Cabrón Beach

Fantastic experience: Very beautiful beach in a unique landscape. Easily accessible by foot from the parking lot at the lighthouse. The houses seem as if they do not belong in this area, as the sea here looks rugged and wild. There are many exciting and unique buildings to see. The water was pleasant and there is a new stairs to the beach.

Positive experience: Small unspoiled beach with volcanic black sand. One should drive carefully on the way there. Not for the usual tourists. The bay offers an underwater diversity that's worth it for snorkelers. The surf is usually rough and it is quite windy. Only for good swimmers!

Positive experience: Good place for snorkeling, the access road could be improved, and much. What I didn't understand is the reason for placing an unaccompanied minors center so far from the village, near the beach, which is nice, but for the kids, it's far away. I don't know how they expect children with their issues to adapt to their new situation so far from society. It seemed sad and a bit outrageous, to be honest. And for the workers at the center, having to go through that road, which should be better called a goat path, having to drive their cars there every day, shows little respect for the workers' property. I would take sick leave and let the politicians go through that road; it's lamentable. The access is lamentable, not for me as a tourist, but for the center's employees and for the children who have to travel kilometers if they want to socialize with their surroundings, which will be their future. It's pathetic.

Positive experience: I visited a no wind day’s morning time, around 11am. After the light house, it’s a sandy unpaved road but not too narrow. You can choose the driving position of your car to avoid holes. About 5 minutes ride after the light house road, there is a quite big free parking area near by the beach. There is a good wooden stairs to get to the beach from the parking area. It’s a white fine sand beach and there are only a few people who were sunbathing. The diving there was fantastic. No wind, safe and easy. There were many local divers with extremely good equipments (I had simple, basic diving kits). I felt to be on a secret beach with such quiet people and no family in the middle of September. I highly recommend as a diving spot. It’s also good for snorkeling.

Fantastic experience: Always amazing. Very clean and very little visited. It is famous for its seabeds ideal for snorkeling and diving. Fantastic coast for fishing. The beach has no shops, so it's advisable to bring water. Pets are not allowed, but... many people bring their dogs. I will return.

Positive experience: De las pocas playas en las que dejan ir a perros , el acceso es un poco malo se tarda sobre 25 minutos desde arinaga. Hacía mucho viento me hace falta un bar allí

Fantastic experience: Playa espectacular: agua cristalina, arena negra y poca gente. Acceso mediante carretera de tierra. Se pueden llevar perros

Negative experience: Very dangerous stones at the inlet to the water, they are invisible in waves! We both hit our feet :(

Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach in a natural setting. The road is paved up to the lighthouse, then it's a stone path but you can reach the beach by car.

Negative experience: You have to drive 10 minutes to get to this location on a gravel road. The beach is ok, colder than Las Palmas. There are no facilities to buy anything, no shops or restaurants nearby.

Positive experience: Nos gustó, la accesibilidad es poco complicada para niños pequeños y personas muy Mayores. Pero una vez que estés en la playita, divida. Si debes llevar de todo pq no hay Chiringuitos en los alrededores.

Positive experience: Platja íntima ja que queda aïllada, d'una sorra negra-daurada preciosa. Cal fer un trosset de camí de cabres.....no hi ha "chiringuito" porteu aigua i menjar si hi voleu estar estona. Disposa, curiosament, de socorrista! Sol bufar molt vent sempre.

Fantastic experience: I assume the place is called that because of how close it is to the airport, and all the locals keep saying that word when thinking about who put the airport there. The beach is great for spending the day there, they have lifeguards and everything.

Fantastic experience: The beach is average and the surroundings are very ugly, plus it's difficult to get there. However, for snorkeling and diving, the bottoms and reefs are beautiful with plenty of life.

Fantastic experience: We are divers and did a dive or two in Tufia, and when we came here to snorkel with the kids, we actually saw everything we got to see with the dives. Shallow, so ideal with kids.

Fantastic experience: It is a diving adventure from the rocks. You can't imagine the good visibility in a natural pool and the amount of underwater life.
