena ya que el sitio es muy bonito y hay muchos restaurantes. En cuestión de playa y familiar con niños, no muy bien. No hay aglomeraciones en las playas, muy poca gente se baña con este problema de rocas.

Negative experience: The beach is great and very calm. What is not normal is that we have had a red flag for 2 days because there are small waves. This morning we were at the beach in Mojácar, with higher and stronger waves than here and a green flag. I do not understand why they put the red flag here, as a lifeguard told us yesterday that they put it just in case. Just in case what? I don’t understand, maybe in case an elderly man/woman wants to enter the water and falls due to a wave. It's a shame that you come on vacation for a few days and have to go elsewhere to be able to swim and enjoy.

Positive experience: Playa tranquila mayoritariamente de arena pero tiene piedras en algunos lugares al entrar al agua. Dispone de socorrista y ducha. Lo malo es la arena oscura. Sino serie una playa más que hermosa.

Fantastic experience: Muy buena playa de ambiente familiar. Llevamos varios años acudiendo por sus aguas cristalinas en las que podrás bucear y ver variedad de peces, pulpos o erizos de mar. Suelo de piedras finas que no te ensucian. Puestos de socorristas y duchas disponibles

Positive experience: Schöner Ort zum schnorcheln

Fantastic experience: What water, what beauty. If you are a fan of snorkeling, get ready to enjoy.

Positive experience: Very quiet and large beach. The water is usually clean and it is excellent for snorkeling or diving. On days with an easterly wind, there are often many waves, and if it is strong, you will find the red flag indicating swimming is prohibited. There are also many sharp rocks on the bottom, and it is very uncomfortable to swim without water shoes.

Fantastic experience: Enorme y tranquila playa. Para entrar es mejor escarpines ya que hay bastantes piedras. No es de las playas más claras para hacer snorkel. Tiene una plataforma para entrar a la zona de arena en la playa (no al agua) para minusválidos y hay bastantes duchas.
