Visitors appreciate its stunning natural surroundings, characterized by golden sand and crystal-clear waters, making it an ideal location for long walks along the shore or leisurely days with family collecting shells.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the La Marina campsite and walked to the beach. A few hundred meters before the beach, there is a parking lot. You can reach the sandy beach via a paved path. We really liked the beach, especially the sand. There is a small bar, but we didn't buy anything there. We would come back.

Positive experience: Beautiful beach. Really nice sand (which is fairly clean) and lovely water without seaweed or stones. A good stretch with shallow water, so it's good for kids. But the waves are a bit big. It takes about 5-10 minutes to walk from the parking lot. There's a small stall on the beach.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful beach... Great for long night walks. From the parking lot, it's about a 10-minute walk through the woods... But it's worth it... And they serve some amazing cocktails at the bar.

Fantastic experience: If you're in Santa Pola, it's worth taking the car and the 10-15 minute walk from the parking lot to get to the beach. And if you walk towards the sides when you arrive at the beach, you might find yourself alone with hardly anyone around. Fine sand and several beach bars.

Fantastic experience: I was fortunate to spend an incredible day at one of the most beautiful beaches I have ever visited. From the first moment, I was impressed by the natural beauty surrounding this place. The sea was crystal clear and the sand, a perfect golden color, invited me to walk barefoot and enjoy its softness. What surprised me the most was the tranquility and peace that can be felt here. There weren't many people, which made my experience even more relaxing and personal. I spent the day collecting shells with my children, an activity we enjoyed very much. We found a great variety of beautiful shells, all different and unique, which made this experience very special. The beach was very clean, an aspect that I appreciate a lot, as it shows the care that is taken for this special natural environment. Additionally, the nature surrounding the beach is impressive. There is a great diversity of flora and fauna that adds a particular charm to the place. It's an ideal spot to disconnect from daily stress and reconnect with nature. Without a doubt, this place has left me wanting to return. It is perfect for spending a day with family, relaxing, and enjoying the beauty of the surroundings. I'm sure I will return soon, as I have been completely captivated.

Fantastic experience: Since Guardamar has welcomed illegal immigration, the dunes are dirtier, and the insecurity on the beach is noticeable. All of us bathers are attentive to the children and our belongings. If things don't change, I don't think I'll return. And it's a really cool place.

Negative experience: Nice beautiful beach. We walked from the car to the beaches through the dunes. It was really really nasty. Apparently is is meant for old men to look for boys and there are dirty tissues everywhere. There is nice located bar on the beach, where you can buy a beer and a chemical pizza hot / dog. Don’t expect a smile from the guy who is working there (30-8). It seems that hé doesn’t like the work he has been doing. Nice beach, beautiful - also seen better. Relaxing? 5/10 clean 9/10 Connection to the road and infrastructure: 1/10

Fantastic experience: One of the few 'almost' wild beaches left in the area. To get there, you have to park about 600 meters away and walk along a path among pines, crossing the dunes. The beach is beautiful, with few people and surveillance. Being a windy area, it's easy to see many people kitesurfing, which allows you to enjoy a beautiful display of colors in the air. The beach is very open and without stones, with white sand and turquoise sea.

Carlos Pelaez 6 years ago

Recomendable

Fantastic experience: Lovely beach ....longish walk from car park ....be warned if not fully fit. Don't be deceived by the presence of the road train ...as I found out it only serves 'campers' from the nearby holiday camp! However worth the effort ... Just a snack hut no commercial enterprises ... I only encountered one beach seller so very little to disturb. Well populated but not over-crowded. All in all a nice spot to bear in mind with kids ... Or without kids

Fantastic experience: The road to the beach is very beautiful. There is a cart that goes from the hotel with wagons. The road is paved, you can rollerblade. Pine trees grow on both sides of the path. It is very clean and beautiful. Almost throughout the marina there is no cell service - on one hand this is a downside, but on the other - you can relax from the electronic world. You are reading this review when I have already left this beautiful road. When you arrive at the beach, it is a regular beach for 200 meters, but if you go towards Guademar, you will come across several nudist beach areas. At the beach entrance, there are bins for separated waste. The beach and access to the beach are adapted for people with reduced mobility, there is a ramp and a staircase.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful quiet, clean, sandy beach. It is a rather long walk through dunes with trees from the parking lot at La Marina Resort. This enhances the quiet, private beach experience. When arriving on the beach, go left for the bathing suits part of the playa, go right and walk 200m for the full monty Adam en Eve naturist experience. This is the lgbtq friendly part. For the beach and sea it does not make a difference whether you bath naked or in bathing suit. They will treat both sides of the spectrum equally without prejudice. So be like the sea and the sand.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Camping La Marina and walked down the wooden boardwalk to the beach (now gone) you can also get the “train” bus if you’re staying at Camping La Marina if you don’t fancy the walk. The beach seems to be clean, the water is shallow, aka you can stand in it far out without it going over your head. It has a blue flag and during the main season, it has lifeguards on duty. So, things to understand, when you enter the beach, you can go left or go right. Going left is your typical Spanish beach, aka people sunbathing, and you expect to see several topless people. You go right and it’s a nudist beach, not you need to walk a little bit down and they have a sign that tells you however normally before you reach the sign it should be clear as you see loads of people walking about naked, good for them however you might have a bit of explain to your kids if they have never seen people walking about fully naked before, never seem to ask questions about topless people. Anyway from what I could work out is it goes for a while, has mixed groups, seems to be you have families in the outer edges, and they are for the most part mixed aka some partnering in full nudity, some just topless, you get more couples without kids as you walk down and it seems to have a big gay turn out, with groups of men hanging out around the same area, and then it seems to be mixed couples and then back to family and friend groups. I have no idea why it’s like that, but it seems to organise itself that way the few times we went. Anyway, good luck to everyone who enjoys public nudity, I stick to the private roof terrace for my all-over tan LOL

Positive experience: Really good long beach for a walk although it has suffered as a result of the storm recently. I'm sure it will be tidied up by Easter.

Great beach, but unfortunately no dogs allowed. Lots of controls by local police in summer.
