Fantastic experience: Surf spot, dirt parking, nearby bars, and dunes leading to the beach. Very long beach and not very crowded, you have plenty of space which makes the experience even better. The only thing, for the picky nature lovers, in some areas of the sandy beach there are many stones.

Fantastic experience: Extensa playa con acantilados y con escuela de surf. Parking con sombra y dos chiringuitos para comer o tomar algo. Frecuentada por surfistas, playa limpia que no admite perros. Con puesto de socorrismo.
Fantastic experience: Wunderschön - nicht überlaufen. Viele Parkmöglichkeiten auch mit dem Womo & Hunden. Wir hatten Glück und haben weiter unten einen tollen Schattenparkplatz bekommen.

Fantastic experience: The hidden beach of my childhood. Wonderful moments. Tremendous waves, there were no lifeguards or flags, it was pure adventure, there were always people to the rescue due to the dangers of that beach. There is no sandy beach in all of Asturias like that fine one.

Fantastic experience: An amazing beach with easy access, walks, bars, and restaurants. With a wild touch and great parking. We have been several times with our camper van and we always leave happy and sleep very well, a quiet place in contact with nature.

Positive experience: The beach is very cool, but it lacks services. The Waikiki beach bar is great, but I have one issue: the lifeguards only allow 40 meters of controlled swimming. However, there were two areas on the entire beach, and the lifeguards were all sitting together. There were 4 sitting together in one spot and 3 sitting together in another spot.

Fantastic experience: Espectacular. Buen parking gratuito, arena blanca, aguas turquesas y muy larga con mucho espacio. Hay socorristas y esta todo muy limpio. Hay chiringuito entre el parking y la playa. Un 10 de playa
Fantastic experience: De las mejores playas de Asturias. Salvaje, con fuerza en el mar, y kms de playa. Hay zonas con piedra y otra con arena donde se suele poner los socorristas. Hay aparcamiento y recomiendo ir hasta el final y andar por donde este la carretera hasta la playa. Hay más accesos por toda la playa con tablones de madera pero es más tedioso que ir por la carretera.
Fantastic experience: Larga y ancha. Con espacio de sobra para pasear y no estar entre aglomeraciones. Es bonita entre acantilados, de fácil acceso y con un parking bastante grande. Fuimos dos días seguidos porque nos encantó. El oleaje es fuerte según la hora del día pero uno puede bañarse sin problema. Estaba también llena de niños y hay socorrista hasta las 19:00.

Fantastic experience: Una playa virgen y espectacular. Ideal para hacer surf con tu tabla o con la escuela de surf de Pipa, SURFASTUR.

Fantastic experience: Playa muy amplia y bonita , con dunas y zonas verdes , algunas con sombra , paisaje protegido???. Posibilidad de muchas actividades: pesca , surf , cometas , parapente , zona mesas , con escuela de surf y bares . Buen aparcamiento Por otro lado , con tanta afluencia se ve un poco sucia , y fuera de época estival carece de servicios de WC y ducha ( aún siendo en esta época bastante frecuentada = ++ basura ) ayuntamiento de Gozon cuiden un poco más una de sus mejores playas que está ye 100% natural .
Fantastic experience: La Playa de Xagó es una playa muy grande, que aunque haya mucha gente no hay problema, porque hay espacio suficiente sin tener que estar unos encima de otros. Aparte de que hay una escuela de surf con unos profesores muy buenos cómo por ejemplo Pipa qué fue campeón de Asturias "SURFASTUR". Por otro lado en los dos extremos de la playa hay 2 segundos en la arena eso está muy bien para tomar una cerveza y en la arboleda hay un restaurante que se come muy bien y con un precio asequible.

Fantastic experience: Playa salvaje en la que hay surferos, a nosotros nos tocó la suerte de ver una competición, fue muy divertido. Bastantes olas y más cómoda cuando la marea está baja ya que hay rocas pequeñas para entrar aunque la playa es de arena

Negative experience: It has always been a great beach, but for a few years now, it has had more and more stones, and this year it's a stony mess, 100% of the beach.
Negative experience: Although Xagó beach has a lot of potential, it is usually very exposed to the wind and the sand is a bit rough. It is quite extensive, but it is not the best option if you are looking for a comfortable beach to spend the day. I would recommend other nearby beaches for a better experience.

Positive experience: Great beach with pebbles and sand. It's not the best scenery and there are too many people with dogs off-leash. It wasn't my favorite walk.

Positive experience: Sandy beach close to Avilés, interesting for walking in this area. There are dunes with abundant vegetation, where we can find madroños.

Since it's huge, there's room for everyone even in August; however, in the summer, the lifeguards don't let you breathe, everything is prohibited, and swimming is only allowed in two ridiculous little areas (unless they don't see you). It must be acknowledged that, as it is very open, it can be dangerous because there are always big waves (ideal for surfers).

Fantastic experience: Semi-wild beach, with dunes accessed via walkways. Low density of bathers. Very wide and quite long sandy area. Accessed by a narrow, winding road. The parking lot, quite spacious, is located among eucalyptus trees. There are lifeguards, but the beach is dangerous due to currents. Paragliding and other sports are practiced on the cliff. There are areas of the beach that are nudist.
