Fantastic experience: Ibiza has a lot of beaches and most of them are oases of natural beauty, this one is the top of the island. I don't know how long I would have to spend here to be satisfied with this place. Nature is perfectly intertwined with this part of the island and creates such an idyllic image of a Mediterranean paradise. It is worth taking a path along the coastline, apart from sunbathing, and then you will connect spiritually with this place, and believe me, it is amazing!

Negative experience: I was using the bathroom sink to fill a bottle with water so I could rinse the sand off my feet outside, not making a mess, not blocking anyone and this uptight lady, who was in the toilet cleaning, completely lost her mind over it. Apparently, me doing it a few times was enough to ruin her entire day. If you can’t handle seeing someone use the facilities at a place they’re actively spending money at, maybe stay home and argue with your own reflection. People like that live for drama.

Fantastic experience: CBbC is a great Beach Club located on this wonderful beach with ample parking. Bathrooms, showers, and several shops are available. To avoid issues, it's better to make a reservation in advance. There are separate areas for lunch, snacks, or just drinks. Since we arrived in the late afternoon, some places were already closed. The service was a bit slow.

Negative experience: My girlfriend and I came to this cove. We arrived at 09:20 (where we didn't pay for parking). By 10:30 the beach was already full, people stacked on top of each other, overcrowding. However, the main downside was the water. It literally felt like being in the Ganges. The water was all green and you couldn't see the bottom at all.

Positive experience: One of the 'show-off' coves in Ibiza, but the atmosphere is very good. The water might not be the clearest, but it still has a very nice color. There is a rocky area where you can take pictures. Several restaurants right on the waterfront, 'beds' service, sun loungers. The sand is spacious and you can place the towels well.

Negative experience: definitely too crowded, there isn’t even a little bit of shadow and everything is pricy as hell

Negative experience: We came here because we read the rocks were great for snorkeling, but we definitely underestimated the presence of the beach club… essentially the whole upper area is the restaurant of the beach club, which is insanely expensive, half of the sand is rented beds for the same high price, and what is left of the sand is for those that want to be at the beach club but not pay for it. The water was yellow and dirty from the amount of people, the further into sea you’d go it’d become a bit more clearer, but not enough to snorkel. Not a place I would revisit.

Fantastic experience: In my opinion, Cala Bassa beach club is a must in Ibiza. We decided to have lunch despite a bunch of negative reviews and we didn’t regret it. The food was great, as great was the sangria ('red wine') and the service. Prices in line with the island and with other beach clubs. I will definitely come back again, considering there is also an amazing sea.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Large parking area, enough for all visitors just a few meters from the beach. Free! At least at the time I arrived, there was no charge. Small beach that gets crowded very easily, but regarding the beach itself, you don’t feel overwhelmed by people, as most are on the sand enjoying the scenery, and there are few people in the water. Fine sand, calm and transparent water. You won’t find stones at the access to the sea, making it very pleasant overall. Highly recommended for families, but to go with children and have access to supervise them well, you need to arrive early to get a spot in front. The photos are taken almost at the same time. In summary, a very beautiful beach. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: It is a very famous cove because of the luxurious and huge beach club that extends over the entire cove. The parking lot is very large and should be paid, €6 redeemable at the cash register with a drink. We arrived when the Beach Club was closed, so we didn't pay. The water is generally clear and blue in the left area of the cove where an Italian restaurant stands, while in the opposite part the water was not nice at all (like the Romagna Riviera). Many street vendors. I recommend a packed lunch since the dishes in the restaurant are around 25/30 euros minimum.

Negative experience: It's definitely not among the best seas of the island; there are much prettier beaches and the water shifts slightly towards green instead of turquoise. The beach is monopolized by the beach club, but there are ample spaces on the free beach. Horrible environment, it's a PERPETUAL back-and-forth of street vendors, really intrusive at some point. Around 11, aggressive selling of nightclub tickets etc. starts. Stay away; it's (definitely) better.

Fantastic experience: In my opinion, this is the best beach near Sant Antoni. There is a regular passenger ferry from Sant Antoni port. At this beach, you will find crystal clear calm water, breathtaking views, infrastructure, water activities, and everything you need to have a wonderful beach day. Cala Bassa Beach Club, which consists of 4 restaurants, bars, lounge areas, and a massage zone, occupies the majority of the beach territory. At the club, you can expect good service and an exquisite beach relaxation atmosphere. Yes, it may seem quite expensive. The cost of sunbeds and cabanas consists of three-digit figures, but the service is worth it. Even if you are a tourist with a limited budget, you have the opportunity to have a great time just on your beach blanket under an umbrella, using the club's toilet and shower facilities. For lunch, head to the restaurant (I’m including a photo) located further away from the entrance near the ferry dock, where you can order tasty sandwiches, burgers, pizza for €18, and wine for €6 a glass. There is also a spot nearby where you can rent jet skis, speed boats, and other water activities. Enjoy your vacation!

Positive experience: Dirty area, extremely crowded inch by inch, exorbitant fees for chairs and umbrellas and extortionate commerce, given that there are beaches just as beautiful with reasonable occupancy, good infrastructure with reasonable prices. Go to the beaches like San Vicente which are much better.

Positive experience: Beautiful white beach with clear water, where you can see small fish swimming. They charge 6€ to park the car, for which you get a voucher to get a free drink. A lot of nice people, but there are many African vendors which can make the beach experience unpleasant.

Fantastic experience: A truly formidable view... God has graced us with so many beauties around the world, and one can't help but be suspicious of this paradise. The bars, good food, good music, champagne next to good company. It's a breathtaking view. The beach is small, and it takes calm and patience to find a spot in the sand, with vendors surprising you by selling everything from braids to a good massage. Nothing is missing.

Fantastic experience: Cala Bassa is always spectacular, and its water is clear and clean. During the day in summer, it tends to be very crowded, perhaps too much for our liking, but in the afternoon it empties out, and on Thursday nights, when there is salsa and Latin dance sessions at CBBC, the beach is deserted and available for a nice picnic ;)

Fantastic experience: Always perfect. The beach is clean, the music is very pleasant and lively, the food is very good, and the staff is friendly and attentive. If you can afford it, the best thing is to get a sunbed on the beach sand or under the sabinas, eat there, and spend the day. The water at the beach is crystal clear and perfect. We have been coming for almost 30 years, and it is definitely much better since the club has been here. It doesn't matter in which beach bar of the group you eat, it doesn't matter who serves you, everything is perfect.

Fantastic experience: Spectacular beach, with quality beach clubs, but also plenty of free beach. Clear sea, despite the large presence of tourists, it is possible to see many little fish, jellyfish are rare, definitely a place to visit.

Negative experience: The price is way too high for what it offers. A 33cl can of water and a coffee cost €9.20 without table service. They really are overdoing it, to be honest.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful place. Parking fee (whether you like it or not) is 6 euros. If it's just a visit for half an hour, they refund you. In my opinion, it's beautiful, but very crowded, like 80% of the coves in Ibiza. We went in mid-May and it was already full. I don't want to think how it will be in June, July, August... I understand the protests in the Balearic Islands due to overcrowding.

Fantastic experience: Easy to reach, parking available for a fee of €6 directly at the bay. Calm, crystal clear water. Many beautiful boutiques and beach clubs available. The only annoying downside was the many vendors who asked every 5 minutes if you wanted to buy something, like beach towels, etc.

Fantastic experience: I visited in May. Very beautiful beach, worth a detour, parking right next to it (paid 6€). Possibility to rent sunbeds or to lie on the sand. Trendy beach bar, with a DJ and a shop. Good atmosphere, very nice place.

Positive experience: Excellent well maintained beach. The club charges 6 euro for parking but this is redeemed against drinks so effectively it is free. Drinks are overpriced but not as much as O Beach. Plenty of room to find to sun bathe in and beach is nice.

Negative experience: The person in charge of the central loungers could not be more unfriendly, the service at the bar was terrible, a place as expensive as this should be able to afford competent staff. I have been traveling to Ibiza for years and have never encountered such bad service anywhere on the island.

Fantastic experience: The walk in the shade of the magnificent trees that line the beach, its bar, the shop, the massage beds, and the DJ lounge that couldn't be missing. They make Cala Bassa beach a small paradise.

Positive experience: A very beautiful, spacious, and somewhat secluded cove. Pleasant due to the views and the color of the sea. Being a large beach, you won't have any problems placing your towel or umbrella (I imagine this excludes high season). It also has a restaurant. As for parking, they charge you €6 under the pretext that they give you a complimentary drink.. we stayed at the campsite next door and walked from there, otherwise I honestly wouldn't have paid for that parking.

Fantastic experience: Cala Bassa is a must-visit stop on the tour of Ibiza's beaches. Here you will find fine white sand and truly crystal clear water. The variety of fish swimming right near the shore is surprising. Getting there is not difficult, there is a paid parking lot right by the beach. The cost is 6 euros but a beer is included in the price, which is very advantageous. The downside is that the beach, while free, is monopolized by the beach club, a well-maintained complex of beach restaurants and bars that is also quite expensive. Alternatively, you can rent an umbrella from the vendors, who are also quite pricey considering that renting a beach umbrella costs 10 euros, and I believe they usually ask for even more. That said, in my opinion, Cala Bassa remains one of the most beautiful coves on the island with truly breathtaking water!
