Fantastic experience: Small cove, half stone half sand, we visited in winter and there were about 20-30 people. You reach it via a track of about 6km, there is parking at the cove.
Positive experience: Beautiful but the road is very bad
Fantastic experience: It can be accessed from the Plomo Cove parking lot or by the trail from Agua Amarga, a hike with great views. One of the most beautiful beaches in Cabo de Gata. In summer, there are a lot of people, but not during other periods. A true paradise.
Fantastic experience: Magnificent beach with its white cliffs, this cove is worth the 1.5 km walk from the parking lot, accessible by foot or by boat.
Positive experience: The path is a real torture, you have to try to go without any load, with water and with appropriate footwear to get there, and even then the half hour climb and descent is quite tough. Upon arrival, you are greeted by an embarrassing accumulation of trash, how filthy people are... but once you reach the water, you realize that the trip is worth it. Crystal clear water and areas where swimming is a luxury.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful cove with crystal clear waters, you can see a large number of fish and volcanic rock landscapes. It is accessed via a path to the left of the parking lots of Cala del Plomo, the path is quite long (25 minutes) but is definitely worth it.
Negative experience: Caca y pipi de caballo. Muchos perros.

Fantastic experience: Small cove, half stone half sand, we visited in winter and there were about 20-30 people. You reach it via a track of about 6km, there is parking at the cove.
Fantastic experience: One of the most beautiful and spectacular corners of Spain. Considered one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. From Agua Amargas, you can reach it on foot via a trail of about 5 km round trip. It is advisable to wear hiking shoes or sandals and bring water...
Positive experience: Super beautiful cove with sand and another part with rocks that has a jump of about 5m. Access is about 20 minutes from the parking lot through mountainous terrain, not recommended to go with too much load.

Fantastic experience: Review almost live because we just finished visiting Cala de Enmedio and after the many doubts about where to park, which path is the best, and so on, I'm here to clear up your doubts and avoid you getting lost in the mountains like we did in two sections. The good thing was that we kept encountering more people along the way and we were giving each other moral support haha, but all of us who met had the same experience. I will tell you the option we chose. We left the car in the Aguamar parking lot where it indicates the street of the deposits; it is a completely free dirt parking lot. Once parked, walk up the path where there is a sign indicating Cala de Enmedio, about a 40-minute walk. You will pass a deposit on your right and further up you will find a small clearing with a large sign indicating the route. There we started off wrong because we took the left path, and after walking for 15 minutes, we had to turn back because the path ends at the cliffs. Back to the same spot, we encountered more people, and all of us went down the right path, but that was not it either. We clearly went like real goats, trekking through the mountains, but it wasn’t the trail because even though you see the parallel white and blue marks, it’s another route that is much longer, and it was not normal that we were taking so long to reach the cove based on the descriptions I had read online. In total, I’m including a more explicit photo impossible to show where you have to go because when we took the return path, it seemed easier, and we ended up, I don’t know how, at the entrance where the actual path is, and indeed, from there, it takes half an hour to walk normally, and if you take a little longer, 40 minutes. But aside from the uphill stretch, it's manageable. Sometimes we don't pay attention, and that's what happens. Experiences that we live and I share to avoid doubts for those of you who read me. That said, when you arrive at the cove and get into the water, everything is forgotten; it's truly worth it, I swear. I recommend sports shoes, fresh water, nuts, and the bare minimum: a towel, just enough in the backpack to carry your things, and an umbrella. Don’t carry more, and enjoy!!

Negative experience: Cala de Enmedio is spectacular if you are an influencer or really love posing, the essence of places where you could go and enjoy a unique Natural Park from all aspects has died, but hey, you might get lucky and right next to you there is a group of people who love reggaeton and you can twerk while snorkeling, it's all advantages!
Positive experience: It's worth going despite the dirt road. An ideal place for snorkeling.

Fantastic experience: Cala impresionante!

Me he ido enamorada del lugar!!
Fantastic experience: Small cove, half stone half sand, we visited in winter and there were about 20-30 people. You reach it via a track of about 6km, there is parking at the cove.
Fantastic experience: Magnificent place with a lot of people
Fantastic experience: incredibly beautiful
Fantastic experience: Beautiful experience
Positive experience: Beautiful but the road is very bad
Positive experience: Nothing out of this world. It's a beautiful beach... But what you have to endure to get there. A lot of walking under the sun for a simple beach.
Fantastic experience: It can be accessed from the Plomo Cove parking lot or by the trail from Agua Amarga, a hike with great views. One of the most beautiful beaches in Cabo de Gata. In summer, there are a lot of people, but not during other periods. A true paradise.

Fantastic experience: Spectacular beach, the only problem is that it is a 20-minute walk from Cala de Plomo and there is no shade at all. You need to check the weather beforehand to fully enjoy it by jumping into the small pools that are there. Highly recommended 100%.
Positive experience: Very beautiful and with a lot of scenery. If you are from the area or it's somewhat close, it's worth it. If you are more than a couple of hours away, in Almería you have much more beautiful beaches and coves. It's an option, but you have better ones.
Fantastic experience: Simply spectacular, the walk is worth it.
Fantastic experience: perfect for taking photos
Positive experience: The path is a real torture, you have to try to go without any load, with water and with appropriate footwear to get there, and even then the half hour climb and descent is quite tough. Positive experience: A very beautiful cove where we don't even have a proper trash bin. It's a shame that the town hall doesn't take measures, and then we complain about environmental issues.
Fantastic experience: The most beautiful beach in Cabo de Gata, paradise-like
Positive experience: The cove is very beautiful, but you have to walk quite a distance to get there along a complicated path, at least from Agua Amarga.
Positive experience: It's worth going despite the dirt road. An ideal place for snorkeling.
Positive experience: Super cool, but for early June it was very crowded. It takes 30 minutes to get there from Cala El Plomo without shade. I recommend bringing water both ways, and to reach Cala El Plomo, there are 7 km of really bad dirt road.
Fantastic experience: Una cala espectacular. Pero para llegar está un poco difícil.
Fantastic experience: Difficult to find
Fantastic experience: Beautiful place, unique rock formations. Beautiful spots for swimming in turquoise water :) Google shows the wrong route - it's best to park in the lot marked on the map and then take a 30-40 minute walk along a cool rocky path. You can start climbing up the hill near the abandoned building :)
Negative experience: Someone from a nearby village had told us it was very beautiful.... For someone who is 800 km away, the beach is not worth it.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful surroundings / nature
Fantastic experience: Spectacular, like everything in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park
Fantastic experience: A marvel
Fantastic experience: Beautiful
Positive experience: Horrible access, I do not recommend it
Fantastic experience: The downside is the access, but once you're there, you are in one of the gems of the Almería coast.
Fantastic experience: A unique place to visit to contemplate nature, the air, and the sea!
Positive experience: 4 stars for the beauty, I would give 5 because the journey is worth it, but you end up a little tired still, beautiful, I would do it again
Negative experience: Dirty beach and full of wasps. It's not worth the half hour walk in the full sun to not be able to enjoy the beach. Not recommended.
Positive experience: The access to the beach is a 20-30 minute walk, so wear shoes if you don't want to die in flip-flops. The beach is very nice and you can jump off some rocks.
Positive experience: Super beautiful cove with sand and another part with rocks that has a jump of about 5m. Access is about 20 minutes from the parking lot through mountainous terrain, not recommended to go with too much load.
Fantastic experience: The beach is accessed via a path that starts from Cala del Plomo, which takes about 20 minutes to walk. When you arrive and see the two lateral tongues of fossilized dunes, you are left in awe; it is spectacular. It is advisable to go early in the morning to avoid the heat, or in the late afternoon.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful cove with crystal clear waters, you can see a large number of fish and volcanic rock landscapes. It is accessed via a path to the left of the parking lots of Cala del Plomo, the path is quite long (25 minutes) but is definitely worth it.
Fantastic experience: Great beach and cove. But the drive to this place is long, about 20 mins due to narrow and broken roads. The rocks can be slippery, so be careful! Otherwise beautiful place and people!
