Fantastic experience: The cafeteria at Voramar is always a hit... The downside is that they don’t take reservations... The food is delicious and the sangria is great too... but without a doubt, what I liked the most the last time I went was the tangerine sorbet for dessert. The terrace is very pleasant for dinner in summer or for lunch on sunny days in autumn or spring. Right on the beachfront... Good value for money.

Positive experience: The quality-price ratio is very good for the place where it is located. The terrace and its views are beautiful. Ideal for any moment: breakfasts, lunches, meals or dinners. There is a lot of variety of food and everything is very good: salads, sandwiches, snacks, tapas, mixed dishes, toasts, desserts and I'm sure I'm leaving something out hehe. The quantity on the plates, at least in the tapas... I've been told it's smaller this summer. They don't take reservations, it's first come, first served. If I give 3 stars, it's because of the poor organization we experienced from the staff. They were slow with everything and we had to remind the waiters about things when other tables that arrived later and had more efficient waiters were served their dinners much sooner. And I assure you that our order was the same as the others. Still, we will return because they say that what happened to us is not normal.

Negative experience: The experience has been dreadful, we had to leave because we were not given breakfast. After a beautiful sunrise and waiting for them to open on recommendation, they looked at us badly and did not attend to us. So we got up and went to another place where we were treated wonderfully.

Negative experience: *Completely inadvisable*. After 50 minutes of waiting, they still refused to take our order just because there was a table of 8 or 10 people ahead; they said the kitchen couldn't handle more, and we were left waiting. To make matters worse, they served a table that arrived later ahead of us. We left at 3:40 PM without eating. While waiting, we had 2 beers and had to ask for some chips and olives 3 times because they didn't bring them either. We won't be back.

Negative experience: After a lovely sunrise, we wanted to have breakfast on their nice terrace, not only did they ignore us, but they also gave us bad looks, we had to leave without having breakfast, luckily there was another place nearby where they served us wonderfully.

Two days later, the entire group tested positive for COVID, so we concluded that the blame was not on the product, but on our taste buds stunted by the virus and lacking in flavor. Fantastic experience: We have been coming here for a lifetime. You have a good breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location is unbeatable, living up to its name. I am sharing a photo of the 'esmorzarot' sandwich and the tzatziki chicken.

Negative experience: We ordered burgers and they took a long time to arrive. Suddenly, the waiter (who took our order) sees us, hesitates, and runs towards the food counter, and then they came: 2 cold burgers with cold fries. We kindly complained, the waiter came and took the burgers away. After a few minutes, they returned, were briefly in the microwave, now lukewarm, and the fries were soggy and also lukewarm. And at that price: Iberica €12, Americana €12.75. We won't come back.

Fantastic experience: I love Voramar - it is the perfect, family run hotel in the perfect location - not by the beach, but actually on it. The staff are lovely and the vibe is just a great mix of relaxed chic. But, I have one wish... the cafeteria downstairs has vegan options (albeit just burgers and the like) but the restaurant upstairs (for hotel guests) doesn't. So, please, can we have just one fresh vegan menu option that isn't a salad with all the protein removed? Please? It would make such a difference to the enjoyment of our stay.

Negative experience: After such a long time without coming, I came with my parents. The service was terrible; after 15 minutes they attended to us, then after 20 minutes they served us, and to top it off, they served other tables that arrived later. I understand it's Christmas season, and I can be understanding, but there wasn't that much volume for this service. They have no organization; they need competent people, trained staff. If not, they should go work in the orange fields.

Positive experience: The place is spectacular and beautiful, no one doubts that, and the food doesn’t seem bad to me (that’s why I give it 3 and not 1 star). The problem is the servers who attend to you; it’s wonderful that they give young people a chance to work, but I don’t know what happens, as for some time now, they serve VERY late and sometimes poorly, with a lot of arrogance and rudeness, especially one who was kind of ginger/brown. And the excuse that there are many people doesn’t hold because it happens on workdays when literally there are only 3 people inside and outside. I honestly believe that the place would gain much more value by hiring more professional people.

Negative experience: Poor service from the person who greets you at the entrance. Rude and very disrespectful. They don't care about putting customers in a bad light. 'The customer is always right' is not made for them. Try asking for a glass of water or complaining about the service delay. Once and never again.

Negative experience: Unacceptable treatment. Not only because of the wait, but also for having to ask several times to be attended, and the waiters passing the buck to each other about who was serving our table. Finally, without being attended, we got up and left. A place that lives off its past and will have people there as a punishment. If it depends on me, I won't be back, although living here, for one reason or another, I will surely end up eating my words and having to endure slow and ineffective service again.
