Positive experience: the best beach, Tamarit, when you arrive via the coastal path from Tarragona, is the iconic image of the castle.

Fantastic experience: A very beautiful place. There is time for walking, there are many paths along the cliffs, and a lovely view for the sunset.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful cove, it has a paid parking lot at 2.50 per hour, it also has a restaurant called Brisas, and if you eat there, they give you 3 hours free with a menu.

Fantastic experience: Very large free space by the sea, unfortunately, bandits also come here to clear out motorhomes that are a bit off during the day. It’s best to always stand together with others. This reduces the danger. And introduce yourself to the neighbors.

Negative experience: When we went, it was completely flooded and you could only sit on some rocks, there was no sand left. To get there, we walked quite a bit along a coastal path, and with no other beaches around, we had to walk all the way back.

The Marati beach is right there that you can reach by walking. There is lifeguard supervision from August until 15/9. Nice beach, nice color, not so good for snorkeling, very family-friendly.. many kids.

Fantastic experience: The cove is spectacular! The beach bar next door is terrible. The service is awful and the food is horrible. However, it is important to highlight the bad service and the poor behavior of the staff.

Fantastic experience: The beach is small but it is very beautiful. Access is on foot, so you have to leave the car in one of the parking lots near the campgrounds. It is not very deep, and it is possible to walk up to waist or chest height while skirting the cliffs.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful cove with a dreamy landscape, very long explorables area along the cliffs. I recommend it despite being crowded in the summer like everywhere, prefer early afternoon to avoid the crowd...

Positive experience: The place is nice, crowded in mid-August. The cove is small and very busy, so there is little room to enjoy the space during holiday dates. I suppose outside of the season the space must be great. Access is a bit complicated.

Fantastic experience: Very beautiful beaches with lifeguard supervision, yes there are two small beaches. I preferred to park 150m away in a camping parking lot for €2.4 / hour with a maximum of €18 for the day. Access is a bit difficult for people with reduced mobility because there is a path of pebbles, but young children will be able to access it easily. Be careful, come early because the spots are expensive, and be careful ⚠️ not to get too close to the stone wall as they may fall.

Fantastic experience: Small cove, but when we were there, there was enough space for more people. We went in the afternoon and unfortunately at 6 there is little sun due to the orientation of the cove. You can park near the coastal path and take a 15-minute walk. Keep in mind that it's not advisable to walk in flip-flops because there are rocks and sometimes they can slip! We hope to return on a day with more wind to snorkel near the rocks.

Fantastic experience: It is essential to cross to the tombolo and see the caves that form. It is advisable to stay overnight at the campsite, which is quite affordable and has direct access to the cove.

Fantastic experience: Beach that appears in all the photos when promoting the Costa Daurada. It is in the Top 10 of the most beautiful beaches in the world. It is a very small and crowded beach. I give it 5 stars for how beautiful it is, but in summer, the crowding makes it very stressful. Movies and commercials, including one for a well-known beer, have been filmed at this beach. Access to it is not comfortable. Snorkeling is also really cool in this area.

Fantastic experience: For us, it is one of the best coves in the area. It is located next to the castle. Although it is very crowded during peak season since it is quite small, you can always go early in the day or in other months of the year to visit it. The long-distance trail passes above it. Impeccable waters. There is access by land leaving the car in the parking lot and by swimming from the beach. You can also see it from the kayak although you should not land since there is no space to approach with the kayak or paddleboard.

Fantastic experience: I love Altafulla, it is a pity with the tourist exploitation that is not taken into account. When I walk by the sea, I look at the pebbles, my eyes drink in the microplastics. It makes me very sad to see that we throw everything away; we have so much everywhere but our eyes no longer drink anything. And if I walk through the interior paths, it's the same. We have become consumers of planet Earth and this is going to end soon. We are the worst species, we have learned nothing. The bins are empty, we are sick, there is no remedy for us. No matter how many rules and sanctions they impose on us, we don’t care. Our coast and land are so beautiful.
