Fantastic experience: Wenn man so die älteren Bewertugen liest ... scheinbar jetzt alles renoviert. Sehr schöner Pool, perfekt gepflegt. Duschen, Umkleiden, WC und Kiosk mit allem was man so benötigt. Wanderwege in beiden Richtungen als Add On. Sehr schön!

Fantastic experience: Muy bonita. Es playa de piedras, recomendable, se recomiendan escarpines o chancla adaptada. Es una playa pequeña, rocosa, cercana al núcleo de Valle Gran Rey, conformada por arena y rocas. Se encuentra dentro del casco histórico, el cual cuenta con interesantes ejemplos de arquitectura tradicional, destacando entre todas ellas, la iglesia de San Juan Bautista. En la desembocadura del pronunciado barranco es donde se sitúa la playa de la que pueden disfrutar sus visitantes. El clima se encuentra influenciado por los vientos, los cuales proporcionan a la isla un ambiente suave, con escasas oscilaciones de temperaturas. Los atardeceres imprescindibles. El casco antiguo del pueblo es muy agradable para ir de tiendas de souvenirs o tomar algo. Hay parking y buen acceso. Muy recomendable.
Fantastic experience: Estuvimos en septiembre y la verdad es que ese un sitio estupendo, las piscinas estupendas con hamacas gratis, vigilante y para quien quiera y ser atreva está el océano. La piscina además es muy original. Hay un chiringuito en el exterior junto al parking con unidad precios muy comedidos. Yo vengo de Tarragona y mouse precios allí por lo general son el triple (en los chiringuitos). Otra plus es un "castillo" abandonado que aunque prohibido el acceso ( supongo que por los desprendimientos) al mismo las gente lo visita por un camino que está debajo del la montañas

Positive experience: Small beach with pebbles and rough sea. The nearby Castello del Mar (former banana loading station and restaurant) is no longer open and is difficult to access along the cliffs.

Positive experience: Es una playa de piedras y mas piedras, no se baña nadie..al lado hay una piscina pública...OJO!! Consultar horarios de apertura..
Positive experience: La playa es de piedras y cuando fuimos había bastante oleaje. Junto a la playa hay unas instalaciones municipales con una agradable piscina, con entrada gratuita, y uso gratuito de hamacas. Habíamos leído que cobraban pero no sé si será porque llegamos media hora antes del cierre, pero a nosotros no nos cobraron nada.
Positive experience: La playa es de piedras muy grandes y atrae mucha basura, pero tienen una piscina muy cuidada. Aunque debes pagar para entrar, puedes pasar un buen rato. 4€ no Gomeros y 2€ a Gomeros También tienen una zona de barbacoas y mesas para comer de entrada gratuita

Positive experience: Beautiful beach, you can also go into the water. However, there are many dangerous currents, so you should inquire where it is relatively safe. We didn’t dare and rather relied on the seawater pools. However, they are closed in winter for various reasons.
Negative experience: Was cordoned off - rough water
Positive experience: Beach too rough for swimming, at least in November. Pool closed. Otherwise, beautiful beach to watch the waves.

Negative experience: 2 stars, as the sea swimming pool is closed. Permanently? We don't know. The scenery at the stony beach is great and even though the castle is a lost place, it is worth checking it out.

Positive experience: A lot of potential, unfortunately not fully realized. For an evening/morning with a camper, it's okay. Just a short visit to Castillo del Mar and then onwards. There could really be something great if everything were renovated and the toilet was open. The only playground and BBQ area are up to date.
Fantastic experience: Great beach, not always suitable for swimming, but there are some pools as an alternative. The scenery is beautiful with the (currently) abandoned place Castillo de Mar.

Negative experience: A visit is not worth it. The pool ist closed and desolat(maybe only in winter?? I visited end of november). The sea too rough to swim and there are no facitities. A pain really. Same as in Alojero, where the swimming pool is also in ruins, only one year after construction.
Fantastic experience: Beach is often dramatic due to the strong waves so there's great pool with salty ocean's water . Nice bar and resto. Beautiful view into valley of Vallehermoso. Nice walk from Vallehermoso, around 3km. Follow the sign : playa de Vallehermoso after the bus station.
Fantastic experience: Good to see this place. Rent a car and travel. Beautiful and quite place.
