Positive experience: Very clean beach with crystal clear waters, although parking is bad, as it is paid and very complicated, because the area is very central and has many shops.

Positive experience: A lot of fine sand beach, difficult parking and expensive parking but that's what you get next to the beach, more towards the center is better.

Fantastic experience: The place is beautiful, the walks are very nice, the views are stunning, it has good access to shops and restaurants, I was close to the lifeguard station; the park is very nice for children aged 6-12, very complete. The visit was great, I rented a very nice straw umbrella for €6; the bathroom (is quite uncomfortable for the size of the place, there should be several or at least maintain it) however the beach is 10/10 beautiful no doubt.

Positive experience: I am really divided: on one hand a beautiful beach, but it feels like 1000 seagulls, pigeons, and dogs. Also, the rental sunbeds are extremely close together and the umbrellas are very low. Better to buy an umbrella in the shop and just lay in the sand.

Negative experience: Llevo veraneando en Calpe desde que tenía 8 años y después de 34 años he visto cosas que han ido a peor desgraciadamente y son las que voy a enumerar: -Calpe es poco o nada dog friendly, con solo dos parques para soltar a los perros tienes que ir lejos para poder soltarlo. Existe una playa para perros si pero allí lejos donde no molestas a nadie , mal aparcamiento y malos accesos después de una pequeña caminata para llegar a parar a una playa de piedras. Ahora que soy padre, como demonios llegó hasta allí con mi bebé y mi perro, imposible. Debería haber horarios y zonas acotadas en playas accesibles. -Suciedad. Si, la zona de paseo y playa y zonas aledañas se esmeran en limpiarlas todos los días aunque a veces no con muy buen resultado, zonas ennegrecidas cerca de contenedores, olores , etc, y si no mirad la calle alemania, para pagar por parquímetros si pero para limpiar bien o acondicionarlo de otra manera , eso ya es otro cantar. Y si te alejas de la zona de la costa la cosa cambia a peor, jardines llenos de basura, mirad detrás del edificio etxezuri, todo ese parque hacia la fosa, e.incluso más atrás cerca de donde están edificando nuevos monstruos de hormigón. -Aparcamiento. ¿Que quieres aparcar? Paga o si no vete lejos a dejar el coche. Todo zona de pago, ninguna plaza para residencial, eso sí, el ibi religiosamente se paga todos los años. -Comodidades. Como he dicho llevo 34 años en Calpe y en los últimos 10 la cosa ha cambiado radicalmente, ese hotel ilegal, deberían derribar 11 plantas, ley de costas, cada vez más gente, peores servicios. Ya no me siento como en casa cada vez que voy a pasar unos días y me da mucha pena. Sobre las cosas buenas, pues las tiene claro , ya las sabemos, pero si las pongo en una báscula, las negativas pesan mas.

Positive experience: Calpe has two main beaches divided by the town's landmark, a rock stretching out to the sea: Fossa beach facing east and this, Arenal Bol beach facing south. As we arrived late afternoon we chose Arenal to have longer sunlight. The beach is very nice, with fine sand and plenty of free parts. Many bars and restaurants on the promenade to have a drink or dine. One star down for non-existent showers on the beach.

Fantastic experience: A walk with very beautiful views and restaurants by the edge where you can enjoy a good meal or snack. There is a sign for Calpe that is cool for taking pictures with the rock in the background. ♥️ I love Calpe

Positive experience: Nice urban beach with all the services (lifeguards, foot showers...). The promenade is full of bars, restaurants, shops... Fine sand and crystal clear water.

Fantastic experience: The accessible point is in a cove with calm and clear water. It has shaded areas, amphibious chairs, crutches, vests, sun loungers, and chairs. The ramps have a small step and are not at zero level. The lower platform and the ramp are not the same width, which is dangerous. They would need another room to store the furniture instead of using the restroom. Some chairs need to be renewed. Raúl and Diego, the lifeguards, are nice, friendly, and help with everything needed.

Positive experience: Playa bastante grande, con arena fina y pocas rocas, con paseo maritimo con bastantes restaurantes, con duchas, y baños publicos, y lo mas importante con socorristas, y una vista espectacular del peñon de calpe.

Negative experience: Totally not worthy. Overcrowded, shallow waters full of sea leaves. I would not recommend the beach for families with small children. I have been to way better beaches.

Fantastic experience: This is my favorite place in Calpe where I can escape from the noisy surroundings and enjoy a magnificent view of the deep blue sea, listen to a podcast while walking leisurely on the vehicle-free promenade. The beach is cleaned up every morning by the technical services. Last but not least, this beach is bathed in sun from dawn till dusk.

Positive experience: Beautiful beach, big, clean, and well-equipped. Clear and crystal-clear sea. However, with the marine currents in the afternoon, some seaweed forms on the shore... it’s better to swim in the morning. Right in front, there are plenty of bars, restaurants, and pubs. Top beach!!!

Fantastic experience: Playa de 1200 metros de una calidad espectacular siempre con bandera Azul ubicada cerca del pueblo y siempre frecuentada por ciudadanos del pueblo y usuarios de los hoteles cercanos se pueden hacer actividades deportivas como kayak pádelsurf etc...

Fantastic experience: Mooiste strand in Calpe, lange strook met fijn zand. Je kan er heerlijk zwemmen en snorkelen.

Fantastic experience: Muy buena playa. Buena zona de buceo con tuba. Restaurantes cercanos a buen precio y de buena calidad.

Negative experience: Playa de arena blanca y fina. Aguas tranquilas. Lastima que decidan echar fuegos artificiales desde la playa y que todos los restos caigan al mar. La orilla ha amanecido llena de plásticos y restos de cohetes. Ha pasado una brigada de limpieza del ayuntamiento que han estado no más de 5 minutos y prácticamente la han dejado como está. Es una pena ver cómo somos los turistas y los bañistas quienes limpiamos la playa con redes y cubos. Desde el ayuntamiento se promueve el reciclaje y luego dejan la playa así en una sola noche. Haces snorkel para ver los peces y te encuentras con trozos de cohetes entre las algas y rocas. Una pena

Fantastic experience: Playa muy limpia, si se viene a Calpe recomiendo mas esta que la de la Fossa, que no está mal pero no tiene nada que ver. Ademas es mas grande y divertida, ya que hay mas oleaje y cero algas
