Negative experience: What was a paradise, climate change has turned it into a rocky place without sand. What a shame.

Positive experience: I spent the afternoon of August 10th, and although there were people, it was quite nice. The water was spectacular, although jellyfish approached for a while. Aside from that, it was perfect. I hadn't been there in many years.

Positive experience: Small nice nudist beach to visit in mid-season (last week of August). The famous Musclera beach has disappeared in a storm; it was 20m wide and 2m high and well 400m long against 100m now. The rock formations shaped like a pier have been moved against the railway so that it doesn't fall into the sea. The remaining rock formations of the pier don't hold enough sand anymore, and it is only 7m wide at the best spots. The upside of this catastrophe is that the slope is gentler to get into the water, making it less dangerous, but the downside is that the waves can come up on the beach and wet the towels. The small parking lot has been redone, the one near the train tunnel.

Fantastic experience: Ideal for seeking tranquility, too bad it is gradually losing beach.

Negative experience: The storm has swept away the sand.

Negative experience: There are huge rats wandering on the sand. Lots of garbage among the rocks.

Negative experience: There are no longer any showers, flags, lifeguards, or beach bars. There isn't even a beach left, just decay. It is a shame that the coastline is allowed to deteriorate like this. I don’t know where we are going...

Negative experience: It had been years since we had been there. There is nothing left of the beach; the sea has consumed it, and what little remains is difficult to access. The local council could do something to allow access to the little beach that is left, but since it is nudist, the same old story happens.

Negative experience: I don't know what has happened to this beach. It used to be very large and had plenty of space to be calm. Now it's super small and crowded. What a disappointment.

Negative experience: Pretty little nudist beach, clean and translucent sea but no maintenance, dilapidated, difficult access, rocks have overrun the beach, disappointing !!!

Negative experience: Unfortunately, the town hall has stopped maintaining it. There is hardly any stretch of sand left and the entrance path has become complex, especially for older people... What a shame.

Fantastic experience: Excellent naturist and quiet beach. It is getting smaller and has less sand.

Negative experience: Horrible, there is no beach.. practically impossible to get down to a sandy area through giant stones. It's the worst beach I've ever seen. I went about 6 years ago and seeing it today it is completely unrecognizable.. it used to be a nice place now it has literally been swallowed by the sea and has 0 maintenance.

Negative experience: There is hardly any beach left, to access it you have to go down over the rocks and several people have already fallen. It's a shame to let such a place go to waste.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 !! Spectacular !! Honestly, aware that making this statement will lead to more people coming and it will be harder to find a table, I have to be honest and say that it is a spectacular place. We went on Saturday for lunch, absolutely everything we ate was a 10, and don’t let the fact that the service is quite young fool you, they have enviable professionalism, they advised us on the wines very well, and the service was quick, super friendly, caring, and attentive at all times. Moreover, among them, there is a fluid atmosphere with excellent coordination and cooperation among the staff. It goes without saying that the views are fabulous. A luxury for all the senses, fresh products of excellent quality, with a super correct and careful presentation. I recommend reserving a table. An enormous pleasure, we will definitely return !!

Negative experience: As of June 2024, there is currently no beach. Only a few meters remain. Dangerous access. High voltage cables visible. No maintenance whatsoever. You have to climb some rocks to access it. Parking access very neglected. A disgrace for the town council of Arenys de Mar.

Negative experience: Lost beach, it's a shame they let places like that disappear. Desolating.

Negative experience: Beach swallowed by the sea at 80%... what a shame, but it practically no longer exists. Only the part next to the beach bar remains and little more. In the photo where water is seen in front of the rocks, there used to be sand.

Negative experience: It was a beautiful beach. For the past 3 years, nothing has been restored, so it has been disappearing. Two years ago, they removed the beach bar, showers, and public restroom. There is nothing left; the sand has been reduced to a small strip of beach, and it is dangerous to access: there are broken pavements, rocks, cables, and pipes, anyone can get hurt when trying to go down to the beach. It's a shame that there is no investment in recovering beaches like this one. We are losing wealth and natural landscapes.

Positive experience: Neither change, nor climate... let's see; these beaches are, and have always been artificial, as such, we have to keep adding sand as the tide demands it. One year it can be more, another less. -and since they haven't done anything since before the pandemic I believe- voila that there is no beach anymore. You would be surprised to see how natural beaches/coves basically disappear in winter / in spring the tides “create” them again from nothing. It's more of a matter of subsidies to extract/transport/rebuild, than climate change (in this case). The facts are what they are.

Negative experience: I was there this Friday and it was sad. There is hardly any sand and everything is ruined by the storm. It is still a nudist beach, although there is nothing left from when I used to go in my youth. I feel very sad.

Positive experience: The beach is very nice, the people are respectful, the worst part is the parking and some do not respect the queue and try to cut in!! Watch out for the thieves!!

Positive experience: The best beach in Caldetes. Nude beach.

Fantastic experience: It is one of my favorite beaches in l'Empordà, and for those who love pebbles and shells even more, I come away with a great collection ;). Depending on the time of year, it can be very crowded, but it is not extensive enough to find a spot.

Fantastic experience: The beach is great. Close to everything, easily accessible, and clean, which is the important part. What matters less is whether it's nudist or not... We always seem to be the same: segmenting and separating, it's not that much of a priority. I give importance to other things: respect, tranquility, cleanliness. Let everyone do what they want. Everything is respectable.

Positive experience: Very quiet nudist beach. Too bad about the parking, too small.

Positive experience: As many comments say, it's "mostly" naturist, and it's a shame because textiles come to take advantage of the calm and it's a different profile of users (teenagers, people with music...) Entry should be restricted to those who do not participate in the philosophy, as they already have many beaches for themselves, while naturists have fewer.

Positive experience: A beautiful nudist beach, one of the few near Barcelona with nearby parking, although years ago the parking was located right in front of the beach and that was very useful. In any case, it is a good nudist beach.

Positive experience: One of the best beaches you can enjoy in the Maresme area. The only nudist beach around. Used to have different beach bars options but now and depending on the year there's only one or perhaps two bars. Not public toilets. Small parking lot

Positive experience: Great beach far from the hectic places and long enough to find s nice spot, the train para behind you whole you enjoy the sun. The votes is nice and you have little local bars and restaurants if you're highly of thirsty. Quiet place to spend a relaxed afternoon under the sun.

Fantastic experience: Nice, clean and calm beach front, where one can relax, away from the city crowds...

Positive experience: A great place to pull up and have some lunch or workout with a wonderful worldview. No camping services but there are restaurants along the beachfront. Warning to wide loads (roads are narrow and fall away sharply onto the beach)
