Fantastic experience: Nice seaside resort in the Canary Islands, no waves the sea is good! The town is typically Canary with colorful small narrow streets, pleasant.
Fantastic experience: The best ever place for snorkeling. If you're doing snorkeling, please go to this beach, it's just amazing for snorkeling. I didn't know about this; by mistake I discovered snorkeling. Just go left of the main beach, left of the Mogan sign is a small rocky beach with some stairs going into the sea. Go there and you'll see a natural aquarium.
Positive experience: Man made beach is nice with safe warm swimming. Some great eateries with views of the bay. Parking was good at the huge underground carpark. Very tourist centred and does not reflect the authentic fishing village it once was.
Fantastic experience: The cutest beach side city! Enough parking spaces available too. Too many good restaurants available at your disposal.
Positive experience: Overall okay. It would be great if it were clean. Because both in the water and on the beach... a bit of a drama, and there are hardly any trash bins. None of the 3 foot rinsing taps worked. A lot of small shops, intimate streets. But if I were to rate the beach... it's poor. From Maspalomas (we stayed at the Maspalomas Princess hotel, bus stop 150m to the right from the hotel exit), you can reach it by public transport for €3.8 per person - bus number 32 and another 200m to the beach. It's a waste of money for a taxi, as the bus goes via the highway, and you'll be there quickly. Note - google maps misrepresents the bus lines. The only right bus to and from Maspalomas is line 32. The others take a longer route.

Negative experience: Reine Abzocke.

Negative experience: Good morning, I have been spending my summer holidays in Mogán for many years. The truth is that I am embarrassed by how dirty the sand is: plastic, socks, cans, bottles. I hope someone from the town hall sees it and has someone clean the beach. Thank you.
Fantastic experience: Wonderful little getaway in Mogan, a typical fishing village, with a small white sand beach, family-friendly and very well equipped, sheltered from the winds. The alleys and flowers are beautiful. Very clean and very well secured. A little gem!!
Positive experience: The small place has a beautiful bathing bay with bright fine sandy beach, lined with a promenade featuring appealing restaurants.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful for snorkeling. We saw many colorful fish and crabs. The snorkeling beach is right behind the small sandy beach - just go to the bridge by the colorful sign 'Mogan' and go down to the rocks there.
Positive experience: The beach is getting worse and worse, I don’t understand how one of the iconic places in Gran Canaria that almost all tourists visit for its Friday market has the beach in these conditions. The sand hasn’t been replenished for years and almost half of the beach is made of stones, not to mention that the sand is not cleaned as it should be. At the back, there is another small beach with an old pier that is very dangerous, broken steps, just one railing to go down, not to mention how dirty everything is where there is only a small trash can. It’s a unique and wonderfully beautiful place, but there is no investment in improving it. There is a big Mogán sign for taking photos and they don’t care about how bad the dirt and neglect look in that area, what a shame....

Fantastic experience: The cutest beach side city! Enough parking spaces available too. Too many good restaurants available at your disposal.
Fantastic experience: It's super beautiful, one of the beaches I liked the most on the whole island. The promenade is gorgeous, with many shops, restaurants... And the town itself is very well taken care of, with all the details. Highly, highly recommend this place.
Fantastic experience: Awesome views, worth seeing. Little town is growing, new shops are being opened, they do lots of work. It would be lovely to see it when everything is done. You can buy food, ice creams, clothes and take some very nice pictures. There is also a beautiful harbor with restaurants. If you have some spare time you should definitely come for a couple of hours.
Fantastic experience: Lively beautiful place surrounded by mountains. Beautiful beach and nice little streets for strolling. Small harbor with many restaurants. During our stay, it rained, which is totally unusual. Even for the locals, the rain was something special.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful place!!! Great restaurants!!! You can shop in a relaxed manner.

Fantastic experience: the beach of Amadores is fantastic especially if you go with children you will have a great time fantastic crystal clear waters
Negative experience: Dirty beach, worse sea water, there is plastic and the water is murky. There are insufficient toilet facilities, non-existent showers, you can't rinse your feet due to lack of water. Terrible beach.
Fantastic experience: A beautiful place worth visiting
Fantastic experience: Gorgeous beach, the water is so clear and blue

Fantastic experience: Excellent calm sheltered sandy beach. Great views around with the cliffs behind. Saw people snorkeling near the rock barriers but didn't do myself. Saw crabs on the rocks, and small shoals of translucent fish near the shore. Brilliant sunset behind the port of Mogan which you can see from this beach.
Positive experience: The beach is great if you don’t mind that there can be a lot of people. There are no waves, so it is perfect for small children. If you want to snorkel or dive, you can go outside of the bay, where the water is very clear.

Fantastic experience: Nice seaside resort in the Canary Islands, no waves the sea is good! The town is typically Canary with colorful small narrow streets, pleasant.
Fantastic experience: Very iconic place with beautiful views
Positive experience: If you like tourist resorts, crowded beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas, this is for you.
Fantastic experience: Fantastic place
Positive experience: Man made beach is nice with safe warm swimming. Some great eateries with views of the bay. Parking was good at the huge underground carpark. Very tourist centred and does not reflect the authentic fishing village it once was.
Fantastic experience: A fantastic small Atlantic town! Visit during sunset it's the best. The beach is protected so very calm, great with children and family bathing.
Positive experience: Good in parts, would I go again? No. Harbour urbanisation quite pretty with the flowers and planting. Mirador worth the 257 steps? Yes, as you are there, wouldn't bother going if that was all you wanted to do. For the rest it's full of people like me - tourists. Unfortunately that means there is little of local cultural interest, at least that I found. Top 10 to do in Gran Canaria? Not for me.
Positive experience: Nice bad place in the central parts
Fantastic experience: The cutest beach side city! Enough parking spaces available too. Too many good restaurants available at your disposal.
Positive experience: One of the few enchanting places on the island, beautiful beach, lovely village with bougainvillea and the cliffside area, it deserves a stop and a wonderful juice at one of the beach bars.
Positive experience: Very nice, especially in the evening with a special flair
Positive experience: Small town, yacht port. Very nice. The beach is ugly, too many people on a small beach.
Positive experience: Very beautiful beach and nice surroundings. Unfriendly staff at the beach. You can only pay by card.
Fantastic experience: One must have visited Gran Canaria. A beautiful bay with picturesque surroundings. Quite crowded during the holiday season, but still worth seeing.
Fantastic experience: It's super beautiful, one of the beaches I liked the most on the whole island. The promenade is gorgeous, with many shops, restaurants... And the town itself is very well taken care of, with all the details. Highly, highly recommend this place.
Fantastic experience: I recommend !!!
Fantastic experience: A beautiful place worth visiting
Negative experience: The village and the beach are very beautiful. But the beach is FULL of cigarette butts as well as other types of garbage.
Positive experience: A beautiful, small place with a picturesque backdrop.
Positive experience: Overall okay. It would be great if it were clean. Because both in the water and on the beach... a bit of a drama, and there are hardly any trash bins. None of the 3 foot rinsing taps worked. A lot of small shops, intimate streets. But if I were to rate the beach... it's poor. Fantastic experience: It's spectacular to wear sunscreen.
Fantastic experience: Gorgeous beach, the water is so clear and blue
Negative experience: Good morning, I have been spending my summer holidays in Mogán for many years. The truth is that I am embarrassed by how dirty the sand is: plastic, socks, cans, bottles. I hope someone from the town hall sees it and has someone clean the beach. Thank you.
Fantastic experience: Very far from Las Palmas is this charming beach. During peak hours, it is practically impossible to find a spot. The trip is worth it. Recommendation: visit the Port.
Fantastic experience: I love this beach. It's close to the promenade where there are bars and shops, and very close to the center of Puerto Mogán, which is a beautiful town. The water was a bit murky but the temperature was very good and there are no waves.
Fantastic experience: Very nice place to visit. If you don't like crowds, don't come on Friday, because there is a market. Otherwise there are beautiful flowers and old buildings to see.
Positive experience: We visited Mogán beach, it is a beautiful place with many shops and hospitality, they are now renovating the promenade, it was a bit tricky to get around.
Fantastic experience: Dreamy beach
Fantastic experience: Worth seeing town!
Fantastic experience: Impressive place with many small alleys. Definitely a must-see. Even better when there is a market. So many stalls...everyone will find something.
Fantastic experience: Hello, we spent Saturday at this beach and it's very nice, beautiful. The kids can stand up, there's no danger, but there are rocks that can hurt you if you're not careful. We didn't like that they cut off the water from the showers, well... the faucets for the feet should be left on for a longer time. Other than that, it was good.
Positive experience: A very small beach mostly with a lot of people.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful place
Fantastic experience: A must-visit place if you travel to Gran Canaria, very good weather, always sunny with a light breeze and also very beautiful.
Fantastic experience: Gorgeous harbour, a bit disappointing that Billy's wasn't open yet, but still a fabulous place for food and the market.
Fantastic experience: The bathing beach is very dark but it can definitely be enjoyed especially under the caves
Positive experience: Small beach, not many people at this time, all in all not bad
Fantastic experience: Beautiful place worth visiting
Fantastic experience: Lively beautiful place surrounded by mountains. Beautiful beach and nice little streets for strolling. Small harbor with many restaurants. During our stay, it rained, which is totally unusual. Even for the locals, the rain was something special.
Fantastic experience: Clean and well-equipped beach, not crowded at this time, you can enjoy a nice view in tranquility.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful place!!! Great restaurants!!! You can shop in a relaxed manner.
Fantastic experience: The sunsets, the most impressive thing about the place.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach and village, with a boardwalk of restaurants and shops of all kinds.
Positive experience: Quiet beach, with no waves and beach chair service. The only downside is that there are no showers (only for the feet).
Positive experience: well-maintained beach, worth the visit
Fantastic experience: Great place with many beautiful spots to chill and enjoy eating and drinking.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful and pleasant place
Fantastic experience: Stunning beach!
Fantastic experience: Wonderful little getaway in Mogan, a typical fishing village, with a small white sand beach, family-friendly and very well equipped, sheltered from the winds. The alleys and flowers are beautiful. Very clean and very well secured. A little gem!!
Fantastic experience: Small 'white' town, Morgan invites you to stroll through the alleys by the port and shop by the beach. A very pleasant place to spend a day or enjoy the terrace or at the restaurant.
Positive experience: Puerto de Mogan is a small town with access to the coastline. Picturesque streets, small cafes, sandy beach. The downside is the litter scattered around. On the plus side, there is a nice playground for children by the beach with benches.
Fantastic experience: Very good beach !!!! Spectacular
Fantastic experience: A very beautiful beach, with public restrooms, good access, and it's great especially for going with children.
Fantastic experience: Nice and quiet family beach. There are free public restrooms. There are bars, restaurants, and shops nearby.
Fantastic experience: The beach is small and it was very crowded. Too much for my taste. The harbor area was quieter even though there was a market.
Fantastic experience: Everything is great
Fantastic experience: The island's nicest town - a fantastic place.
Negative experience: More and more dirty!!! It's not nice to swim!! Then in the summer there is also the problem of bacteria!!
Negative experience: So much litter among the rocks that with high tide it enters the water
Positive experience: Nice little city beach in a very nice place, many bars and restaurants
Negative experience: Sunday, January 21, 2024, at 1:15 PM. For an hour, there has been a layer of fuel on the water and the smell burns the throat.
Fantastic experience: An extremely pleasant city with a waterfront and beach. There are wonderful establishments and cafés ✨
Fantastic experience: Mogan Beach, also known as 'The Venice of the Canaries', is a charming beach in Gran Canaria. With calm waters and fine sand, it is ideal for families. Characterized by its picturesque canals and colorful houses, it creates a unique atmosphere. The area offers a variety of restaurants and shops, and its harbor adds a special charm. Mogan Beach is perfect for those seeking a combination of beach relaxation and urban exploration.
Fantastic experience: We spent a few hours there catching the sunset, the atmosphere was the most beautiful then. We also happened upon a brass band parade and entertainers, a nice attraction. In the evening, there was also a concert with entertainers for the children, it was extremely loud, especially for the kids in front of the stage. Overall, we got there by public transport from the Maspalomas area, costing 4.15€ one way.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful old town with cheerful colorful narrow streets adorned with flowers on the facades and a lovely small harbor, nice for walking and enjoying all its beauty, and every Friday there’s a market. It’s highly recommended to visit and explore this town. Plenty of nice restaurants and cafés; had a great day here with family, eating and drinking well.
Fantastic experience: A must-see, very pretty seaside resort ☀️
Fantastic experience: Great beach, it's protected from the waves and wind. Has life guards and lots of areas for young and old to swim to and enjoy.
Positive experience: Beautiful place. Too many stray cats. Great cat misery. They should neuter them. It spoiled the whole experience for me.
Fantastic experience: The beach invites you to swim, especially at the end of the day when the sun sets, the waves are playful, and bathers enjoy being gently tossed by the water while taking in the beautiful sunset.
Fantastic experience: Lovely little place. Cute colorful streets. Full of flowers. Nice little restaurants/cafés.
Positive experience: In the past, Playa de Mogan was a quaint fishing village. Today, it is a tourist overload with masses of people. The prices in the restaurants by the port and on the beach are so overpriced that you might as well spend your EUROs in other places. The parking fees in the parking garage have now reached big city levels. It's still okay in the alleys by the yacht harbor. You should definitely avoid Friday, as the crowd is beyond any imagination. There are some very nice photo opportunities in the alleys, although here too, sometimes a lot of 'plaster and paint are crumbling'. Therefore, it's still just a highlight, more like a 3B.
Fantastic experience: A fantastic experience, we will repeat it, everything was great and the people were very nice and friendly.
Fantastic experience: A place of rest and relaxation with a very stable climate throughout the year, ideal for an idyllic vacation with your family or partner. There are many restaurants and places to watch people go by with a coffee, soft drink, or beer sitting at your table, both on the beach and at the piers of the harbor. The beach is very quiet, and there is a very good hammock service attended by very professional staff.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful place
Positive experience: The small place has a beautiful bathing bay with bright fine sandy beach, lined with a promenade featuring appealing restaurants.
Positive experience: a beautiful walk in the little streets, beach too narrow for my taste, easy shopping
Positive experience: Beautiful beach ️ with a sheltered cove.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful place
Fantastic experience: My mom has lived here since 2003 and used to move back and forth to the Republic of Ireland. Since the pandemic, she has stayed there and built a new life with her sister. It would be a fantastic place. Tourists only visit for the day. It is truly an exclusive place for intelligent people. I hope property prices rise as soon as possible!
Fantastic experience: One of the most beautiful places on Gran Canaria when it comes to seaside towns. They have a great viewpoint overlooking the city, where you can take pictures and also the old part of the town, has the icon building which is a must see. The restaurants in the area is not that fantastic though, recommend making your own food.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful city with clean beaches and a good shop for perfume and clothing
Fantastic experience: Picturesque with a fantastic environment and surroundings. High standard in restaurants. Not suitable for families with younger children, as the options are minimal.
Fantastic experience: A very nice little place. On the beach, the sunbeds with umbrellas are reasonably priced (luxury 2-person bed with a thick mattress and umbrella for 23 euros). There are many nice shops to stroll around and enough restaurants to grab a bite to eat and drink. It is not for nothing that it is the Venice of Gran Canaria!
Negative experience: Beach that doesn't deserve much, water worse than Rimini... I went on Friday to the famous Mogan market and stayed there in the afternoon, but for me, it's not worth going there.
Fantastic experience: Calm sea, a low and transparent seabed ideal for swimming, a well-equipped but quiet beach. Suitable for families with children. There are many typical local places to eat and drink in the area.
Fantastic experience: Great beach
Positive experience: Nice beach but too small, shops nearby which is a plus.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful for snorkeling. We saw many colorful fish and crabs. The snorkeling beach is right behind the small sandy beach - just go to the bridge by the colorful sign 'Mogan' and go down to the rocks there.
Fantastic experience: The beach is very small but we never found it too crowded.. the water was clean and calm.. the little village a few steps away is truly beautiful, perhaps the most beautiful on the whole island.. there is a paid parking lot because finding parking is impossible elsewhere.. there is also a small establishment with affordable costs for everyone.. along the promenade, you will find restaurants and shops..
Fantastic experience: I loved its crystal clear waters
Fantastic experience: Very beautiful, the people are very friendly
Fantastic experience: Lovely place to enjoy the beach
Positive experience: Very beautiful place, bad for parking and the restaurant prices think they are in Marbella.
Fantastic experience: As always, Mogán is beautiful, lovely beach, very nice town
Fantastic experience: So gorgeous, highly recommend for real.
Positive experience: The beach is getting worse and worse, I don’t understand how one of the iconic places in Gran Canaria that almost all tourists visit for its Friday market has the beach in these conditions.
