Fantastic experience: Loads of parking, couple of bars, beach shower, clean beach with lifeguards. Protected bay area keeps waves low. Gets deep quite quick. Not too crowded when we went.
Positive experience: Almerimar is very beautiful, small, and comfortable for spending a summer or a getaway. The only downside is the stones on the beach. Otherwise, it's worth going.
Fantastic experience: The beach is great, there are pebbles but you can walk barefoot perfectly, there are lifeguards, clean restrooms, beach bars, and a large parking lot nearby.
Fantastic experience: Excellent marina and beach area, with loads of place to stop for drinks and food. Try out the Ankara bar next to the charity shop. Also the Gallery. Plenty of ex pats and Europeans stopover for drinks and chat. Quiz days at the Gallery. Parking in the busy periods can be limited at times. It has a Mercado supermarket.

Negative experience: En el agua hay como pequeñas bolsas de aire bajo la arena en algunas zonas que al andar se hunden y dan algún que otro susto al "colarte" en ellas,y hay que tener cuidado porque en esta zona a veces se forman remolinos en el agua, que cuando pasan lanchas o barcos cerca se acentúan.

Fantastic experience: Quiet beach, not overcrowded, depending on the beach you access it is sand or stone, the stony one seems not to please those of us who are used to sandy beaches, but it is super comfortable and above all clean, with no sand at all. There are showers and facilities, calm sea, and ideal temperature.

Positive experience: Muy buena playa para deportes acuáticos como kite y windsurf, con buen viento. El único inconveniente es que no tiene arena.
Fantastic experience: Excelente playa, limpia y perfecta para pasar el día tanto solo como acompañado. Además cuenta con muchas actividades para hacer: snorkel, surf, windsurf, sup, vela, saltar en las colchonetas, o simplemente bañarte o tomar el Sol. Buen y agradable ambiente, es un gustazo de playa y relativamente tranquila (¡en comparación con las grandes playas en las que es difícil encontrar hueco!). El paraíso.
Positive experience: Perfecta sin viento (pocas veces) o con brisa moderada. Con vientos frescos de levante que levantan la arena puede resultar bastante molesto. Hay chiringuitos en la arena al lado del puerto deportivo y a lo largo del paseo marítimo . Escuela de surf, alquiler de bicis , duchas públicas, fácil aparcamiento. Nada masificada, ideal para paseos por las dunas que aún quedan.

Positive experience: It is a quiet beach. The water is clean and you have to go very far for it to be deep. The people who visit it, however, are truly rude; they leave sunflower seed shells and pistachios, fruit scraps, cigarette butts, and the poop of their small children...

Fantastic experience: Agua limpia, playa de cantos pequeños medianos eso si al entrar en agua arena finísima (depende que zona), recomiendo el snorkel. Mucho sol y hostelería por la zona.
