Fantastic experience: Excepto socorrismo tiene de todo: mucho sitio para aparcar a la sombra. Duchas. Mesas de picnic. Hay un bar "El Pedreru" a pie de playa pero hoy (martes) estaba cerrado. Lo q si es q hay q ir solo con marea alta, es una ría y no cubre.
Fantastic experience: Typical beach of the area although it is better to swim in another area. You can't miss visiting the bar or taking a walking route to Tazones. There is shaded area for summer, perfect to set up the camping table and chairs and eat. There is space to rent paddle surf boards and enjoy the estuary. Very calm water area and very close, swimmable, to Rodiles beach, 20 minutes by car, 100 meters swimming.

Nearby, there is a typical fishing bar-restaurant. Dogs are not allowed on Puntal beach, but in the surrounding areas like the eucalyptus forest.
Fantastic experience: Play within the Ria de Villaviciosa, with little danger for children, good parking and space on the beach or in an adjacent eucalyptus grove, bar service and shower, excellent place to go with children as it is a very family-friendly beach

Fantastic experience: Una increíble y larga playa de arena fina que acompaña el mar con un merendero lleno de árboles donde puedes comer, merendar.
Positive experience: Aunque la ría de Villaviciosa sea una zona reservada, qué daño podría ocasionar el continuar la rehabilitación del espigón hasta la entrada de la ría y limpiar un poco de piedras la playa. Estoy seguro que el Puntal tendría muchos más visitantes y sería un lugar ideal para niños y mayores
Fantastic experience: Entorno fluvial, ideal para familias y pasar el dia con niños. Si vais a pisar la ría mejor con calzado para evitar cortes en los pies, sobre todo los más pequeños, el ambulatorio de la Villa os lo agradece. Si vas a buscar arena fina y playa, no es el sitio.

Fantastic experience: Lugar acogedor, buen aparcamiento, a los peques les encanta ver a los pescadores y los barcos. Hay 2 restaurantes donde siempre hay gente lo cual es buen signo. Llama la atención lo bien cuidado que estan las vallas y el paseo. Un 10 al Ayuntamiento de Villaviciosa.
Positive experience: La playa es lo menos bueno de El Puntal. Muelle con embarcaciones de recreo, paseo al lado de la Ría de Villaviciosa, una zona de camping de eucaliptos y unas vistas bonitas, incluso la salida al mar de la Ría, lindando con la zona de la playa de Rodiles. Incluso un restaurante y un bar para tomar algo y disfrutar del sitio. Pero la playa solo sirve para tomar el sol, es pequeña y es la típica de una ría. No recomendaría bañarse cuando la marea está alta porque si no no hay agua.

Fantastic experience: No perderse un paseo en un barquito, con Carlos. Precio de 6 a 10 € ( de 10 a 2 personas) por media hora o puedes ampliar tiempo. También alquilan piraguas, para recorrer la ría de Villaviciosa.

Positive experience: People usually bathe in the estuary instead of the beach; one must be careful because if you go too far from the shore, there are currents, both when the tide rises and when it goes out.
