Many users appreciate the luxurious atmosphere, marked by impressive yachts and high-end cars, and a variety of restaurants and shops. It's a vibrant location, perfect for walking and sightseeing, especially in the evenings when the nightlife comes alive.
However, visitors often mention the high prices for parking and amenities, as well as the crowds that can make it difficult to fully enjoy the experience. Some have expressed disappointment, feeling the location is overrated compared to other charming areas in Marbella. Despite its popularity, a few reviews have highlighted concerns about cleanliness and overly commercialized dining options.

Positive experience: Luxury cars, lavish vibes, and wannabe's trying to keep up. If you want to see the show, or be the show, this is the spot. Come for the spectacle, stay for the drama.
Fantastic experience: Stunning boats and cars, beautiful food and drinks in the day. Late at night clubbing
Negative experience: Avoid the port, there are only people who show off with their cars, it's really the Saint-Tropez of Andalusia.
Fantastic experience: Fine sandy beach, quite spacious and pleasant. It is very crowded, but people do not pile on top of each other. The day we went, there were small waves and the sea was quite calm and safe for the little ones. The difficult part is finding a place to park, and the nearest paid parking is a rip-off for how expensive it is.
Positive experience: It's always full after 12, beautiful. Filled with awesome cars and a great place to shop for high-end brands, most places are open till midnight. Good selection of restaurants and cafes, very family-friendly, of course, a great place for a nice walk and pictures. If you didn’t go there, did you even visit Marbella?

Positive experience: Very beautiful beach. Wide and with lovely sand. A must-try if you are in Marbella.
Fantastic experience: The best beach we have seen between Estepona and Marbella, with the least amount of stones. Small pebbles at the water entrance, then very few large ones, otherwise just sand. We were also able to book 2 loungers with cushions and an umbrella. €14 per person, children and adults alike. Parking was available at Saba Aparcamientos, S.A. for €4.50 per hour.
Fantastic experience: One of the best on the Costa del Sol. Lifeguard station. Public restrooms. Showers. Places to eat and dance, and the beach has a promenade, not pebbles like in San Pedro and others.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach, few stones, spacious and with sun loungers around (for €50)

Vuelta rápida y ruta a mejores playas y ambientes.
Negative experience: The most ugly place of the whole Costa del Sol. The port used to be chic and luxury - now it is a cheap tourist trap with bad quality bars and restaurants. Watch out, safety on very poor level, highly criminal place

Fantastic experience: One of the best beaches in the world, a very good atmosphere, the water is very clean, the people of Marbella are very generous and friendly, the pineapple juice is very very good for €15. I highly recommend it.

Negative experience: Puerto Banus, a glamorous enclave on the Spanish coast, boasts a facade of opulence and exclusivity, but beneath the surface, it often reveals a different story. The marina is lined with sleek yachts and luxury boutiques, yet its streets are patrolled by a vigilant police and security presence, serving as a stark reminder of its reputation for excess. The bars and restaurants here are populated by individuals clutching empty glasses, their conspicuous consumption on display, each one vying for attention in a contest of ostentation. They don their most extravagant attire, as if preparing to meet royalty, all while their credit cards strive to live up to the grandeur they project. In this world, appearances are paramount, and the pursuit of status is a relentless game of 'look at me,' fueled by a relentless desire to mimic the elite, albeit often on borrowed means.

Fantastic experience: Prachtige haven.

Positive experience: A good beach overall for swimming, very shallow and cool, next to it there is a beach bar.
Fantastic experience: Spectacular, very beautiful, there is a lot of luxury, but somewhat crowded with people
Fantastic experience: A beautiful place where we enjoyed with family.
Positive experience: It's great for taking a walk and seeing the luxury and wealth that people have and thinking that you can't even afford a Coca-Cola, haha... yachts that can be worth 3 times my house and even have jacuzzis, high-end sports cars, shops where a pair of shoes costs my entire monthly salary.
Positive experience: Puerto Banus️️Always fun to see. We have been there lots of times. But Saturday in August around 23.00.. omg so many people and so hot. Lots of people, cars and boats to watch. Worth a view. If you want not so many people. Go there earlier in the day
Fantastic experience: If you want a taste of the high life then this is the place for you - from super yachts to super cars and designer shops - a lovely stroll through the port and taking in the atmosphere surrounded by palm trees and much more. Well worth a visit if nearby!
Fantastic experience: One of the best beaches in the world, a very good atmosphere, the water is very clean, the people of Marbella are very generous and friendly, the pineapple juice is very very good for €15. I highly recommend it.
Fantastic experience: Great place to go and see at night a bit crowded but if you go there in October/ November it will be less crowded
Fantastic experience: The Spanish Saint Trop'...
Fantastic experience: Very nice place, unrestrained luxury that deserves to be spoiled!
Fantastic experience: Vacation in Puerto Banus, fantastic. Beautiful beach, cozy restaurants by the beach, nice cocktail bars.
Positive experience: I live here. Avoid in high season. The rest of the year it’s worth visiting.
Positive experience: Places like this should be avoided by serious tourists. Food and drinks are too expensive and the public is fake outside and inside. Style cannot be bought by wearing the biggest brand name on your shirt. The only stylish things I saw were oldtimer cars.
Negative experience: Lots of yachts, high-end cars, and too much posing.
Positive experience: The Jet Set has disappeared and the Arabian Set has arrived. It's not the same anymore. Different times.
Positive experience: It’s not a place you go with family. Go with your GF, friends.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful everything, always a special place.
Negative experience: Posturing made in Spain, full of foreign tourism, hundreds of rented high-end cars, and empty luxury stores (the brands are located there for what others might say). I highly recommend the old town of Marbella instead.
Fantastic experience: There is indeed a high standard at this beach.
Negative experience: If you want to show off and believe you are someone important, that's fine. If you are humble, you've seen the atmosphere and the insulting waste that is generated in just 10 minutes.
Negative experience: The ocean here is so dirty. Locals know it is not healthy to go into it. Would never recommend this beach to even my worst enemies.
Fantastic experience: It's a place that I love to spend holidays. Everything is great!
Fantastic experience: Fantastic delicious exclusive area, here you find the wildest boats and cars, nice restaurants and cocktail bars, a place that must be experienced.
Negative experience: Too many people
Fantastic experience: The place to be since the 70s. Don't look any further.
Fantastic experience: Very good! Obviously, the parking fees and umbrellas are double the normal.
Fantastic experience: One of the best on the Costa del Sol. Lifeguard station. Public restrooms. Showers. Places to eat and dance, and the beach has a promenade, not pebbles like in San Pedro and others.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful, speechless, I would return to visit.
Fantastic experience: A lot of money and exorbitant prices. You can enjoy an afternoon watching cars.
Positive experience: Before arriving here, prepare an infinite credit card
Positive experience: Very beautiful city, the Spanish St. Tropez
Fantastic experience: Very clean and pleasant
Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach, few stones, spacious and with sun loungers around (for €50)
Fantastic experience: Love it! Great for people watching, ambling about in the sun and gorging on amazing yachts and their 4 wheeled tenders
Positive experience: Well corresponds to our St Tropez location sailing boat, jet ski,... Beautiful stroll on the beach
Fantastic experience: ❤️
Fantastic experience: Amazing place
Fantastic experience: Superb beach, we loved it
Positive experience: Very beautiful but disconnected from reality
Fantastic experience: Chic and good restaurants to eat paella and sangria
Positive experience: Nice harbor, but the extravagance is noticeable, prices are astronomical.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful place to stroll
Fantastic experience: Beautiful and dreamy, but the parking prices are high.
Positive experience: A beautiful beach, open to the public
Negative experience: A gathering place for 'businessmen' and golden youths who flaunt their wealth. Apart from that, the beach is really beautiful. That's why it gets two stars.
Positive experience: Sandy and generally clean beach, too bad there are carpet vendors every 5 minutes.
Positive experience: Less good beach. Many cigarette butts by the water. People smoking joints, making it difficult for children. No wow feeling.
Negative experience: A place without interest unless you want to see the marina with yachts, luxury cars, unaffordable brands, and tourist restaurants. Nothing typical. Avoid.
Fantastic experience: Enchanting place, never seen so much wealth all together, unlike Monte Carlo. Luxury boats, dream cars, and stores of all the best brands...
Negative experience: Dirty
Negative experience: They can rob you
Positive experience: My boat had sailed away.
Negative experience: In Puerto Banús, the prices are shocking.
Fantastic experience: As always, it was packed with people and very lively.
Positive experience: Beautiful harbor and glamour, it doesn't seem to be in Spain
Fantastic experience: Very comfortable for going with children. Difficult to park.
Fantastic experience: As my lasse said, when you think of Marbella and wonder where the money is, it's here! Puerto Banks!
Fantastic experience: I like Marbella and Puerto Banús because it reminds me of my youth. I worked there, and I haven't been back in over 33 years, but I share my memories with my children. Thank you.
Fantastic experience: I lived in Andalusia and on my days off I visited beautiful corners of Spain, like the port and beach of Marbella.
Positive experience: We were in Puerto Banus. Disappointment about the expectation we had. We ate very well at an Italian restaurant and it was reasonably priced.
Fantastic experience: It's the best thing you can do in your life, everything is beautiful. And I recommend parking properly because a €200 fine.
Positive experience: Sandy beach although there are also a few pebbles! Surrounded by several beach bars and very close to the port where you can see luxury cars and yachts! There are also stores of well-known fashion brands! Recommended!!!
Positive experience: Small luxury port like in Monaco, luxury boutiques
Fantastic experience: Puerto Banus. The yachts. The cars. The restaurants. The bars. Enough said.
Fantastic experience: Saint Tropez is Spanish. Luxury boutiques, marina with bigger boats than the others.
Positive experience: Always fun to hang out. Lots of bling bling.
Fantastic experience: Puerto Banus to Puerto Banus :)
Fantastic experience: Beautiful harbor but very much jet set.
Fantastic experience: A must see. Cafes, shops, boats, all contribute to the atmosphere of this place.
Positive experience: Beautiful city
Positive experience: Beautiful, there are luxury shops and yachts... it turns quite quickly.
Positive experience: Not a bad beach, sunbeds for rent, and you can additionally rent a mattress or some kind of float, for example for children.
Fantastic experience: Just went there for the day as it is only half an hour drive from my home, the port is generally a lovely area, both during the day and at night, lots of mega yachts, expensive cars, and great nightlife into the early hours of the morning, we went to see the new E1 electric motorboat series, if you are on holiday would recommend going, it is like the Monte Carlo of the Costa del Sol.
