Positive experience: Nice beach with views of the church of Sitges. Very accessible. You have to walk quite a bit to get covered.

Fantastic experience: Para mí es la mejor playa cerca de Barcelona, es visitada por familias, segura para los niños,tiene un fácil acceso desde el paseo marítimo siempre está limpia tanto el agua como la arena. Hay servicio de socorro, duchas, lavabo, restauración y se pueden alquilar patines acuáticos.
Positive experience: It's a lovely beach! The depth of the water increases gradually, so it's a great swim area even if you don't like deep water. Easy access to restaurants, shops, and a few chiringuitos. Beach loungers available to rent if you want a more luxurious experience. You can have a cocktail brought to you on the beach, but it can be a little disruptive to be approached constantly by people selling cocktails, beach blankets, and massages. That said, it's less prevalent than it is at the beaches in central Barcelona

Fantastic experience: Flanked by two much smaller beaches, this one has a good stretch and good sand. Beach bars on both ends and also massage stands. When there are waves, surfers usually choose this spot. In September, it is very accessible in terms of occupancy, which increases on weekends, but without being overwhelming. This year 2024, the foot showers have been reinstated, which is greatly appreciated. I understand that due to the drought they might be removed, but if they can stay now, that would be much better. At this point of the promenade, there are street vendors.
Positive experience: Family beach, with brown sand, and very clean water, close to the city center. However, it is quite crowded in August as you can see in the picture. It is still possible to find a place to settle at any time.

Fantastic experience: Flanked by two much smaller beaches, this one has a good stretch and good sand. Beach bars on both ends and also massage stands. When there are waves, surfers usually choose this spot. In September, it is very accessible in terms of occupancy, which increases on weekends, but without being overwhelming. Fantastic experience: Platja neta, pendent suau i alguns trams amb pedres. Servei de socorrista i dutxes.
Fantastic experience: Playa tranquila. Aunque cuando vas a entrar hay piedras, 4 pasos y ya arena. No cubre hasta que te has metido bastante. Tiene socorrista a partir de las 10 hasta 19 horas. Hay chiringuito cerca. Hay duchas, pero ahora no funcionan por la sequia. No esta masificada de momento.

Negative experience: Muy mal por parte de las autoridades por cerrar el servicio de duchas. Es una decisión que invita a no volver. En otras playas de otros municipios, se han habilitado con las adecuadas medidas de seguridad que seguro cumplen el 99 % de los visitantes. La medida drástica de cerrar las duchas es una medida arbitraria deja en mala calificación de responsabilidad de los usuarios, dando por entendido que las autoridades consideran la incapacidad del público de cuidar de sí mismos. Sin embargo, permiten la venta de manteros que se dirgen a los curioso, sin mascarilla y perjudicando los negocio legales locales que pagan impuestos...... LAMENTABLE.
Positive experience: La plage est adapté aux handicapés. Le mauvais point est qu'il y a beaucoup de plage privée. Les sauveteurs sont strict et n'autorisent pas les structures gonflables en cas de fort vent.

Positive experience: Visitada en septiembre, bonita playa con poca gente. Nada de masificación. De nuevo en agosto. Esta vez mucho oleaje, perfecto para los que practicaban surf.

Negative experience: Good but too many women insisting on giving massages, pushing more on men. Be careful with your stuff. It ruined the moment for me as she insisted and waited for the guy's girlfriend to move away.

Fantastic experience: Sitges and its charming corners! I never get tired of walking through its streets as diverse as the people you meet in this coastal town full of charm! Its steep alleyways along with its vibrant venues make this town a very peculiar place to spend a good time strolling, eating, or dancing... every time I go, I discover a new corner... where to take photos and enjoy. If you have never been, I highly recommend it; you will not be left indifferent at all!

Negative experience: Avoid... Very very dirty, rubbish and trash everywhere in the sand and in the water... Disgusting. All showers and water taps closed. In one word avoid... difficult to understand how the municipality is thinking...

Positive experience: €10 per umbrella and €10 for a lounger (Aug 22) they were full by 11am...so get there early. You can book / reserve for the following day. The first 2 rows are for reservations. Tightly packed though...as are all the beaches.

Positive experience: Nice large beach. Public toilets clean and with paper. No big waves and clean water. The airport is close but the planes do not disturb much.
Positive experience: A clean public beach. Sun beds with umbrellas available for rent, I think it was 7 euros per bed without an umbrella. There's also a bar. The water has big waves on windy days. Sand gets everywhere, of course.
Fantastic experience: One of the quieter stretches of beach in Sitges, the sand is perfection. Look for Billal for an awning and recliner, or head to the shop for drinks and sandwiches. It's a bit of a trek west of the main town but worth it.
