Island Beach

Fantastic experience: I love it. It's a spectacular beach. A shade of blue that makes you lose yourself in your thoughts. You can take some really cool routes, seeing war trenches, cliffs, and coves along the way. Beautiful landscape. A charming town. If I could, I would move there.

Positive experience: The beach is very beautiful and flat, making it ideal for going with children. The last time we went a long time ago, there was a campsite, but we didn't find it this time. There is a bit of difficulty parking the car, but the beach is lovely.

Positive experience: A great beach, pay attention to the tides like in all the Cantabrian area. Paid parking nearby, difficult to park in summer unless you pay.

Fantastic experience: Small and quiet beach, away from the large Asturian hubs and with beautiful views. There are several amazing houses, a hotel, a bar, and plenty of parking space. There are also showers and bathrooms. The main attraction of the beach is the islet in the middle. Beware of the fauna when swimming, there are sometimes sea urchins and they can sting.

It is not a very big beach, but that does not make it any less attractive. The beach has fine sand and the sea has waves that sometimes break in two directions. It has good conditions for sailing, surfing, and windsurfing. It is one of the most visited beaches in the council. An urban beach next to the promenade. During the summer season from July 1 to September 30, dogs are prohibited.

Positive experience: La playa está situada en el término de Colunga. Es pequeña pero no está saturada (en agosto no he estado, en julio, si). Suele haber olas; hay una escuela de Surf y también puedes alquilar tablas. No son grandes olas, más bien orientadas a principiantes. Hay poco espacio para aparcar, aunque hay un parking con una tarifa única de 5€. Es interesante aparcar por el pueblo y desplazarse andando. No se admiten perros en la playa.

Fantastic experience: Un maravilloso lugar para pasear a la orilla del mar. Y ahora que o es vera o puedes pasear con tus perros para pasar juntos un dia estupendo.

Positive experience: Me encanta esta playa, de mis preferidas de Asturias de toda la vida, pero se han subido a la parra con los precios del párking y del chiringuito, por no hablar de las absurdas reglas para utilizar el aseo.

Fantastic experience: Una de las playas más bonitas de España. Larga, ancha, arena fina, unas vistas increíbles, buenas olas, un chiringuito cerca, alquiler de tablas y no se peta de gente como las del Mediterráneo. Hay una pequeña isla rocosa a unos 200m de la playa que se puede ir nadando fácilmente. Muy recomendable.

Fantastic experience: Como todas las playas de Asturias, limpia y hermosa, muy indicada para niños por su seguridad a la hora del baño.

Fantastic experience: La playa es muy bonita, pero tiene poco sitio donde aparcar gratuito y el privado es un timo 6 euros,, los salvavidas se pasan todo el día en el mismo sitio sentados mirando el móvil y solo se levantan a la hora de marchar.. Llevan varias quejas pero pasan de todo, así que si vas con niños tienes que estar muy atento.. Una vergüenza

Fantastic experience: Una de las playas más bonitas y grandes de Asturias, en Carabina. Su nombre se debe al peñón que constituye su isla. Tiene ducha, servicios y Socorristas. También empresa multiaventura donde ofrecen clases de surf y paddle-surf, y alquiler de las tablas.

Fantastic experience: Urban beach of the village of Isla. Beautiful surroundings, with the Pienzu peak in the background in the Sueve mountains. Shell-shaped beach, with calm waters and some seaweed. In the center, there is a islet that gives the beach its name, which can be reached on foot at low tide.

On its left side, there are more waves and more stones under the water, while on the right side, the waters are calmer for enjoying them. When the tide is low, you can walk from here to Barrigón, allowing for long walks between the two.

Positive experience: Es una buena playa para tomar el sol y para hacer paddel surf. Pero la Espasa es mejor para bañarse y para hacer surf.

Fantastic experience: Precioso, un lugar bastante llamativo, una amiga tiene un chalé cerca, ya pude ver la playa bastante bien, es divertido ve el camino que se forma a la "isla" cuando baja la marea
