Positive experience: The water at a great temperature... but too many Chinese for my taste... good accessibility and showers at all exits... good beach to be calm.
Fantastic experience: Hello, also this year I am very happy to spend a week at Camping Roquetas de Mar on my way to Gibraltar. I really enjoy visiting all the beaches between Aguadulce and Roquetas de Mar. The beaches are all very beautiful and clean. I will definitely come back. Best regards, Frank Koop
Positive experience: Kilometric beach very accessible with an endless promenade and excellent services
Fantastic experience: I was on my way to Málaga airport and stopped to refuel the car. The location is very convenient and it's great that you can enter from both directions of the highway. And it's open all day, although the store is closed at night, but you can buy through the cashier window.
Positive experience: Quiet beach, not crowded, with small stones and lifeguards every kilometer. With parking nearby, although getting to the beach on foot is tricky, but it's easy to walk 3-5 minutes.

Negative experience: Decepción.Playa artificial de grava, arena muy gruesa. Imposible pasear por la orilla o por la playa te hundes,a medio metro de la orilla hay un escalón que pasas de golpe a que te cubra el agua. Incómoda para personas de edad, peligroso baño sobre todo para niños y mayores.A favor bonito y cómodo paseo que bordea toda la playa.
Positive experience: Bandera azul. Todos los servicios y fácil de aparcar. Excelente paseo marítimo. Agua calentita y clara. Arena no demasiado fina pero que no ensucia. Prohibido perros.

Negative experience: The beach is large and wide, but rocky. Even at the shore, there is no sand to walk on, not even with flip-flops or rubber sandals. The promenade is very narrow for the number of people there, and with the bike lane it’s even tighter; you almost have to walk in a line. A major disappointment in this aspect.
Positive experience: Very wide and spacious beach where there is usually no overcrowding. The sand reminds me of Nerja and the water of Torremolinos. I imagine they have fixed the sewage issues they had and that now there are no more fecal remnants on the beach.

Fantastic experience: Playa grande, espaciosa con todos los servicios. Bien cuidada. Con vistas preciosas. Para disfrutar en cualquier época de año. Con su Paseo marítimo a lado y carriles bisi. Cafeterías,restaurantes, tiendas, hoteles, casas ... Un sitio perfecto descansar, trabajar, vivir...

Positive experience: Clean water with nearby beach bars and a mixture of sand and stones in some areas. I've been 3 times and the waters are usually choppy; I suppose it depends on how the wind comes.
Fantastic experience: It has a boardwalk, one part for pedestrians and the other for bicycles, but be careful, as some go wherever they want... The beach is large and has sunbed service and some beach bars. When we went there were quite a few waves. A little further south you can find more pristine beaches.

Negative experience: Muy espaciosa pero poco cuidada, varios ejemplos:pasarelas de acceso rotas , viejas y con poco mantenimiento, son peligrosas. Los protocolos existentes sobre colocación de banderas en los puestos de socorristas hacen que no sea segura.Ejemplo: hasta que no hay al menos 15 picaduras de medusas no pueden por protocolo poner la bandera que avisa de su presencia.Es un peligro y no te avisM de ello.No bajas tranquila.

Positive experience: Playa de guijarros con escalón a la entrada. Extensa y ancha, con aparcamiento, socorrista, tumbonas y sombrillas de alquiler (4 ó 5 euros por persona y día, precios especiales por semana), actividades acuáticas (motos, surf...), duchas, paseo, chiringuitos...
Fantastic experience: Playa con mucho espacio en el arenal, limpia, con servicio de socorristas y buenos accesos. Zona de paseo tranquila y con aparcamiento. Lo malo que si hace aire no se puede estar, hay que saber nadar para bañarse pues tiene escalón y no es de arena es de piedra pequeña.

Fantastic experience: La migliore spiaggia di Roquetas de Mar. In estate è affollata, ma grazie ai chilometri di ampia spiaggia, non lo sentirai. Il mare è diverso: dal cristallino al torbido in una tempesta. Potresti camminare o correre per ore, godendoti l'aria di mare e deserto. La sabbia mista a piccola ghiaia, per me è molto comoda, non si intasa e non si sporca l'attrezzatura e allo stesso tempo è soffice e comodo sdraiarsi su di essa. Se soffia un forte vento, non ti disturberà. Questa è una delle mie spiagge preferite al mondo. Tra gli svantaggi, si tratta di persone maleducate che lasciano spazzatura, mozziconi di sigaretta e attrezzatura da pesca sulla spiaggia. Ma succede ovunque. Non capisco le recensioni negative su questa spiaggia. Probabilmente si tratta di persone abituate a rilassarsi sulle spiagge alla moda dei Caraibi e delle Maldive. Poi non capisco per niente cosa hanno dimenticato qui, questa è una vacanza economica per famiglie e coppie.

Fantastic experience: Nice and clean pebble beach with always enough space to sit. There are trash bins and showers provided to cool off (free). There are also facilities for your feet. Additionally, there are a number of chair operators where you can sit for a small fee. If you stay at one of the hotels, it's just a stone's throw to the beach itself. For the kids, there are also regularly jumping castles and such (for a fee).
Fantastic experience: A very beautiful beach, very very clean, numerous trash cans emptied several times a day, many public toilets on the promenade, free and very clean, very pleasant for a nice serene walk.

Negative experience: If you are in a wheelchair, it's better not to go; the sidewalks are from two centuries ago. You will fall to the ground like I did. It seems the mayor is more concerned about the palm trees than the possibility of a disabled person getting hurt or breaking a wheel.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful, beautiful place to spend mornings, evenings, and nights. The area at the paseo Carmen Sevilla with the fountain and all that, surrounded by all those palm trees...just mmmmm. Great place. The only downside (this is just me being picky) is that the beach isn't fine sand.

Positive experience: Large sandy beach. The sand is not so thin but much better than pebbles. The sea is usually calm and the water is not so cold. The beach is so big that there's always space to get a nice spot close enough to the water. There are kiosks along the beach to have a drink or eat something. Parking is not difficult but it might be some days that you need to park a bit further away from the beach.
