Fantastic experience: Hier lässt es sich immer recht gut aushalten und entspannt schwimmen - egal welche Jahres- oder Tageszeit. Wenn es an anderen Stränden im Valle Gran Rey für normal begabte Schwimmer lebensgefährlich ist (de Ingles) oder die Sturmwellen einfach mal den Sand entführt haben (la Playa): Hier bleibt es auch mit Kindern ungefährlich - und der (manchmal Saison oder Flut bedingt enge) Sandstrand da! Es treibt dann vielleicht mal ein wenig Müll im Wasser vorbei... Schnorchler kommen ein bisschen auf ihre Kosten, bis zur Größe eines Rochens kann man mit Glück und Muße entdecken. Der Weg zur Eisdiele ccc und zum Esperanza (siehe meine dortigen Rezensionen) sind nur ein paar Meter. Danach kommt außer der beeindruckenden Steilwand nicht mehr viel. Es gibt eine Dusche. Für Toiletten muss man dann in den Lokalen fragen.
Fantastic experience: LA plage que nous avons cherché pendant plusieurs jours. Facilement accessible, de l'ombre pour le bébé, du sable fin et pas de houle ni de courant. Parfait pour y faire du snorkeling et admirer les nombreuses espèce de poissons qui peuple ses eaux, le tout sous les hautes falaises impressionnates.
Positive experience: Tranquila. Ideal para ir con la familia. Cómoda. Difícil el aparcamiento y agua un poco turbia

Positive experience: It is a harbor beach. With calm waters. It says no dogs allowed but then it is full of debris left by people, like plastics... it's a shame that people are like that. Near the dock, you can see manta rays.

Positive experience: Great bathing beach! You can also comfortably lie on the sandy beach, there is even shade. Perfect for families as well.
Fantastic experience: Beautiful bathing beach! Sand, no stones or gravel. Depending on the weather, calm. Good for swimming. Unfortunately, no showers. Shade only in the afternoon on the northern edge.
Fantastic experience: Very quiet, family-friendly atmosphere. Few stones. Lacks a shower, only has a foot wash.
Fantastic experience: Splendid. The ocean is calm, the black sand attracts rays. In September we were lucky to swim with butterfly rays, barracuda, and box fish.
Fantastic experience: Exciting to dive with the mantas and other rays that approached us from all sides. A beautiful port with a lot of charm, the typical black sand beach of La Gomera. I wouldn't leave La Gomera without visiting this little beach honestly, just for how unique it is. I recommend it.

Fantastic experience: Wir lieben den Hafen und das Restaurant.
Fantastic experience: Einer der wenigen Sandstrände (schwarz), oft etwas voll. Wellengeschützt am Hafen von Vueltas gelegen.Ganzjährig baden, besonders Kinder geeignet. Der etwas andere Strand, dicht am Hafen, Restaurants und Boote in der Nachbarschaft und es gibt Rochen zu sehen, sind zutraulich.
Positive experience: Schöner Strand, kann aber schnell voll werden. Eignet sich sehr gut für Kinder da es sehr flach rein geht. Dementsprechend Laut ist es leider auch am Strand. Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Negative experience: Tiny beach with dirty water and barely any space to swim due to the proximity of the boats.

Fantastic experience: - sauberes Wasser - durch Hafenbecken vor Wellen geschützt - schwarzer Sand - toll zum Schnorcheln mit vielen bunten Fischen - Flair durch Fischerboote, kaum Bootsverkehr - FKK Bereich hinter Steg - Bars in der Nähe - leider ziemlich gut besucht
Positive experience: Der Strandabschnitt ist Recht kurz. Durch seine geschützte Lage gibt es keine Brandung. Er ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern besonders geeignet.Das Wasser am eigentlichen Babystrand charco del conde macht bei Ebbe keinen vertrauenserweckenden Eindruck.
Positive experience: No es una playa bonita ni está demasiado limpia, pero es cierto que está muy protegida y apenas tiene oleaje. Lo mejor es hacer snorkel para ver la familia se rayas que suele estar allí!!

Positive experience: Nice little beach located in the harbour and therefore protected from waves. There is a big panel at the entry of the beach to explain that butterfly rays come there often to give birth and should not be disturbed. Because you are in the port there is not much space to swim or snorkel. Also, be careful of boats, jet skis and kayaks passing by.

Positive experience: Winziger Strand am Rande von Vueltas direkt am Hafen. Dies stört jedoch nicht, was mehr stört ist die Überfüllung. Wir waren in den Herbstferien dort, vielleicht ist es zu anderen Zeiten besser. Das absolute Highlight sind die Rochen, mehrere Sorten, aber am sehenswertesten ist ein "riesiger" schwarzer Rochen, ca 3 m Durchmesser und sehr imposant, aber absolut friedlich. Ansonsten ist Schnorcheln dort ein Highlight, Kofferfische, Doraden und sogar ein Barracuda sowie weitere sehr schöne Fische treiben aufgrund der Hafennähe dort ihr Unwesen .

Fantastic experience: For me, the best beach in La Gomera. It is hidden as it is located at the end of Valle del Gran Rey next to the port. It borders a ravine, and the views are unbeatable. The atmosphere is very family-friendly.
Negative experience: The dirtiest beach in all of Valle Gran Rey. I advise against visiting there. Impossible to rinse your feet. First, they removed all the regular showers and now even the low ones. Bad.
Fantastic experience: My fav beach in the area. Amazing swimming. Very well protected by wind. Fishermen’s boats all around.
