Jablito Beach
Information
The Playa del Jablito is a charming little fishing village in Fuerteventura that offers a serene atmosphere perfect for families. Here are some highlights and considerations:
- Beautiful beach: Many visitors describe it as a lovely and tranquil beach, ideal for swimming and spending time with children.
- Tranquility: It is known for its peaceful environment, away from the hustle and bustle of more tourist-centric areas.
- Local charm: The village has a rustic feel, with small boats dotting the cove, making it picturesque.
- Natural beauty: The surrounding landscape is quite beautiful, especially at sunset, enhancing the beach's appeal.
However, there are points to consider:
- Access and amenities are limited; visitors should prepare for a lack of services and bring their own supplies.
- Some users noted the presence of campers and a somewhat neglected appearance in certain areas, affecting the overall experience.
- The beach can be rocky in parts, which might not be suitable for all visitors, especially with young children.

Fantastic experience: Certainly, my favorite beach in all of Fuerteventura is a very small and quiet beach, perfect for going with children. It hardly covers at all, and there are many adorable little boats creating a beautiful scene. I recommend approaching the statue of Lola and reading the plaque to learn a bit more about the place and its struggle to remain true to its essence.
Fantastic experience: A lovely little unspoilt small fishing village. Great for swimming. No access other than a dirt road. No public utilities. So bring everything you need and leave nothing!

Negative experience: We went wanting to take a swim and found low tide, there was almost no beach, no sand, it seemed very narrow, rocky, with greenish growth, and the sand was too wet to lay down the towel. We went to another nearby beach. The boat-chapel was what I liked the most about the place.
Fantastic experience: Looks like a shanty town from a distance with only a dirt track to access. But don't be off, it's a lovely little protected beach and cove, full of small boats. Looks quite safe for children. We tried snorkeling, but due to the sandy water visibility was too poor.
Negative experience: Muchas piedras

Fantastic experience: I love it. It is a small town but quiet, and the water is the most lovely. Fuerteventura captivates me.
Negative experience: What a shame, the water is dirty.
Negative experience: Abandoned dirty place, full of campers. During calima it looks like a scene from one of those apocalypse movies. Not worth visiting, except you like this kind of places.

Fantastic experience: Amazing spot in Fuerteventura to Relax with no people around, do some snorkeling and enjoy the sun on the small beach. Is a small little village where no tourists or locals go. Get your googles, your fins and be ready to explore!
Fantastic experience: Love this place diving snorkeling or just relaxing. It's a great place for a bbq. I completed my open water and advanced here with abyss dive school. Highly recommend it.

Positive experience: Small beach with fine descent. Quite nice views for fuerta i guess although besides road down there is ugly building and provisionals structures... Next to that beach is perfect place for diving - nothing special but really decent shore. Good access for campers tho.

Jablito Beach: Reviews
Positive experience: Place is somewhat picturesque...
Fantastic experience: Absolutely disrespectful what someone writes here who also propagates that one should rather build a hotel complex for even more 'party heads' here. Is that enough? Just stay in your ugly tourist resort for all-inclusive vacations!
Positive experience: relaxing and family-oriented
Fantastic experience: It maintains the essence of a fishing village.
Fantastic experience: Small but cozy beach in a fishing village of Fuerteventura.
Fantastic experience: Can't tell from this pic but wow what a beach
Fantastic experience: a nice quiet place to spend a day at the beach

Fantastic experience: A charming little corner, fiercely defended by its locals.
Fantastic experience: I love it. It is a small town but quiet, and the water is the most lovely. Fuerteventura captivates me.
Negative experience: What a shame, the water is dirty.
Fantastic experience: A very special place, if you visit take your trash with you.
Negative experience: We went wanting to take a swim and found low tide, there was almost no beach, no sand, it seemed very narrow, rocky, with greenish growth, and the sand was too wet to lay down the towel. We went to another nearby beach. The boat-chapel was what I liked the most about the place.
Positive experience: It's a very small fishing area and I think it has a section for caravans.
Negative experience: Small, somewhat dystopian-looking fishing village away from the tourist destinations. I'm not sure if it's permanently inhabited. Across from the main road, there is an absolutely dilapidated campsite full of wrecked caravans. In the sheltered bay with a small beach, there is a small monument to a resident who successfully fought against an investor in the nineties. They should have just let it be. No recommendation for visiting! The attached pictures depict the most beautiful sides of the place.
Negative experience: Abandoned dirty place, full of campers. During calima it looks like a scene from one of those apocalypse movies. Not worth visiting, except you like this kind of places.

Positive experience: It is worth a visit
Positive experience: It's worth a visit
Fantastic experience: Beautiful quiet little place.
Fantastic experience: Small village out of time, very laid-back. I really love it.
Positive experience: Small port with nothing around, except for caravan squats. No shops.
Positive experience: Reminds me of Tauro in SW of Gran Canaria before it was developed. Rustic and REAL! LOVE IT...
Positive experience: An interesting spot without civilization. Old buildings, a church, volcanic beach. It was very warm, cozy, and calm on December 30. It's worth stopping by to see, but I'm not sure about staying longer (if you're not diving).
Fantastic experience: A genuine village of fishermen survived the concrete.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful view
Fantastic experience: Very romantic place
Positive experience: It's a small local enclave. Full of tents and caravans. It's not worth the stop.
Fantastic experience: A fishing village with a unique charm. It's a shame about the area of caravans and shanties that detracts a bit.
Fantastic experience: A lovely little unspoilt small fishing village. Great for swimming. No access other than a dirt road. No public utilities. So bring everything you need and leave nothing!
Fantastic experience: A location with great potential but without coordination is becoming a Nomad camp.. What a shame
Positive experience: Small rocky and not crowded, rocky bottom and somewhat high waves
Positive experience: Perfect

Positive experience: This is a beautiful little beach, very quiet, but there are no public toilets or shops, well worth stopping for a few hours if your passing in a hire car.
Fantastic experience: Love this place diving snorkeling or just relaxing. It's a great place for a bbq. I completed my open water and advanced here with abyss dive school. Highly recommend it.
Fantastic experience: Lovely quiet beach and calm water to swim, bit cool in march. A few houses on the side of beach and some camper vans no facilities here so bring your own snacks etc. Several small boats moored in the little harbor. Delightful place to visit.
