Fantastic experience: Wonderful beach that is not crowded, with nature. Easy to park in all the surrounding alleyways.

Negative experience: They don't clean the beach, but they do clean the one next to the port, that one daily and they have rescue service with a jet ski. In the marinas, there is none. The walk from the Fernando restaurant to the roundabout has no lighting, and as if that weren't enough, the platform of the sidewalk is made of concrete, unpaved. All of Denia is dirty and the mosquitoes fry you, day in and day out. They don't help tourism, charging two euros an hour for paid parking on land without services and on top of that in the sun. And during the festivities, the mistreatment of animals is terrible.

Positive experience: Buena playa si no fuese por la presencia de perros a cualquier hora del día y nadie pone solución al problema,no aparece un solo policia si los llamas,por eso los paseantes de perros pasean por allí impunemente.No creo que vuelva.

Negative experience: Hago un llamamiento al los encargados de otorgar bandera azul a las playas, porque las normas están para cumplirlas no sólo vale poner carteles y es que cada año que venimos cada vez hay más perros. Perros bañándose al lado de adultos y niños, corriendo por la playa y haciendo sus necesidades. Que asco!! ¿dónde está la guardia costera? Y luego quieren que sea una playa con bandera azul? Pues que el ayuntamiento tome medidas porque es un vergüenza y un verdadero asco.

Positive experience: Es una playa buena, aunque no está todo lo limpia que debería, no admiten mascotas, aunque hay gente que los baja, buen lugar para los niños y familias

Positive experience: Overall a beautiful beach. We experienced all kinds of weather here for the last three months. The beach is flat, very quiet, suitable for children, and very wide. It was never crowded in September. There are two smaller local options and water sports facilities near the harbor. Foot showers are available and operational until mid-October. Groups regularly meet for volleyball, in which you can participate. The water was rarely clear during our time here and mostly slightly to strongly stirred up, so it is not suitable for diving. Until about October 15, the beach was regularly cleaned. Since then, the beach has been left to itself, only larger trees that were washed ashore after DANA are regularly removed. With the end of the season, it has become a real natural beach. Accordingly, you find a lot of Posidonia (seagrass) piled up along the shores. However, one must also know that it protects the beach from erosion. Due to the floods of recent days (October/November 24...), all sorts of plastic waste, bushes, and sticks are also washed ashore. The locals collect it themselves to some extent. This has made the beach uninhabitable. It smells in places, many insects gather, and you should watch your feet, as many prickly plants lie on the ground. I had hoped that at least the garbage and sticks would be removed or a place on the beach would be kept free for swimming. That doesn't seem to be planned. Therefore, we are going to El Arenal in Javea, which is still clean. In summary, it is a beautiful beach that is good for swimming during the season. Outside of the season, it is left to nature, which is reasonable in a way, but can be frustrating for tourists.

Positive experience: Huge beach with a lot of sand and it's shallow. It would need some showers in each area and it would have 5 stars.

Positive experience: Immense beach, some seaweed, the water is more or less clean, the sand is quite clean, nevertheless some butts and plastics, there are however bins available.

Fantastic experience: This is the perfect family beach. There is plenty of open sand for playing and setting up an umbrella and chair. The water is incredibly calm due to a large sand buildup, allowing you to walk far out and only be up to your waist. By far, this is the safest beach for kids to swim at that we have visited, with nearly zero undertow. There are bars and restaurants along the shore, so you can take a walk, get a drink or a bite to eat, and stay all day. Pictures are of sunrise.

Negative experience: This beach leaves much to be desired, the town hall should take care of cleaning the beach and especially the sewage smell coming from the waste discharge that flows right behind the port into the sea. It's truly garbage, it doesn't have anything marine, not even the sand, nothing recommendable to come.

Fantastic experience: Spectacular is an incredible beach, even on the worst days your neighbor is no less than 10 meters away, the beach is completely free without beach bars, there is no lifeguard system, there are no toilets and only a foot wash is present, it is cleaned daily only when there are waves and on the shore, seaweed accumulates that is not always removed quickly.

Fantastic experience: Fabulous beach, shame the government couldn't pull their fingers out to get the chiringuitos up & running before July. Meant no facilities on part of the beach & massive loss of revenue for the operators

Fantastic experience: Tiene socorrista, lavapies, es muy ancha... Ideal para niños pueden jugar en el agua sin que les cubra y de arena fina para hacer castillos

Negative experience: Arena sucia con mucha suciedad del mar y muchas colillas. Deberían señalizar más las salidas y entradas de barcos; las gente no lo sabemos y después de haber estado toda la mañana en la zona bañándote; llegan los socorristas y te dicen que no puedes bañarte en esa zona. No vas a dejar tus cosas solas y te vas a ir 50 m mas lejos de tus pertenencias. El agua al menos estaba limpia.

Negative experience: Beach filled with stacked dry seaweed on the shore, which smell rotten. Water quite murky, it feels like you are swimming in a swamp. I wouldn't recommend it.

Positive experience: Playa de arena de fácil acceso, ideal para ir con personas mayores o niños, buena puesta de sol en la zona de blay beach entre los meses de julio y agosto, agua muy caliente al atardecer e ideal para hacer paddle surf cuando hace viento sur, es como un lago.

Positive experience: Es una playa familiar, de hecho tiene varios kilometros con diversos nombres.Punta Raset, Marinas, Deveses, Bovetes, Almadraba. No masificada, la peor Raset, junto a la cuidad y mas gente. Arenas de diversos tipos, fina, medias y mayoritariamente de reposicion, aguas limpias. Con Algas Raset y Marinas, con la rica y purificadora posidonia. SI HAY POSIDONIA hay vida y calidad de aguas. Que no desaparezca nunca. Se puede pescar. Es un buen testigo el tener algas, un jardin. Eso si, si el mar las echa fuera, se oxidan pronto y quedan feo. Limpueza de Playas todos los duas de madrugada.Playas sin chiringuitos, pero si con buenos restaurantes. Recomiendo playas desde km 2 hasta el final, con el rio Racons ( Costa de la calna) que hace frontera Alicante Valencia. Hay un puente para pasar. Autobus en los 11 km de playa cada 20 minutos en verano . 1, 50 ,billete desde puerto de Denia. DIVERSAS ACCESOS cada pocos metros. Dos tramos de autobuses distintos.Denia/Nova Denia y Denia/costa Calma. Playas tranquilas y las mas lejanas con olas. Deportes nauticos. Alquileres diversos. Dis zonas de kitesurf.Playas con brisa constante o viento. Denia es menos calurosa pues esta orientada al Norte.Zonas con dunas en varias zonas. Salen diversos regachos ( en verano secos) como salidas de las aguas de lluvia de las montañas, no de aguas sucias. La temperatura del agua en verano es hasta 150 metros templada/caliente. Cubre poco en dos primeros kilometros. Playas balizadas a 200 metros para bañistas. Bandera Azul Europea y Bandera de calidad de aguas Valenciana. Playas sin paseo maritimo, dado lo largo de las mismas. Apartamentos costeros.Hay ruta cicloturista por dunas hasta casi km 2 por la misma playa. Duchas de pies. Basuras.Red de Cruz roja. Policias Locales en Quads y barco. Dispensario de Seguridad Social en veramo Km 5. Normalnente 1 fila o 2 de bañistas depende zonas y horarios. Dificil aparcar segun zonas. Restaurantes cercanos a pie de playa e inmediatos en muchas zonas. Buenos precios. De todo tipo, desde conversacionales a Quique Dacosta con sus dos estrellas Michelin en km 2. Heladerías, etc.Anchura de playas amplias excepto una zona en km2 tocando mar los edificios. Vamos que hay de todo, y en tanto kilometro siempre encontraras tu zona.

Fantastic experience: Playa de 17 kilómetros seguidos, limpia,con lo cual no tienes que ponerte cerca de nadie si no quieres ( por tanto, conversaciones, juegos,etc,jamás te molestan) . Alquilan tablas de surf, motos de agua,etc) . Atardeceres increíbles. El inconveniente : mucha pena el día que te tienes que volver a tu casa

Fantastic experience: Toller Strand. Alles war sauber und genug Platz, sprich nicht zu voll. Der Sand ist ganz fein. Algen gab es im Juni 2023 keine. Ab und an ist ein Jetski vorbei gefahren. Beim Schnorcheln gab es nicht viel zu sehen aber wir sind auch nicht weit raus.

Fantastic experience: Espectacular. Arena no demasiado fina, agua transparente, no demasiado concurridas, zonas para comer y comprar. Pero a diferencia de otras playas, si quieres hacer snorkel tiene zonas de rocas y "posidonia" hacia el fondo. Perfecto "que no nos falte de nada"...

Fantastic experience: Preciosa playa en Denia. Además la Poseidonia está muy presente, consiguiendo un biodoversidad Marina muy Rica. Ideal para la práctica de snorkel.

Positive experience: Dénia té uns 20 quilòmetres de costa amb diverses platges que s'estenen a tot aquest litoral, dividides en dos sectors: Les Marines (a l'oest del centre) i Les Rotes (a l'est). La principal platja del municipi és la platja de les Marines , un sorral de 3 quilòmetres de llarg que parteix del barri de Baix la Mar fins a la platja de les Bovetes.
