Fantastic experience: Superb little beach, my little paradise, but that was before it became impossible to find a parking spot if you don't arrive at dawn. More and more disrespectful people who, if they could, would ride on your back.
Fantastic experience: It's a family beach, the only thing is that it doesn't cover and you have to walk a lot in the water for it to cover you. But there is very good parking in front of the beach.

Positive experience: It has a great beach full of shops and a park for children to play, there is a lifeguard and you can rent scooters.
Positive experience: One of the best beaches on the Costa Brava. Coarse sand, but not stones. There are no showers or footbaths. There is beach surveillance (lifeguards). It's large and not overcrowded. You have bars and shops on the promenade, which is right next to it.
Fantastic experience: I love Santa Margarita. It's pretty... it's clean. Lots of restaurants but be careful where you go. It can be a tourist trap. Don't think, if it's crowded, it's good... that's not true... everyone must do the same. The seaside is magnificent. The downside is that in the evening, there are 'brand' vendors, and when they set up, they really take up a lot of space. So, between pedestrians, electric scooters, pedestrians again, cyclists... there's no more room. As for safety, it's not great. But I love this promenade...❤️ At the espigo, the waiters are super nice and the food is good...
Positive experience: Playa larga y ancha en la que resulta fácil guardar distancia de seguridad. Agua limpia, sin cubrir hasta pasados bastantes metros, pero bastante fría. Cuidado con el viento y la arena que levanta!

Fantastic experience: Rosas, belles plages, lieux animés le soir, beaucoup de restaurants et commerces, super ville et ses alentours à decouvrir! Les appartements en locations y sont peu cher. Vous pouvez trouver des apparts avec piscine residentiel à 750€ la semaine en haute saison. En basse saison comptez dans les 350/400€. La jonquera est à 25min en voiture (faites vos achats en rentrant en france!) Le parc aquatique Aquabrava (32€ l'entrée par adulte, 28€ par enfant), golf, karting à 11€!!! Cité Mediévale à visiter, "l'express" (petit train) a faire absolument, vous y verrez toute la ville de sa hauteur, c'est juste magnifique. Plein de plages aux milles poissons de toutes les couleurs à voir, il suffit d'avoir des palmes et un tuba , etc...

Fantastic experience: Très belle promenade le long de la plage bordée de restaurants, boutiques diverses et variées. Il y a de nombreux sièges pour se poser tout le long et admirer la mer. Quelques arbustes également peuvent nous à l ombre. Il y a également des jeux pour les enfants en bord de plage.... Très agréable

Positive experience: De las tres, Roses, Empuriabrava y Sta. Margarita, esta última es, en mi opinión, más tranquila que las otras. Quiero decir, menos ajetreada, menos "loca", menos masificada. Y también dispone de hoteles, apartamentos de alquiler, camping, restaurantes, supermercados, canales. Acceso directísimo a los Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, a la playa, etc. Muy recomendable rutita matinal dominical desde Santa Margarita a Roses por el paseo de la playa (una horita y poco, o menos, sin correr ). Si es posible, bien entrada la primavera (más apacible que en verano, por la temperatura y por la todavía ausencia de "invasión" turística). Muchas plazas de aparcamiento libres y gratuitas a tocar del mismo paseo marítimo (salvo en verano). Una vez en Roses, adentrarse en el pueblo puede resultar interesante por la gran oferta comercial y que va en aumento (tiendas de ropa, calzado, etc.). Diferentes locales ofrecen actividades a lo largo de esta ruta (paseo en barco con visión submarina, buceo, alquiler de embarcaciones, motos acuáticas, etc.) Se puede llegar en coche fácil y rápidamente por la autovía de Figueres-Roses, desde la carretera de L'Escala (viniendo desde Girona o la zona del Baix Empordà). También dispone de muchos accesos por carriles-bici.

However, one thing has not changed: the trash that is lying and flying around everywhere. When will deposit on beverage bottles and cans finally be introduced, and no more plastic bags provided for free? Then maybe part of the trash would no longer be disposed of in nature.
