Tarifa Beach

Fantastic experience: We stayed in Malaga and visited Gibraltar in the morning. The Tarifa beach is a must see in the afternoon. The most impresive beach that we saw alomg the coast. Most probably it was preserved as a natural area, as i haven t seen any umbrelas / beach beds. Beach is so wide with the finest white sand that i ever saw. Entrance in the water was shallow, with medium waves. Really windy. Full of kite surfers. A really nice shiw to watch and relax.

Fantastic experience: AMAzing place to visit. We were just passing by and stoped for a few hours to see Tarifa, touch both Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. Next time we will take a ferry excursion across to Morocco. A must see ( not in the summer months).

Fantastic experience: A small white ocean town. We visited it in January and it was a bit empty, but on the bright side, it's well connected to the larger cities. The streets are narrow - literally house to house.

Positive experience: Very nice beach with white sand, but the water is cold and it is very windy. The wind is actually quite annoying and you risk getting sand in your eyes if you don’t protect yourself. There are many places to park nearby, but it costs from 3 euros and up. The restaurants in the area are expensive and the food is nothing to brag about!

I also practiced a bit of surfing... there were some silly waves for learning so I got to it and the sea here is suitable... At night the party at the bars or clubs and places to eat is pretty cool, so great :)))) 100% recommendable

Fantastic experience: I have been in Tarifa for six months, it's beautiful, and also the beaches. It is fourteen kilometers from Tangier, there are ferries at the port 'but they do not transport to Greece, and this is a sadness for me because then the port is not prepared to make these trips. And very few locals speak enough languages to accommodate the number of foreigners they have in this country.

Positive experience: An incredible beach with fine and golden sand, normally crystal clear waters, although it depends on the tides. The most striking thing is when they are kitesurfing, it's amazing how they glide over the water, the jumps they make in the air. What is least liked there is that when the easterly wind blows, which is very frequent, it makes the stay at the beach quite unpleasant. If you like kitesurfing, you have to go there.
